A beautiful, quiet monastery on top of the hill, car parking available, and excellent views. There was no charge to visit, with an interesting little museum. A gift shop selling various religious items. The small gardens and plants are exquisite. A quiet and serene bubble to collect your thoughts in a modern world.

Serene, beautifully maintained monastery high on the hill (15 min walk up), spectacular views ! Free entry and they will provide cover-ups if you are not deemed appropriately dressed. Donation box at exit. We arrived just as it opened in the afternoon so quite busy, but if you manage to visit in a less busy period you will certainly enjoy it. Really glad we went.

Beautiful monastery with excellent view. There is parking place, but recommend to come earlier coz it gets crowded around noon. There is public toilet on the left side before entrance, 1€ to enter. There are no tickets it is based on small donations to enter in to monastery. Small museum is also part of the monastery.

It is a recommended visit in Paleokastritsa to start with, it offers a great view, walk in the yard of the monastery and small museum along with a gift shop. Free entry but you have to cover legs, they offer at the gate. Parking - two options, easier one is to drive up to the hill and the monastery. These are limited spots. Second option is the parking before climbing to the monastery. It is paid for the day. Then the walk up is around 10 minutes. There is also a path to a viewpoint which is easy and offers another view. It was quite busy with tourists and groups although it was already September.

The view was amazing the sun went down between the hills painting the sky beautiful colors. The wind was not strong but refreshing. The sun was a bit strong so i would recommend putting on sunsceam if you are planning on going there for dinner. Otherwise both the food and the service were perfect. No complains. Left with unbuttoned pants.

Place amazing, view outstanding. Service was impeccable but I can't say the food was 100% grate. Greek salad was ok, but oil seems to be a bit bitter. Calamari were overcooked not very tender. Homemade bread very good, perfect for obergine salad , Humus yummy. Wine was good. 0rices a bit higher than in other places that are not on the same view spot as Monastery, but not too much. You should make reservations if you wanna be seated on the terrace. But keep in mind-first row seats, tables -your order should be at least 100 euro per person.

Well worth the walk up. Not too steep a walk and there's a decent pathway up. The views are perfect. Sadly the monastery closes from 1pm to 3pm.

Well located monastery with a beautiful view. There is no fee to visit the monastery, however a donation is appreciated (but not mandatory). Inside monastery there is a small museum with old icons and priest costumes, and others. Definitely must be seen once you visit the beach…
