Great vibes and aesthetics. The food was really great, drinks as well. Even though it was a little busy , the food came out in a reasonable time. They had some live music and cute big pink teddy bears at the tables for Valentine’s Day coming up.

Cool spot for breakfast. We came 2 days in a row on our trip. The stuffed French toast, breakfast burrito, breakfast quesadilla, and eggs Benedict were all really good. Friendly staff and just a chill vibe.

While visiting a dear friend in Waimea for two weeks, we took a drive to Kona, then up the hill to Holualoa. She hadn't been in 30 years. We stumbled upon this gem of a bistro and enjoyed an F.D.E. for the history books. The entrance and curb appeal make it inviting. It's is entirely outside dining, but under a beautiful open canopy with perfectly manicured gardens surrounding anywhere you sit. The large wicker chairs at a two-top table, with decorative pillows, made it so cozy. The chandeliers are really something to enjoy!! It was 12:30 on a Thursday and not busy... at least not yet. It got busier as we left @ 2pm. Everything was pristine and clean. Bathrooms had darling attention to detail. The food was super unique and very delicious. I ordered the waffles & chicken, with a side of scrambled egg with feta cheese crumbles. My friend got the pork quesadillas, and raved how fully stuffed and delicious they were. Posting the food & cocktails menus, plus a few other images. Add this beautiful tropical hide-a-way to your dining while you visit the big Island. The service was really lovely as well. 🌴🌞

This place is AWESOME! Especially great for you and that special someone or just a relaxed time with good friends… It’s up on the mountain side in Holualoa, a great art town. the menu offers special meals that you don’t find everywhere. The table and chairs are unique with fun chandeliers over each and great fun/romantic lighting at night. They have a guy that does a good job doing music. We loved it and will be back!!

To say the experience was wonderful would be an injustice to the word wonderful. Fish tacos w/fresh Ahi and tropical pico was fantastic. But out of this world was the special Lilikoi Hawaiian Sweetbread French toast. If you're in Holualoa, make this place a must visit.

Delicious meal with local ingredients. The coconut shrimp and catch of the day were very well prepared, and the spicy margarita was made with fresh-off-the-stalk peppers. The interior is nicely appointed and the view of the sunset was great. The cheesecake flight was made by a local baker. Staff were very engaging and friendly. Would definitely return!

My husband and I went to Holualoa Garden and Kitchen for brunch on Valentine’s Day. What a find! Clinging high on the dormant Holualoa Volcano, the restaurant is a little more than a year old. My husband had a Belgian waffle with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. I had French toast, stuffed with Lilikoi cream. It was to die for. The outdoor decor was fun, based on the idea that “more is more.” Chandeliers, lush greenery everywhere, and a flowing stream beside many of the tables. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. We’re definitely going back there again. —Janice R
