HOLY STEAK HOUSE

Some places rely on their view or location too much, and cut corners elsewhere, because of higher overhead, operating costs, supply costs etc. This place is not one of those. You get the best of both here. The food is phenomenal, the staff was amazing from GM to servers. Prices are elevated but reasonable. And this coconut creme brulee was one of the most amazing desserts I've ever had, anywhere. Incredibly unique dessert. Also the duck was excellent and perfectly cooked. The half-lobster with the surf and turf was awesome. We went after dark, so I don't have a great picture of the view, but I could see it at dusk, and it was spectacular. I'm not sure why the Google maps restaurant rating was lagging a bit at 4.2 on 8/6/25, but that compelled me to post a 5-star rating. Also, I wanted to note the kid-friendliness of the culture there. They dedicated an airline-club style room to kids, which had two beds/lounges and a TV on the room wall to play children's programming. But that says something because they could have put at least two more customer tables in that room for more Revenue. There's literally zero excuse not to go to this place as a top-3 dining destination on Mo'orea.

Ok i was EXTREMELY SURPRISED! I went to dinner here last year and the quality was very mid like a 3/5 for the price. I decided to try again today and their food was very tasty - i had a lobster ravioli with their ginger sauce.

Fantastic staff, food and view. One of the best steaks in moorea! The coconut creme brulee is awesome too.

I’m understanding of service but now that we’ve been here 3 times over several trips, the service isn’t friendly! Beautiful location with good food and arrogant service :)

The location is unexpectedly nice, with a great view (it's a bit uphill so you overview from above). The food however is not as good as expected. Since this is a steakhouse I was expecting at least the steak to be good, but it was mediocre and a bit chewy. The staff is great, very kind and knows English very well. Contactless ApplePay does NOT work, either have the physical card or cash. Has parking in the immediate vicinity.

My cousin always come to eat here when ever they are in Moorea, so they recommended Holy Steak House. However, there was a changed of owner 3 months ago, and I'm not sure about the service before, but it was a busy evening and there seems to a shortage of waiting staff. There were a bit of a hiccup with our meals, but overall, the waiting staff tried their best. Will come back again but the new owner should hire more front of house staff on a busy weekend.

Everything was pretty good. The selection is not extensive but still has decent variety. The ribeye steak was cooked slightly too much, but the roast duck and shrimp dumplings were excellent. Good French wine selection too. Didn't have dessert. They will pick you up and drop you off for free. However, we came from the Hilton and they grabbed everyone at the same time and dropped them off together. So you'll have to wait for everyone to finish and pay checks before leaving .

Food was great and tasted excellent. Service was quick and friendly. We even have a gluten free (celiac) traveling and staff was very helpful to make sure her needs were met. This place was more affordable than hotels and food was much better. We recommend it!
