Great location (right by the main station and 10 minutes walking distance to the old town), very welcoming staff, super comfortable, very good beds and all kinds of amenities, fun design and game areas for all ages. Don’t miss the breakfast! Especially the ginger shots! Again very nice staff also during breakfast. We were so lucky to have found this hotel, highly recommended.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, great location. We don't need more for a short city trip. They even had some games in the room, in case you needed to pass the time. The hotel focuses on the important essentials and does them with excellence. We also really enjoyed the fresh style and interior a lot. All in all a great place to stay!

A modern hotel in the centre of the city next to the train station. We were upgraded to a larger family room which was clean and spacious. At night with the window open you can hear noise from the streets below.||The breakfast options were generous - but the hot items were left unheated on one morning. Cold scrambled eggs and bacon weren’t that appetising.

This hotel is directly opposite Lubeck's central railway station entrance.||I was quickly checked in byba friendly girl.||My room 401 faced the station but I did not encounter any noise.||The room and adjoining bathroom were generously sized. The bedroom had two single beds pushed together, good blackout curtains, very efficient heating, a TV that even had the BBC plus a bedside table and a safety depodit box. There was also a small round table.||Lighting was fit for purpose. WiFi worked well.||Strategically placed power points made rechaging devices easy.||The shower was roomy with instant hot water and a nice smelling body and hair wash. Towels were white and fluffy. A hairdryer was provided.||The 14.5 Euro breakfast was excellent value with delicious fruit yoghurt, coffee machines that also provided hot chocolate, a range of cold cuts, bacon and scrambled egg and a pancake machine plus two juices.||A terrific stay. Recommended.

Good value. Clean and new hotel with great location between train station and bus station right next to old town. Basic good breakfast. Very helpful front desk. Big windows in rooms. There is quite a lot of noise coming from the train station. Fortunately windows block the noise very well when closed. But it is good to know that there is no adjustable thermostat or fan in the room so the rooms will get hot during sunny summer days. You will need to sleep windows open so the rooms will be noisy and get frequent cigarette smell in the lower floors as people smoke on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. Bring your earplugs in the summer time and request for upper floor if dislike smell of cigarette.

I had a Townster room on the 4th floor for 3 nights in mid-summer, and while the room itself was clean, modern, quite spacious and somewhat cozy I did not feel comfortable. There is no air condition, and since the hotel is in a busy and traffic-intense area you can't leave the window open, therefore the room becomes hot and stuffy quickly. For the price you pay the room is incredibly basic and simple. Apart from no A/C there is no wardrobe, just a few hangers, no desk, no chair, so be careful if you need to work. There is not even a telephone to call reception. Also no kettle and no fridge. I did not look for it, but I didn't see a hairdryer either. Given that a Townster room is supposed to offer an added value to a standard room, I was really disappointed and would pick another hotel when coming back to Lübeck, although the location close to bus and train station is handy indeed.

The location is great, directly across the train station, but because of that it can be a little loud. No air conditioning, so hard to keep the Windows closed during the summer months. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

In walking distance from the centre. Cheap parking very near by. Very quiet even the central station was across the street. Nice bed. Love the design in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was OK, but could have been better to the price of 18 euro. Good service in the reception.
