Very welcoming hotel. From arriving to leaving all staff members were very helpful. On arrival we were quickly given our rooms and encouraged to use the lounge area where free refreshments were available. The foyer had a range of local exhibits which were interesting. Our room was comfortable and clean the facilities were excellent. We had an early flight so didn’t have a breakfast but were given a takeaway breakfast with coffee. We chose this hotel because of proximity to the airport and if I do say so myself was a very good shout.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. 24 hours a day hot drinks available with sweet treats in the afternoon. A light dinner is also included in the stay but far exceeds expectations. 1 hot meal available and that changes daily, soup and salad bars also provided. Breakfast is really good plenty to choose from something for everyone. Gluten free friendly as they provided bread and chocolate muffin.

Fortunately didn’t stay for more than one night, but managed to kill 3 bed bugs before going to bed, 2 more during the night and a couple more the next morning. Recommend staying away from room 204. Hotel in need of a refurbishment or at the very least, a deep clean. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great and there’s staff.

There is lots to like about this hotel great location, lovely cake, breakfast food was really lovely. Our room was clean and tidy albeit a little stuffy and hot. However the one thing that lets it down was the dreadful evening meal with food that was lukewarm and very unpleasant. You also had to pay extra for deserts. ||Everything else is lovely.

Hotel is located in central part of town close to all facilities. Comfortable room with nice and big bathroom with tub to relax after tiring and busy day. Breakfast, fika and evening meal included so no need to worry about looking elsewhere for food.

We had a Christmas adventure in this hotel. Somehow my colleague and i managed to forget our uniform and a charger in our rooms. Like in the movies, exactly this day was the last hotel's working day. After that it closing for Christmas and reopening only from January 2. Thats why we had to change the hotel. We remembered too late about that. It was impossible to reach somebody but i have found the contacts of the head manager. We were so greateful to mr. Kim, he was so kind and brought us everything back. We are so greateful for that. If not him, we would be in very problematical situation. Were really appreciate it! Happy holidays! )

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's very centrally located. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were good too.

Very nice hotell with huge exhibition showing the exhibits from whale hunting period. Much better than museum !||Very tasty breakfest and dinner included in price.
