We visited this Cathedral, the guy at the door was very friendly and welcoming.. I am told they do amazing night candlelight service however we did not get to see.. the church and the organ pipes, I would have enjoyed listening to..

Unfortunately, it was closed to the public as music rehearsals were taking place. I was gutted as the place looks stunning from what we could see and we leave Auckland in the morning so can't try again.

This is 2nd time attending fever candlelight music event and it didn’t disappoint! Highly recommended! Great experience both times - beautiful venue setting too in the new church

We went to Holy Trinity Cathedral last night for a Candlelight Concert featuring Hans Zimmer music . It was a truly beautiful experience, the venue, the candlelight, the beautiful music made an unforgettable experience.

Sublime, incredible stainedglass installation through out the Cathedral. The play of light is mesmerising. A sense of awe upon entering the building, it reveals it's wonderous glass art when you enter. The colour, light, amazing!!!! Everyone should pay a least one visit, you will not be disappointed. What ever denomination you follow or none at all it surpasses this. All art buffs will love. So much history a joy to wonder . Main window and several others by Nigel Brown. A modern take on the rich history, fauna and flora, people of Aotearoa.

I joined Holy Trinity Cathedral in late August, and have attended the 10am Sunday Eucharist services since then. From the very beginning, I’ve felt genuinely welcomed - a sense of belonging among both familiar and new faces each week. If you’re looking for a space where you can bring your full self - with all your questions, your past, your doubts, your joy - this is it. You don't need to be a devoted Anglican or know the ins and outs of the bible - though the Reverend may quiz you... I'm kidding (mostly 😅) Come one, come all! 🥹🛐

An experience that can only be described as magical!!! The concert took place at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Auckland. It started on time (6:30pm) and was really well organized - there were assistants to guide us to our seats and we didn't wait long before the concert began. The cathedral was beautifully decorated with battery operated candles, laid out on the main stage and at the start of each row of seats. This definitely added a warm touch to the cathedral which has beautifully stained glass and high ceilings with stunning architecture! The concert was led by the Kulios, and was a tribute to Coldplay and Imagine Dragons.. each artist had us entranced by their talent and the instruments which they played beautifully! The audience was advised before the start of the concert, that all mobile devices were to be placed on silent, and that photos and videos will only be allowed when the last song is played. The audience definitely abided by this request and it was great to see the assistants keeping an eye out just in case any mobile devices were in use. The lead artist notified us of when the last song was going to be played, and it was at this point that all devices were out and in full use 😄 Once the concert ended, the audience were allowed to take photos and videos of the main stage and we certainly had a ball doing so! 🥹 I've rated the overall experience a 4/5: This is because the concert took place at a time when there was still light outdoors - the candles and it's ambience could not be fully experienced and immersed in, as daylight was shining through the cathedral doors which were all transparent glass. This was the only downside - I wish the concert could have been at a time when the sun was completely down, therefore the cathedral would have been dark enough to fully see the candles and experience it's ambience. Other than this, it was a great first time experience which I would highly recommend to others, just bearing in mind that the candles may not be fully experienced due to venue lighting and the time of your concert 👌🏻

An absolute phenomenal concert and experience. We had an amazing time and wished it went on longer. The musicians were incredible and you could just see, feel, and hear their passion in each piece of music they performed. My autistic daughter had an awesome time and was just memorised by the music. It helps calm her, and decompress. Highly recommend the Fever Candlelight concerts.
