Holiday Inn Yanbu

Honestly, I loved this hotel and the experience was amazing, but I have some notes that I hope will be considered in future visits. Positives: - The room is spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable - The restaurant serves delicious and wonderful dishes - The staff and reception are friendly and kind, providing great service and are very attentive to children, offering gifts, free popcorn, and discounts on kids' meals - There's a pool, gym, and also a jacuzzi and sauna (not working during my visits) - There's a large parking area, a nearby prayer room and mosque, and restaurants nearby Negatives: - The pool doesn't have changing rooms or a shower area - The pool isn't covered and the water is very cold in winter - I suggest having a warm children's pool so they can enjoy their vacation - The kids' play area is limited and small, needs improvement - There's no indoor area for kids and activities - There aren't any entertainment activities or we weren’t informed about by hotel staff - The price is considered high compared to the value"

The hotel is very good, rooms, beds and pillows are comfortable. There were 2 things that most impress me from this hotel: teh food and the people working there. The breakfast buffete is really good and with many options, they have a night of sea food and everything I tasted was so delicious. Personnel was very nice with us, they were always kind, servicial and willing to help: waitress, reception and the guys who help with luggage. We enjoyed our visit.

Amazing staff! Always around and super helpful. The rooms are okay but could really use some renovation, especially the bathrooms.

I recently had a wonderful 5-day stay at the Holiday Inn Yanbu and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. Room: My room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. Food: The food was consistently good, offering a variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every meal and the gym is well-equipped Staff: The staff made my stay truly memorable. A special mention to Ms. Samah for her warm welcome and outstanding hospitality, and to Mr. Adnan for his quick response to get my reservations done. The front desk employees were incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out, completing my pleasant experience. Overall, I had a great stay. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Yanbu to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice place for business workshops, presentations for more than 100 guests accommodate. Loved the food

The service here is excellent! Location is quiet and the grounds are well kept. I always stay here when I come to Yanbu. However the rooms and hotel could use upgrading as they are clearly from the 80s-90s. The hot water in my shower didn’t work all the time either. Cleanliness is not an issue & the staff is great.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, extremely clean and the staff in general are good, especially in reception and housekeeping. I’m not sure why the food isn’t the same standard as other Holiday Inns, same goes for the bathroom amenities and there’s no valet service, small things that you’d expect from a chain, but might be a transitional issue that should be resolved soon.
