We stayed at this hotel on one of the hottest days in Norway, and although the rooms are not air conditioned (which normally isn’t a problem), the staff were utterly gracious and accommodating to our requests. Shoutout to Natalie especially for helping us switch rooms at the end of her shift to a room that had a window that could fully open. The breakfast, afternoon tea (fika) and dinner were all delicious. The location is also perfect for exploring the city.

Poor costumer service in reception. We ordered a take away breakfast because of early flight to be ready to pick it up after 06:30 am but they have decided not to make it because we did not show excactly at 06:30 am to the desk! What? Second thing was, that I made a reservation for two persons and I had a confirmation but when I checked in got only a room for one person. When I went to that room and came back to reception they said that I should have noticed it at once when I got only one key and say something about it! What again? Fortunately I had my confirmation to correct th situation. No apologies and sorries.

The air condition wasn’t working and the dinner was empty 1 hour before closing dinner time,and the staff stopped putting more food out. There were a heatwave when we visited and the lack of air conditioning was just terrible with a 1,5 year old boy with us.

I’ve read some of the reviews that say it’s like the Danish ferry here and I see what they mean. It’s a tired place, but we were happy here. We had a superior room and had a lot of space. We were hoping for a Nespresso machine and not a water cooker, so that was disappointing. |The beds were comfortable and we thought the staff was friendly. We like that there is not room cleaning daily and really enjoyed the dinner that was included. The food was good here. Great location and really nice with the food stands on the main floor.|I will stay here again next time I am in town.

A fantastic hotel near the centre of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the secure music themed as it sits as part of the largest concert hall in the country. There is breakfast afternoon tea and dinner provided, all of which were very high quality. A great place to stay.

Decent hotel in a sentral location. Check in/out was fast. Standard room was quite large. I didn’t care for the decor. Seemed a bit dated and not «fresh». Messy in the main hallway with lots of laundry and cleaning supplies out just outside of my room. Room has limited amenities…no coffee or water cooker, no iron, no minibar, no water glass, not possible to cast to the TV. In my opinion, the bed was not great but pillows were good and ample. Room was quiet. Dining area was ok but maybe a tad small for the number of guests? There is also food available in the evening, which seemed fairly decent…included in the room price. Gym is available next door for a fee, but I did not check it out. Overall, this hotel was fine…I’ve experienced worse…but there are still better hotels in Trondheim.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. The toilet had dried feces, the garbage was not emptied and I found hair from the previous guest on my side of the bed. That’s disgusting! ||||I complained about the state of the room and the staff member apologized and promised that the room would get properly cleaned. When we came back from lunch with our friends the toilet had still dried feces, the garbage was still not emptied and the sheets were not changed. All they had done was make the bed. ||||I had to complain about the state of the room yet again. Luckily we got great help this time. He gave us enough bonuspoints for 1 free stay and gave us a new room. We had to downgrade, but at least the room was clean. ||||I really hope they check the rooms before any new guests arrive, because clearly the cleaning staff isn’t doing a very good job.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 8 days while on my annual trip to trondheim. My only copmlaints are that there isn't a minifridge in the rooms, The bathroom door is a sliding door which is really difficult to close and you can't lock it, and the lightswitch turns off the electricity of some of the power outlets which meant i couldn't charge my laptop at night without having the lights on. The only option was to pull out the power-cord of the lamp. The location of the hotel is really convenient; It is close to the central station, There are multiple close attractions and tons of restaurants, stores and pubs right outside. The staff/personnel are really kind and they always greet you and say goodbye when you leave or enter the hotel. This is my fourth year visiting this hotel and i can definitely say that it has improved alot since then. i look forward to coming back next year and seeing some improvements
