Holt Renfrew Centre

It was a 5 star mall/Centre before pandemic, with the very best Canadian high end luxury fashion flagship store “Holts” and many other name brand retailers such as Zara, Lindt chocolatier, cosmetic stores, cellphone services…etc. It is no longer as exciting as post pandemic retailing has become a great challenge, many empty spaces for lease, depressing and sad.

I had such a great experience at the Skims store today and wanted to give a special shout-out to the two amazing team members who helped me. Not only did they find the perfect size for me, but they also went above and beyond to help me choose a gift for my friend. What really impressed me was their unique and thoughtful approach — they even looked at photos of my friend to estimate her size and helped me pick the right fit. I truly appreciate how attentive, patient, and creative they were throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable!🥰

Went to a few pop-up events: Levi’s, Dior, … and does have a massive jellycat collection

My mom and I had the most exceptional visit to Holt Renfrew in October. My mom has been looking for the perfect purse and Sol provided excellent assistance, showing us different style and size options. Highly recommend both Holt Renfrew and specifically Sol, truly wonderful shopping experience. My mom is so happy with her Toteme bag ❤️

Holt Renfrew is the definition of luxury shopping in Toronto. The store is elegant, beautifully designed, and filled with top brands that are always presented with care. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and make the experience feel personal without being pushy. Everything from the displays to the service feels refined and high end. It’s the perfect place to browse, treat yourself, or find something special that stands out in both quality and style.

Terrible online experience. I ordered a pair of shoes on sale, got confirmation of the order and then waited 1 whole week with no shipping updates only to then find out that they cancelled my order due to the item being out of stock. I called customer support who was only able to recite company policy and could not offer a way to make things right

I had an amazing experience at the Diptyque counter with Wei Wei at this Holt Renfrew! She really knows fragrances — she can tell what you love about your favorite perfume and then recommend other scents with similar notes for you to try. She’s super warm, friendly, and makes the whole process so enjoyable. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking for your next signature scent!

A horribly discriminating experience from an Asian Estee Lauder clerk. Gave out samples to her own race and not me. Customer care or "management' at the Bloor location couldn't give a rat's a**.
