My experience at the distillery was excellent in every respect. The whisky tour was very well organised, highly informative and engaging, with clear explanations about the production process, the history, and the philosophy behind the whisky. The guide who hosted our tour was absolutely outstanding — friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, with a genuine passion for her work. She explained many aspects in great detail, answered all our questions patiently, and truly brought the experience to life. The tasting session was well curated and of a high standard, and the overall atmosphere of the distillery was welcoming and well presented. I left feeling very satisfied, having gained valuable knowledge and a real appreciation for the craft and quality behind the whisky. Congratulations to the entire team. I wish you continued success and strong sales, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in whisky or simply looking for an enjoyable and educational experience. Took part at the "Behind the Cask" tour. Very exclusive tour. Only 5 people. We had a lot of fun, learned a lot about whisky and different types of yeast. The tasting was delicious. In comparison to other distillery tours, there was no complete tasting at the end. Diego, our very nice and competent tour guide served us different spririts during the whole tour. Highlight was a special single cask whisky directly out of the cask. We were able to buy a bottle. Of course I did. 😉 Highly recommended. For beginners and for whisky nerds. And Diegos recommended bar for a nice whisky afterwards was also perfect. Would do it again.

We booked a whisky tour for the afternoon, and myself not knowing much about whisky found it to be absolutely full of facts and a with a few tasters was a great afternoon! Michaelin our tour guide was brilliant, animated and full of facts and kept us all engaged, a real asset to your company (and no she didnt pay me to say this! 🤣) well deserved praise!! I would definitely recommend a tour here if your visiting Edinburgh even for the day!!

Booked six tickets to the distillery tour, which was fun, informative and engaging! Our host, Dave, made the tour enjoyable for all of our party, including those who aren’t the biggest whisky enthusiasts. We also had some drinks in the bar and I bought a bottle of the Noir Bordeaux from the shop. I can highly recommend this tour for those who are genuinely interested in distilling and want to support a newer whisky (and gin) maker!

Lloyd gave an amazing and informative tour of the distillery. The whiskey tasting was an awesome touch too. The bar here also serves really tasty cocktails. Highly recommend for anybody visiting Edinburgh

Super interesting- whiskey and gin tour. Good for everyone - lots of samples. Great guide - Courtney - walked us through the process of making whiskey. Purchased tickets ahead of time - sounds like whiskey is constantly rotating flavors.

Had a fantastic Gin flight here. Fantastic team explained all about the gins we had on our flight board. Friendly and informative, gin was a smooth juniper forward. Enjoyed trying all of flavours with recommended mixers. So good we left buying a bottle of our favourite.

The whole process was extremely well run, from the welcome in reception to the tour. Michaelin, our guide, injected great enthusiasm into explaining the whisky making process and the unique nature of the distillery and its experimentations with different ways to flavour the spirits. The tastings were fun and informative and the post-tour relaxation in the bar most enjoyable!
