Holiday Inn Yanbu

The service here is excellent! Location is quiet and the grounds are well kept. I always stay here when I come to Yanbu. However the rooms and hotel could use upgrading as they are clearly from the 80s-90s. The hot water in my shower didn’t work all the time either. Cleanliness is not an issue & the staff is great.

I recently had a wonderful 5-day stay at the Holiday Inn Yanbu and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. Room: My room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. Food: The food was consistently good, offering a variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every meal and the gym is well-equipped Staff: The staff made my stay truly memorable. A special mention to Ms. Samah for her warm welcome and outstanding hospitality, and to Mr. Adnan for his quick response to get my reservations done. The front desk employees were incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out, completing my pleasant experience. Overall, I had a great stay. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Yanbu to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a great stay in Holiday Inn this time. The service is great, food awesome, and hospitality is so good. Special thanks for Ms. Ghaidaa Khalil for helping us resolve any issues swiftly. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, extremely clean and the staff in general are good, especially in reception and housekeeping. I’m not sure why the food isn’t the same standard as other Holiday Inns, same goes for the bathroom amenities and there’s no valet service, small things that you’d expect from a chain, but might be a transitional issue that should be resolved soon.

My recent stay in Yanbu holidayin did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team was not very positive, as they appeared to lack experience and did not offer an upgrade despite my Diamond Elite status. Overall, the experience felt quite average, and I believe there is room for improvement in both service and guest recognition. I hope my feedback will help enhance the experience for future guests

In Ramadan, we need comfort and have various choices of food that match our diet. I got all that in Holiday Inn Yanbu! and as usual everything went well thanks to the staff. it's always a pleasure staying in Holiday Inn Yanbu

Entire staff of this property is very polite and supporting. They try their best so that any guest don’t get any discomfort. I have been stayed for long duration at other places, but I have never experienced such personalized experience of services anywhere else. Special thanks to Mahmoud and Siddique for taking care of my vegetarian diet.

I usually stay here when in Yanbu. Outside of the hotel needs upgrade, rooms are nice and sevice is good. Hotel has smoking rooms which suits me. Used the gym, which was ok, some machines were missing, would recommend this hotel.
