Me and my mum had a lovely stay at Holy Land Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a beautiful view of Al-Aqsa from our room. All of the staff were really nice and very helpful, outstanding service from Faraz. Breakfast and dinner were both lovely, the flavours were spot on and enough choices and variety. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Al-Aqsa when going through Herod’s gate, about a 5 minute walk from the old city in general. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in future visits to Jerusalem!

The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the bath door wouldn’t close at all. Towels were stained every day, and the bedding had stains with a strong chlorine smell. The curtains were also stained. The rooms weren’t very clean overall, and the bathroom trash can was unhygienic since you had to push it with your hand to open it. We also had issues with noise from loud tourists, and none of us slept well during our stay. At one point, staff even entered our room without asking. Eventually, we decided to change hotels.

Rooms were nice, and the location is not far from masjidil Aqso. Very convenient and only 5-10 mins walk.

A great family owned hotel right by Herod’s Gate. Rooms were a good size and the showers were just what I needed after long days. I was there with a Jewish human rights delegation and they were nothing but wonderful to us - shukran!

Honest review!! Visiting Israel for the 5th time. This is the first time I am so touched by the customer care of the hotel staffs. Amazingly supportive and always ready to attend our queries and suggestions. This review won’t be complete without mentioning few staffs:- 1st and the Best of the team:- Hussain (F&B Manager)- Brother, you are an amazing person with a kind heart to understand others needs. So surprised by the kind gestures you showed to me during my staff at the hotel. I was fasting in the day time during our Holy Week. Mr. Hussain understands that I am not able to have the breakfast;which comes with my booking. What he did was, every night he sent a food box to my room with the staff!! This is unbelievably a great kindness. Hussain, my bro, if you are reading this:- Thank You from the bottom of my heart for the support and kindness. Next, Housekeeping staffs:- I stayed other 4 hotels during my previous visits. This is the only hotel I found, “every single day” the housekeeping team is coming to the room and changing towels, toiletries, tea bags, coffee sachets etc. when I reach my room after my day time Pilgrimage, I always found my room was spotless!! Dear housekeeping team:- Thank You so much!! The Maintenance guy:- when I had an issue with the AC airflow, he personally checked and suggested me a solution. Thanks my dear. The wonderful guy with a nice smile in the reception, named- TRAINEE😊 Bro, thanks for listening to the concerns and addressing it to the right person. You did your job excellent. Overall:- I am so glad for my 8 days stay at the Holy Land Hotel. Location is right in front of the gate of Old City. Definitely, this hotel will be my first choice when I visit next time. 👍Good work team Holy Land hotel👏🏼👏🏼

Stayed for 4 days. A good decent and clean hotel is very close to the wall of the old city. Walking distance of 12 - 15 min to Al-Aqsa Mosque. The room is cleaned daily with towels changed. Buffet breakfast and dinner in the dining hall.

Had a very difficult and stressful experience with asking for an extra towel as house keeping may have accidentally forgot there were 3 guests in my room. The request with the receptionist had turned into an unimaginable and unforeseeable altercation ! On the event of Asking manager to intervene with the situation as my trip was meant to to be a spiritual visit in which I wasn’t in a mindset to quarrel - he simply sided with her ! Nightmarish to say the least .. had to book another hotel the next day due to the lack of basic peaceful hospitality

The hotel is very near to Al-Aqsa mosque. Easy navigation & friendly people around as well. The rooms are good size. They provide good sea salt shower gel & shampoo too. Breakfast is simple. Most importantly amenities are nearby such as pharmacies & grocery marts.
