Disappointing Experience at Home Bakery
I was looking forward to enjoying a good coffee and dessert with my family, so we decided to visit Home Bakery. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.
We first ordered the Original Milk Cake, but were told it was sold out. We then settled for the Rose Milk Cake, which was just okay. The staff member who took our order seemed rushed and didn’t make us feel welcome.
Our order included fried cookies with ice cream and two black coffees. Everything arrived—except for the fried cookies. We had to ask twice about them, and eventually a different staff member told us that this dessert takes 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. It was surprising and frustrating, as no one had informed us of this when we placed the order. By the time the cookies arrived (only after I expressed my disappointment), the coffee was already finished.
The lack of communication and attention to service was disappointing. I suggest better training for the staff, especially those taking orders, and more focus on making guests feel value
