I strongly advise against moving here. I've lived in this apartment complex for over a year, and it has been nothing but regrettable. Let's start with the management—Suzannah, the manager, is incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful. Trying to get a response from her is like pulling teeth; she conveniently ignores emails until it's time for rent collection. Any issues you bring up are brushed aside until the last possible moment, if they're addressed at all.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the property is abysmal. Both patios are littered with dog feces and reek of urine, attracting swarms of flies and even roaches. Approaching the front door is a nightmare, with piles of waste greeting you and an army of flies making themselves at home. It's embarrassing to have guests over due to the overwhelming infestation.
To top it off, don't expect to see your deposit again. Hollywood Tower puts on a friendly facade to lure you in, but once you've signed the lease, good luck getting anyone in management to respond to your concerns, let alone return your deposit. They will create fake ledges to steal from you and once they’ve done it you won’t receive any further contact.
Overall, my experience here has been a nightmare, and I urge anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere for a more respectful and sanitary living environment.
