Holy Bagels has become my favorite spot for weekend brunch in Brussels. They serve incredibly fresh and perfectly crafted bagels, with my top choice being the ‘Alex,’ which comes with halloumi and garlic sauce—an amazing combination. All their other bagel options are also fantastic, so you can’t go wrong. Their cappuccino is wonderfully balanced and smooth, adding to the experience. The waitstaff are always smiling, welcoming, and even take a moment to chat when it’s not too busy. The place is always packed, and for all the right reasons—great food, great coffee, and a friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely friendly and cosy atmosphere to have brekkie. I enjoyed the turmeric latte lots. Will be back in the future!

I tried Nina and Kevin, both were super delicious. Staff are super kind and cute. Interior could be enhanced, especially the white ceiling can be modified to offer a cozier ambience.

Delicious bagels with fresh toppings! I had the one with burrata and pesto. It was very tasty and filling. The coffees are also good. They have many different bagel options and some other breakfast meals.

The place has a great atmosphere, especially with all the sunshine—it was lovely to sit outside. I was there with my two young children, and overall we had a nice time. The only downside was the wait: it took over 25 minutes for our bagel and pancakes to arrive. The coffee came much earlier, so by the time the food arrived, we had already finished our drinks. Unfortunately, no water was brought with the meal either—luckily I had some with me. They were clearly very busy, but on a beautiful, sunny day, that kind of crowd should be expected.

We really like it. We were in a rush because we had to leave quickly and the service was very quick, although the tables were full. The place has two separate areas, and if you seat in the one away from the counter, you'll see how the door is open/close all the time with dishes. It would be kind of tiring if you seat close to it. When the weather is nice they have lots of tables outside in the street. In terms of the food, for us the best bagels we ate so far anywhere. They add in the plates a very nice salad also. Staff was a bit lost in terms of dishes and tables but in general very efficient and fast. You should try this place if you want to enjoy amazing bagels.

Fun brunch spot, especially during the weekend with good price / quality bagels. No reservation needed with plenty of outdoors seats in the sun or shadow. I have been to this place over 3 times, tried their juices and bagels, always perfect for a quick brunch. My personal favorite is the vegan one, with humus and grilled veggies.

Yelp
This place was an unexpected highlight!! The pancakes was the star of the show - the chef in the kitchen is doing a good work, we even spotted the two workers in front chowing down on their shared plate of the pancakes - they were soft and really good. Chill atmosphere with people working at their tables with lit flowers in the ceiling, they have a really beautiful spot for being a cafe. I was pleasantly surprised. The lady spoke excellent English and was very kind. What more can you ask for!?

Yelp
Holy Bagels! A refreshing, hidden spot in Ixelles. The specialties are bagels of course, you guessed it! The ingredients were fresh, the eatery is small which can be exceptionally nice on a Sunday afternoon. I hadn't tried bagels before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Nina without the avocado. I liked that, it shows that there was no problem to accommodate my tastes. It's something different than what we normally have for lunch/brunch and everything in between. They have bagels of the month on their board, that might help you with your choice. The staff was friendly and kind. I finished off with a carrot cake, oh my oh my! Tasty, not heavy on the sugar: it's served with a syrup that fits it perfectly. Overall I had a good experience and I recommend it!

Yelp
The bagels was the freshest bagel I've ever had which makes for an amazingly fresh sandwich. It was so good I definitely would have gone back for another but it was my last day in town. I ate all of the salad as well. The fresh OJ was a nice ending to the meal.

Yelp
The best way to start you day in the EU area! This lovely couple is serving homemade delicious Bagels out of their mobile bike stall in the EU quarter in the mornings and at place Flagey on weekends. I had a cinnamon and raisin bagel with strawberry jam and cream cheese accompanied by a freshly brewed Cappuccino, need I say more? :)

Yelp
First things first. If you're remotely a klutz---watch your step when you walk in. There's a tiny TINY little crevice that I smashed my toes into when walking in. Good thing I have a high pain tolerance! Lol *sigh* I was picking up a few vegetarian bagels for my sister and myself. I live right down the street, all of a 2 minute walk and this is the second place I've tried since coming to Brussels. This spot is a teeny tiny little shop located diagonally across from a Texaco. For such a small space, there's so much light from the two huge picture windows that frame the store. Light color wood floors, tables and seats help open up the space so it doesn't feel clustered. And if you want to eat outside there's a table that can comfortably seat 4. Heads up---this place is a popular spot during lunchtime. Expect all tables to be full and for your bagel to take a little while to get to you during this time. These aren't your average, pre-prepped bagels. They are individually made which results in divine deliciousness. I ordered 2 Francis Bagels and a melodie. I LOVE that it took a good 10minutes for them to prepare the bagels. And I'm not kidding. I watched as the mushrooms were freshly grilled and as the bagels were so thoughtfully and carefully put together. If you're someone who travels or lives in New York, you KNOW that most bagel spots are going to be a fast paced hustle and bustle, "what's your order", bing, bang, boom...out the door. I love that this place is so thoughtful in their prep. And it SHOWS In their taste. The folks who work here are so very kind and they really bring such a warm energy to the place. The bagels are wonderful. The mushroom Francis bagel was to die for! Highly recommend it.

Yelp
Best bagel place in town, cheap, super good, brunch menus, very nice service and located in one of the best Brussels' district! I personally recommend the "Kevin" bagel, which comes with "Bacon"...of course! ;-) Cheers!

Yelp
I don't even like bagels, but I had to stop in based on the reviews and the coffee looked delicious! I enjoyed a maple and salt latte then couldn't resist a bagel with speculoos as a treat and way to try the yummy stuff on my first day in Belgium. Adorable interior, friendly service, and great food/coffee!

Yelp
Great customer service at a quiet and easy to navigate location. Their desserts, smoothies, juices, teas and bagels are perfection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to rest your feet, mind and soul. English speaker friendly.

Yelp
For fresh, breakfast-bagel style, ie, American style with eggs, bacon, this place hits the spot. The service is made to order so isn't super quick but it's worth a visit. Recommend! P.s. try the Kevin

Yelp
Giod and fresh. Excellent service too. The bagels are tasty. Didn't try the brunch, but should be good. The glass of wine wills only 3,50€; a bagel 9,50€.

Yelp
Stopped in here before heading to the airport. Had the "Julie" bagel. Smoked salmon was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
I eat here regularly, and this place is great. The owners and servers are friendly and conscientious, and the food and coffee is consistently very good.

Yelp
Great local bagels and coffee. Caring service and super tasty combinations. Try the creme specoloos - local favorite and not like anything I have tried before.

Yelp
Great spot! Awesome Bagels, Bagel sandwiches, coffee and more. Best bagel I've had in Europe, last time NYC. Would come back each time in Brussels. Internet for all of us travelers and comfortable to hang. Good going guys and thanks for the good eats.

Yelp
Amazing. Great bagels, very good homemade drinks and desserts. Perfect breakfast or lunch!

Yelp
I'm still giving 4 stars though I didn't like the bagel because she's very nice and I ordered it wrong. I thought I would like that but I couldn't finish the bagels with Onion in it. I ordered Nina. Never again.

Yelp
Excellent coffee and very friendly people! Find them most mornings on the corner of Rue du Trône and Rue Caroly

Yelp
Finally, good bagels in Brussels! They're fresh and delicious :) I love the one with avocado. I'm less of a fan of the carrot cake though.

Yelp
Incredible! Fresh delicious bagels made in Brussels served from a charming "bagel bike" We were so happy to find them at the entrance to ULB. Nice people, great coffee and the only local bagels in the city. Bravo!
