Holzleiten Bio Wellness Hotel

We adore coming to Holzleiten, it is idyllic and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is nothing to fault. The location is breathtaking, the facilities outstanding, the food delicious and plentiful, the spa incredible, the treatments out of this world. Everyone at Holzleiten is so helpful, especially with our lack of spoken german, so thank you so much for the kindness of printing our menu in English. it is literally heaven on earth. We hope to be back soon.

This was our fourth year at Holzleiten as part of our late winter holiday. We love the Larch deluxe suite that we stay in which is very comfortable and has an amazing mountain view from the large window. The sauna suite is one of the best that we have experienced and I enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed this time that they had made a note of my previous requests for extra soft bedding and arranged that in advance. The walks in the meadow and the forest are a real pleasure. We will definitely be returning,

The hotel is excellent in every possible aspect. The sauna area is noteworthy, it is large and varied. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

Holzleiten is an amazing hotel! The location is just perfect and you have great hiking possibilities right on the doorstep. We had a room that faced the mountains and it was incredible to wake up to that view every morning. The wellness area is exceptional - so many relaxation rooms and a good mix of saunas. There are also lots of sport offerings and you can rent bikes/e-bikes. The staff were incredibly friendly, both at the reception and the restaurant. The only slight let down is the food. The food is by no means bad, but it lacks that extra something that we have experienced in other similar hotels. The lunch buffet could also be a bit more expansive (only one hot option) for example. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend this hotel as an oasis to relax and unwind.

This was our second visit. We enjoyed the spacious room with panorama view of the mountain. The sauna suite is one of the best especially the panorama sauna. My wife enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The food was very good, probably better than last year and the waiting staff were friendly and helpful. Our daily walks in the meadow and in the woods were a treat.

We had a wonderful wellness weekend at the Holzleiten hotel. The service was outstanding and so was the food. Especially the 5 course evening dinner and the breakfast buffet, it is without a doubt the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The wellness area offers a wide variety of treatments and rooms to either relax, work out, have some tea and a chat and multiple sauna's. The room we stayed in was also very clean, beautiful view and nicely decorated. I can only recommend to go here for a beautiful, relaxing and delicious time!

We have had our holidays at the Holzleiten over many years and we love coming back here. The staff are amazing and the food is fabulous. The spa is the best!||A suggestion for improvement would be to keep families separate from couples in the dining areas.
