Holiday Inn Suva, an IHG Hotel

Great convenient location, lots of parking available. In the heart of the city, so you could walk down or take a cab. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very humble. It's clean and well kept. The food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet has so much to offer. The in-house dining though, gotta be ready for a long wait. You rather go down and eat at the restaurant.

This is my second stay at the Holiday Inn and Suva and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and eager to help and my room is always immaculately cleaned and well stocked with water and toiletries. I thank Mereoni Q because she has been my constant room cleaner since I arrived. My room always smells clean and fresh and the towels and changed regularly. The toilet is cleaned well and fully stocked. She is also very courteous and has a ready smile on her face. Holiday Inn is very lucky to have her.

Warm reception and very helpful staff… Ms Lucy Kolinisiau was our help for the day as we set up the Lali Room for a private family function. She was a really pleasant to work with and super helpful attending to our requests… overall we appreciate and enjoyed the experience at Holiday Inn.

The staff and security were very friendly and accommodating. Genuinely hospitable. The events team were also helpful as I attended the NYE VT1S function - loved them. The room was spacious, blockout curtains and comfy bed and pillows. Vinaka Vilisi, Loata and Aminiasi. First time staying - I will return :)

I have been staying with you guys for nearly 20 years being a loyal customer. Breakfast: The quality of breakfast is poor and I feel maybe you have gone to much for variety and quantity rather than quality. The Buffet hot foods all 3 mornings were just only warm at best. They need to be hot. Even my omelette was only ok - portion size small took a long time to come. On a positive I did have poached eggs the next day & they were excellent. The 2 dinners I had were excellent - no complaints here. Bar Outside: The service here is just too slow - there is plenty of staff but the wait to get a beer when ordered is very slow. Value: I have been staying with you for nearly 20 years and feel there is limited recognition for this. The rates are just standard rates never a room upgrade. I would like to be offered corporate (That I know you do) as a long time returning guest. Lastly despite above I always enjoy my stay and the staff in general are a big part of that they are friendly are very welcoming. Yes I will be back again in 2025 - likely 3 visits. march. July. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff ensured our experience was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to receptionists Loata and Mereoni for their kindness and responsiveness. Additionally, Ben, Saki, and Josepha were incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
