My stay at the hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Trondheim, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety and quality of the food were exceptional, easily one of the best I have ever had. Furthermore, the staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I will certainly choose it again for my next trip to Trondheim.

A very cozy hotel! It does give 'feeling at home' nuance. The room is clean, spacey, and well equipped. They no longer use Rituals product but the alternate soap, shampooo, and lotion are well scented and soft on skin. I stayed during winter and the decorations at the reception and dining area are sooo christmasy and cute ❄️🎅🏼 The location is withing walking distance from the attraction points and Trondheim S. They also provide complimentary buffet breakfast, fika, tea-coffee-juice and even dinner! And it is not just bare minimum dinner but real hot food and soup 👏🏻 A truly plus point compared to any hotel I've ever been. Above all, I'm impressed with the staffs' welcoming and accomodating gesture. Will definitely be back if I visit Trondheim again! 😊

Very nice hotel we stayed here from 4-6 oct. perfect location its in the city center near Nidarosdomen, restaurants and shops, havna and togstasjon.😊 We got room 602 which has a very good size for a standard room, nice clean bathroom and Rituals products in the bathroom that you just want to shower a lot!😊 We have the view of the sky and some rooftops but that’s ok.😅 The bed is very comfortable, normal cotton bed sheets, with very nice hotel pillows but the pynteputer has to be washed and the chairs in the room are classic, nice, needs some cleaning and renewal of the upholstery but still nice to sit on.😊 The tv is quite appropriate in size with some channels, but it would be nice if hotels have chromecast options, too bad they haven’t started with that one. We arrived around 4pm so we get to enjoy the afternoon coffee and cake which is included in the price, that afternoon we got some cinammon buns and some chocolate cake. Buffet dinner and breakfast buffet is included as well, we got this braised pork with mashed potatoes and veggies and after sometime they ran out so i think they served some turkey and kjøttkaker as well during the dinner that evening. The next evening we got this Tex mex dinner with rice or lefse and veggies and salad and bread but not gluten free. Very nice breakfast buffet a lot of good options. 😊 The hot chocolate is one of the best ever! They don’t have a parking lot but there’s a lot nearby. 🙂 Over all very nice hotel and very friendly staff.😊💕

We only met friendly staff.||Great breakfast, parking with a charger in the basement, and a central location.||Very convenient with dinner included.||||The only thing I can complain about is that they didn’t reply to a message I sent on Messenger the day before, asking what the dinner of the day was.||I only received an automatic reply: “Yay, it’s you! Thanks for texting us. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. That’s a promise.”

We stayed at this hotel on one of the hottest days in Norway, and although the rooms are not air conditioned (which normally isn’t a problem), the staff were utterly gracious and accommodating to our requests. Shoutout to Natalie especially for helping us switch rooms at the end of her shift to a room that had a window that could fully open. The breakfast, afternoon tea (fika) and dinner were all delicious. The location is also perfect for exploring the city.

Very friendly staff and great location with a parking garage on site. Only a few minute walk from plenty of activities and they served a great breakfast as well as dinner.

The air condition wasn’t working and the dinner was empty 1 hour before closing dinner time,and the staff stopped putting more food out. There were a heatwave when we visited and the lack of air conditioning was just terrible with a 1,5 year old boy with us.

I’ve read some of the reviews that say it’s like the Danish ferry here and I see what they mean. It’s a tired place, but we were happy here. We had a superior room and had a lot of space. We were hoping for a Nespresso machine and not a water cooker, so that was disappointing. |The beds were comfortable and we thought the staff was friendly. We like that there is not room cleaning daily and really enjoyed the dinner that was included. The food was good here. Great location and really nice with the food stands on the main floor.|I will stay here again next time I am in town.
