The dessert paired with matcha was absolutely delightful — a real treat! I’d like to highlight the kitchen staff in particular: everything was spotless, and the team wore clean uniforms and head coverings — a big thank you for maintaining such high hygiene standards. It truly shows respect for the guests. The service was polite and attentive, and everything was served quickly. You can choose to sit either indoors or outside, both areas are cozy and welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. We’ll definitely be back again!

Disappointing Experience at Home Bakery I was looking forward to enjoying a good coffee and dessert with my family, so we decided to visit Home Bakery. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We first ordered the Original Milk Cake, but were told it was sold out. We then settled for the Rose Milk Cake, which was just okay. The staff member who took our order seemed rushed and didn’t make us feel welcome. Our order included fried cookies with ice cream and two black coffees. Everything arrived—except for the fried cookies. We had to ask twice about them, and eventually a different staff member told us that this dessert takes 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. It was surprising and frustrating, as no one had informed us of this when we placed the order. By the time the cookies arrived (only after I expressed my disappointment), the coffee was already finished. The lack of communication and attention to service was disappointing. I suggest better training for the staff, especially those taking orders, and more focus on making guests feel value

One of the best coffee shops in the area. Their milk cake was too good. So was the hot chocolate. The tiramisu French toast was said to be a house special but I found it average. Maybe it’s just personal taste. The staff was very friendly too. Pretty much a good experience visiting there.

Vanilla cloud cake was absolutely disgusting 1/5 star. Ferrero cake was delicious 4/5 star. Vanilla latte was way too sweet despite asking them to put less sugar 1/5 star. Upon asking the waitress to replace it, she said it was already less sweet and left us with the same order -.- I was so excited to try this popular bakery chain, however we left with half of our food untouched. Will not visit again.

I come to this branch especially for their exceptional food & service. The Manager & Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Mahdi. The Chef Mr.Iqbaal prepares the best version of the dishes on the menu (and I visited many branches) Thier Baked Cheescake is the BEST EVER, and their Mushroom Croissant & Smashed Avocado are very tasty.

One of the best coffee shop and pastries in Dubai, the place is so perfect. The menu, food and coffee is 💯 extravagant. The service specially the supervisor Michelle is so accommodating and humble keep is up. Can’t wait to be there again. Would definitely refer and tell my friends our amazing experience there. A must try coffee shop in Dubai.👍🏻

This place is unfortunately a ripoff we always come here for coffee and ask for Brazilian beans now they are adding it to the bill. They should inform us that Brazilian beans are extra charge now i had to pay 10aed extra doesn’t even mention on the menu that Brazilian is especiaility and extra charge so it’s a rip off and I’m not coming. Back average price for a lattee is 30aed with oat milk I paid 41 aed And there is so many flies and service so bad
