I love the little backyard they have and it was a great atmosphere. ... was there for friends birthday just now ..... the overall service was a bit slow. I ordered to have my chardonnay to be serve at the same time as my appetizers but did happen. The tenderloin is yummy and the potato is nice but the veggies that came with the steak was too salty. Overall experienced was ok but I like to come back and experience it with a small group next time.

Update: We had dinner on the patio last weekend. Sirloin and duck were both awesome and farm egg is still my favorite! We also tried the Mac and cheese as an app. Southern love for the bread crumb topping - it did truly taste like home! Service was fantastic (thanks, Lindsey) and the heaters above the patio tables make enjoying the cool weather easy! Almost great! We stopped in for lunch. It was cold outside, so we missed the patio that gets rave reviews. Service was good and so was food. Farm egg was the one dish I would deem "excellent." Will definitely return, but for brunch on a sunny day.

Cozy and quiet. It's the noise level and ambiance that first attracted us here, all the other restaurants on Cornelia St. range from loud to deafening. The food is very good, menu is very simple and changes with the available ingredients. Had a farmer's egg risotto that was superb. Very pleasant garden in the back. A small selection of bottled craft beers (5, but missing a dark option), quite good wine selection, specialty cocktails. In winter a thick double curtain at the door prevents the inevitable draft from opening the door to invade the space. We like it here.

Absolutely love this place. It's great during the warm months when you can sit at the garden in the back. Have been here half a dozen times over the last couple years and the experience is consistently great. My only regret is that the food is seasonal and so by the time I get back, whatever I had and loved last time is gone and I'm sad for the first minute or two until either a) the bread with the always changing and always amazing butter spread comes out or b) I get a chance to read the menu and get excited about my next great meal there.

This is a cute spot with locally-sourced ingredients and a focus on sustainability. Expect "farm-to-table" cuisine, for lack of a better term. My champagne cocktail was good, the scallops properly seared. Cozy restaurant-- friendly service, though for some reason our waiter spoke at a hushed whisper.

The name of this restaurant fits it perfectly. The place is small and cosy with old decoration and the staff is very friendly. The appetizers were delicious, and our main dish good (even though a little over cooked). We'll be back.

Simple but classic comfort food with a great NY wine selection. Former owners Barbara Shinn and David Page now focus on their Long Island winery but the tradition continues. Highly recommended for an excellent value brunch or casual dinner anytime.

Possibly the best risotto I have eaten. It is a little cozy place.
