Holiday Villa Nataya

Very nice hotel, warm and cooperative staff, great location - right in the middle of all the best restaurants and hangouts, plus barely a couple of hundred metres from the pier. Stayed at the Penthouse - beyond expectations! Cherished every minute of the stay. Downside - the breakfast spread was a let down. But the omelette and French toast were the saviours.

was there a month ago with a group of friends, hotel is clean, pleasant with sizeable rooms. staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. the only set back was the daily breakfast that we had, practically the same each day with little variation. overall we did enjoyed the stay.

Decent hotel with good food at a not too bad location . I find the room acceptable though some reviewers mentioned it’s old. The best part about this hotel is that it has a decent in house restaurant that served a variety of food . The Sihanoukville town is in a very bad condition with constructions everywhere by the Chinese and also very very very bad road conditions which make hopping around for restaurants near impossible. My advice is to come to this town maybe 4-5 years later when the constructions are completed. If you really want to come now to see the untouched seas like myself , then my suggestion is that you stay at one location and do not move around since roads are in such bad state.

The place is near Orchestial Beach - you just need to walk about 3 minutes to get there. The environment and the decoration is also nice, but a bit gloomy to me. There's also a pool that can be accessed easily from the dinning room. Overall, a fine place to stay if you just need somewhere to crash in and have a quick breakfast.

Good location. But the room is quite old, humid and dirty. I could not sleep all night because the bed made me feel very itchy. The room of my friends full of cockroach's smell. They asked to change the room but unlucky no room left was better.

The staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. The free breakfast has a huge variety, WITH an omelet bar. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. It is located exactly a 3 1/2 minute walk from the beach, which you can see from your room. It's a 4 minute walk to all of the beach bars, clubs, and restaurants. It's a totally safe area with tons of places to eat nearby. There's an ATM right across the street that's safe to use. I highly recommend this place and I'll stay there next time I'm in Sihanoukville.

Nice hotel, near the beach area. Room is spacy enough. Clean and comfort. Breakfast menu is so so and not changed for 3 weeks stay. Minus thing is they turn off the left wing elevator, so must use other elevator at right wing, walk around to get into room. Reason: elevator part broken for weeks. Minus thing also when we need to check out, they send the EDC machine for repairment. Must pay cash at check out date! Ouch this is extra cash to pay to withdraw atm.

Yesterday I received a few coupons outside the hotel for their coffee and cake shop. One of the coupons was for 50% off food and drinks after 9pm. We went in at 915 to get some baked goods for our bus trip the next morning. The staff refused to honour the coupon they had given us. It was not a lot of money, but then why give out a coupon in the first place and then refuse to honour it. What a scam. The whole situation just pissed me off enough to write this review.
