"Holy Steak House is run by Thierry and Bénédicte Sauvage, who also own the popular Restaurant Le Coco in Punaauia on Tahiti. Located in Haapiti, this Moorea restaurant boasts unique, contemporary decor indoors—we love the mix of floor-to-ceiling windows and wood-beamed ceiling with modern chandeliers. The varied menu changes monthly, though you can, of course, expect excellent steaks. An elegant outdoor wine bar, with comfortable chairs and water views, has a strong wine (and cocktail) list, withvintagesfromaround the world. Everything was pretty good. The selection is not extensive but still has decent variety. The ribeye steak was cooked slightly too much, but the roast duck and shrimp dumplings were excellent. Good French wine selection too. Didn't have dessert. They will pick you up and drop you off for free. However, we came from the Hilton and they grabbed everyone at the same time and dropped them off together. So you'll have to wait for everyone to finish and pay checks before leaving .

The location is unexpectedly nice, with a great view (it's a bit uphill so you overview from above). The food however is not as good as expected. Since this is a steakhouse I was expecting at least the steak to be good, but it was mediocre and a bit chewy. The staff is great, very kind and knows English very well. Contactless ApplePay does NOT work, either have the physical card or cash. Has parking in the immediate vicinity.

Good food, but disastrous behavior. After dinner, halfway through a bottle of wine, they bring the bill. The restaurant is empty, but they rush you to get out. If you want a pleasant evening, I definitely do not recommend

We had a great meal at Holy Steak House! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was a 10/10, and it was such a nice atmosphere. My husband and I split the filet and the ahi tuna, both were flavorful and cooked just as we wanted. The coconut crème brûlée was just the most perfect final touch.

We went out to dinner at the Holy steakhouse as a celebration of the last meal on Moorea. The food, the service, and the atmosphere is excellent... As good as any we have ever had anywhere. We had the ribeye and the filet mignon and both were absolutely delicious melt in your mouth steaks from New Zealand. I highly recommend the Holy Steakhouse

I had the red tuna and my wife enjoyed the salmon. Very fresh, very healthy. Great outdoor atmosphere. The coconut crème Brulee was incredible!
