Me and my girl went to go see a friend of mine preform live here and had a great time until it was time to leave.i went to close out my tab and beforehand i told the lady bartender i had my card locked and it would need to unlocked and i would need to pre approve any amount charged, she said that was fine, well when i went to close out my tab the lady was busy so i was helped by a guy with long hair maybe 20-30 years old i never got a name. I ask him to close my tab and he ask for my last name and i tell him my last name and he responded with an attitude Saying “yeah, what’s your last name?” I get its loud with the music but still, the attitude was unnecessary. So after I told him my name, he turned around and goes to swipe my card before I could tell him anything else, and the card declines as I know it would, and he turns around with an attitude and tells me “it declined” and i say “yeah I have to unlock it.” He responds with another attitude, saying “a good way to piss your bartender off is to not have your credit card ready” (It’s 2026 who doesn’t lock their credit card nowadays) And after he unlocks it, I tell him to only charge some of the payment on the card and I’ll pay the rest for cash. (The cash was gonna be his tip plus some on credit but since he gave me an attitude, I wasn’t tipping) and then, after that, he slammed the credit card and the check onto the bar table, this is no way to act or to treat somebody. I get it’s busy and you had a long night but a lot of people have their credit cards locked, it’s something I deal with day-to-day in my business and it’s nothing to have an attitude about. Other than that, I had fantastic time and all the other workers were more than helpful. One even went out his way to make sure I had water.
