Holy Burger

My girlfriend and i wanted to pick up food and were told it was going to take half an hour to prep the order. We decided to wait for the food if we could get some beers while we waited outside. Five minutes later the waiter shows up with our order. As i’m walking in to cancel the beers the waiter shows up with the drinks and my girlfriend asks for us to cancel the beers. We would not have ordered them if we knew the burgers would be ready in a few minutes. What are we supposed to do with a glass of beer now that we are ready to take home our order? One beer was an unopened can and the other an opened glass one but the waiter simply refused to take them back. If i pay 240 reais for two meals without entering your restaurant you just have to do better in terms of service. I lacked the vocabulary and my girlfriend the assertiveness to make demands. The food is spectacular, best coxinha ive ever had and the burgers are definitely gourmet quality. It’s just that because you wont take a 50c loss for your miscommunication that we’ll be one time customers, very disappointing.

Visiting São Paulo from a different country, and the place is ok. The burgers you can’t switch buns or can’t substitute any cheese. For example, you can’t substitute Gorgonzola for cheddar. The place is ok.

Definitely worth it. One of the best burger joints in the city. The drinks are also top notch. Great service, awesome soundtrack and a cozy environment. Seating on the counter is not ideal, but it will get you seated faster.

Delicious burger and fair price. Really nice atmosphere, despite having few tables and the space is small. Good to be frequented by couples. It serves a very tasty pudding desert. It has a chart of beers limited but well varied, catering to all tastes. It has no parking.

The burger is very good, however it's so small that does not fill up! We had a party of 6 and have been offered a table, then after waiting for while 1,5hrs the waiter called and said to seat at the bar. I asked him a couple of times for the table, then he said there was no table and only stools at the bar. wow, it should say it before, but anyway the seats were just by the restrooms and also very close to the grill. Apparently the service needs improvements .
