Home Made Hostel Budapest

Had an amazing and comfortable experience over here. We stayed at Home Made Hostel for a day to explore Budapest and found this place very calm and friendly roommates. The rooms were clean and tidy with info sticker everywhere. All the required amenities were available. The host was soft spoken and kind. I would recommend this hostel in Budapest. Great work guys. I really like the antique interior of the hostel. Good luck 🙂

I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I have nothing to compare it too, but I was generally happy with how everything went. Yes, the floors were squeaky, but for the price and location I was really happy. It was unique in the sense that it did not have bunk beds, and the staff were generally helpful. The overall experience was a good one.

Very nice hostel with friendly staff. Always prepared to help or give recommendations. We stayed in the private apartment, which was a very good experience. It was like having our own little house :) Our bed was broken the first night, but I didn't mind because they fixed it immediately and even offered us another bed in the hostel to chill on in the mean time.

Really really friendly hosts, happy to help with anything, lovely cozy rooms and the hostel is close to the centre. Very clean, no air con but the fans in each room keep the heat in summer tolerable. Would definitely recommend, the hostel and staff made our trip to budapest that bit more special

The place is wonderful. The "home made" name is well choosen. The friendly staff organized a cooking lesson to teach how to make traditional meals. That was interresting and a good way to meet everybody. The location in central and was exactly what we were looking for since we were staying only for 3 days. We were in the 4 beds room: it was comfy and quiet. We had a really good time over there. The only negative point would be the hot water missing in the shower at rush hours. Anyway, I would surely recommend it.

I really liked this place. The people are very friendly and help you well if you have any questions. They also have good advice on where to eat (nearly every kind of cuisine) in Budapest.

Excellent place. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, nice common areas. The building where it is located is absolutely stunning. It's beautiful! Well located as well.

Home Made Hostel is easily the best hostel I've ever stayed in. So comfortable and so unique. I highly recommend the private room. It was just like having my own apartment in Budapest.
