Staff: Very nice staff. Always helpful and available, with a smile, spoke english, patient with our tourist questions!!! Services: Free breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good. Breakfast eggs, bacon etc., fruit, crapes(called waffles) cereals and oatmeal. Nice touch with an afternoon desert cake. Coffee and tea was good and nice variety, available 24/7 lobby. Rooms: Nice and comfortable beds. One major issue: NO air conditioning. We hit a hot spell and it was boiling in the hotel. But thats an issue everywhere here, and other hotels I do not think had AC either. Water was nice and hot. Bathroom clean. Rooms facing main street can be a bit loud until about 12am.

Fantastic 👌 good service nice room and excellent food will definitely stay here more times. Best bed I ever slept in and a great view of the city. Staff are very helpful in whatever your needs are. Good opportunities for shopping and sightseeing

Even though the hotel provided two meals for my stay, the supper was a bit let down as it was almost vegetarian. If I'm a vegan I would be very happy. Breakfast was great. The room was small but the bathroom is fantastic!

Great location, good standard, tasty food. The only disadvantage was frequently coming in morning HK even though we have announced what time we will check out. Definitely will stay again.

Worst hotel I have ever been too, so small rooms and no space, it had no activetives for my kids and super dirty

This is an average European/Scandinavian type hotel. Expect a bed and a simple bathroom. The staff was wonderful. We requested a room with a window and a closet as all rooms do not have these, and they accommodate us. The one surprise this hotel had is a great free breakfast and a free evening meal. The hotel does not have a regular restaurant with a menu like others in Hamar, but they do offer drinks and snacks. There is a large eating area for the breakfast and evening meal. There is a small bar which is just part of the work space for the hotel receptionist, but you just ask for a drink and they get it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

In the centre of Hamar. I am reviewing on my day 1. Nice breakfast, nice dinner, nice coffee - everything on time. The hotel is located in a good place, near restaurants, railway station (3mins walk), and everything one would like to do in Hamar.
