"This Emirati-owned bakery specializes in cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. In addition to Middle Eastern-inspired desserts, such as chocolate-pistachio kunafa and milk cake, it serves what could easily be Dubai's best cheesecake with a burnt top and soft center."

The dessert paired with matcha was absolutely delightful — a real treat! I’d like to highlight the kitchen staff in particular: everything was spotless, and the team wore clean uniforms and head coverings — a big thank you for maintaining such high hygiene standards. It truly shows respect for the guests. The service was polite and attentive, and everything was served quickly. You can choose to sit either indoors or outside, both areas are cozy and welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. We’ll definitely be back again!

Oreo cheese cake and original cake — one was only cream, and the other was just cream with cookies. It felt misleading compared to how they’re advertised. On top of that, one of the cakes seemed old and not fresh, as if it had been sitting there for a long time. For a brand this popular, I expected better quality and transparency about what they’re selling. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Great Food but Terrible Service Visited Home Bakery on a hot summer evening outdoor activity. I ordered my dessert along with a large bottle of water. Shockingly, the water took 15 minutes and several follow-ups — my hot dessert even arrived before it, making the whole experience frustrating. When I politely asked the waiter (male, African descent) why it took so long, he responded rudely, telling me to “you need to have patience.” I told him I will report his rudeness and Instead of apologizing, he played the sympathy card, saying “we are also humans,” completely deflecting responsibility rather than acknowledging the delay or my situation. If he had simply apologized and shown some understanding, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Their staff used to be excellent, which is what kept me coming back. Unfortunately, this experience is a clear example of how good taste can be completely overshadowed by poor service. Sadly, I won’t be returning again.

Loved the s’mores cookie, the coffee is nothing special. I enjoyed their breakfast, eggs Benedict. The vanilla bean doughnut was delicious.

Disappointing Experience at Home Bakery I was looking forward to enjoying a good coffee and dessert with my family, so we decided to visit Home Bakery. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We first ordered the Original Milk Cake, but were told it was sold out. We then settled for the Rose Milk Cake, which was just okay. The staff member who took our order seemed rushed and didn’t make us feel welcome. Our order included fried cookies with ice cream and two black coffees. Everything arrived—except for the fried cookies. We had to ask twice about them, and eventually a different staff member told us that this dessert takes 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. It was surprising and frustrating, as no one had informed us of this when we placed the order. By the time the cookies arrived (only after I expressed my disappointment), the coffee was already finished. The lack of communication and attention to service was disappointing. I suggest better training for the staff, especially those taking orders, and more focus on making guests feel value

I come to this branch especially for their exceptional food & service. The Manager & Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Mahdi. The Chef Mr.Iqbaal prepares the best version of the dishes on the menu (and I visited many branches) Thier Baked Cheescake is the BEST EVER, and their Mushroom Croissant & Smashed Avocado are very tasty.
