⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another great stay at Holiday Inn Perth! This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn in Western Perth, and once again, everything was excellent. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming — a big shoutout to Moustafa at reception, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. He really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail really stand out. Breakfast was also fantastic — great variety, fresh options, and the breakfast staff were so polite and attentive. They made the morning start off just right. Overall, another top experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

My wife stayed for one week in September. The plated breakfast was really good, an excellent start to the day. Service was also great, especially Andrelyn who served us breakfast. Location is quiet with free CAT buses to the Perth CBD, Kings Park is less than 10 minutes on foot. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. During the week a lot of nearby restaurants weren’t open or closed early. We usually got the bus into the CBD or ate at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from the 12th to the 14th of September. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. After checking into our room, we headed out to explore the city.|When we returned and got ready to shower, we noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. At first, we tried not to think too much of it — until we found a second one on the bed. At that point, we informed reception, and they kindly moved us to another room.|Unfortunately, in the new room, we discovered a large brown stain under the quilt. We contacted reception again, and this time we were moved to the Premier Suite — the most expensive room available. The receptionist was very understanding and encouraged us to inspect the room first. During the inspection, however, we found a chicken bone with meat still on it under the mattress cover.|I asked if there was another room available, as I felt very uncomfortable, but was told the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist explained that the room had just received a "deep clean," but acknowledged that small details often get missed due to the limited time staff have to clean each room.|We want to make it clear that we are not trying to slam the business in any way. In fact, the receptionist specifically encouraged us to write an honest review so management could use the feedback to improve.|We were offered two drink vouchers as a goodwill gesture. We also put the sign out requesting the room be serviced while we were out. Upon our return, only one fresh towel was provided (despite there being two of us), and while the complimentary tea and toothbrushes were restocked, the complimentary bottled water was not replaced, the floor had not been vacuumed, and the body wash and hand soap weren’t replenished. The bed was made, but again, cleanliness felt lacking.|While the staff were consistently apologetic and clearly doing their best, we understand the cleaning team only gets around 15 minutes per room. However, a "deep clean" should cover critical areas like bedding and mattress hygiene. Unfortunately, even in the second room, we found food debris, pubic hairs, and stains on the mattress — which was extremely disappointing and made us question the overall cleanliness and standards.|On a positive note, Julio's Restaurant was delightful. We had complimentary breakfast included, and it was absolutely delicious. On the first day, we had avocado on toast, and on the second, eggs on toast — both dishes were fresh, well-presented, and a real highlight of our stay

The hotel offered a complimentary room upgrade as part of the guest membership benefits. The front desk service was both courteous and efficient, especially thanks to a slightly stout gentleman who, upon learning that we were traveling to Northwest Australia, kindly introduced and explained many details, and provided us with a wealth of travel magazines and maps. These were of great help throughout our journey, and we are truly grateful.||The only shortcomings were that the hotel did not accept cash payments for the room, the breakfast was overly simple—more like a Holiday Inn Express—and there was no complimentary bottled water in the guest rooms.

Holiday Inn West Perth was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or a work trip. We were lucky enough to score a room with 2 double beds (rather than 2 singles) and it made all the difference. Spacious and quiet, the room had everything you’d expect from a modern hotel - including USB outlets on the wall! The hotel is far enough away from the city to be quiet but close enough if you want to immerse yourself. It is also very close to Kings Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming, clean and quiet. Just what you need after a long business day. Onsite Restaurant provides great dinner and breakfast. Parking is away from the hotel, but I was lucky to arrive after 6pm and get parking across the street. Would stay again.

Most of the reviews are too high to seem real. Others degrade the hotel for one particular issue. The reality is this meets expectations for a holiday inn. There is nothing outstanding about the room but it is clean and well kept as it should be. The attached restaurant is in a pretty historic building but the food is average. Location is only good if you want to be near the botanical gardens. A parking garage is 2 blocks away otherwise there is paid street parking nearby

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The rooms were neat and kept clean. The hotel is about 30-minute walk from the main CBD which isn't bad as I like walking. The restaurant at the ground floor had really nice breakfast - their bacon, eggs and tomatoes are amazing! It is located quite within the suburb though so I don't recommend walking alone at night. Other than that, pleasant experience.
