The rooms were smelly, with poor bathroom fittings and rats running around. The sheets were unwashed. The only positive was the smart TV.

I request not to stay in this hotel, Reason is the reception staff was very rude , no good behaviour. Dirty room with mosquito and pests , tv was not working and reception guy didn't hand over the key of my room. The menu they kept in the room is old after delivering the food server says that is old menu and u have to pay more. Check in and check out time didn't mention anywhere and reception guy didn't inform me and he took 300 rupees extra for 1 hour. Staffs keep on talking and making noise till 2 am in the morning.

Very chip and angry talk Way with the customers. Also owner suggested not to come next time if you have a online payment.

Staff is making so much noise!!! I told them 6-7 times but it was of no use. 2 am but still can't sleep due to the noise. Never stay here. 3rd class staff. There should be a -5 rating for such hotel.

Stayed there one night. Initially quite hard for the auto to find it. It is right in the heart of Mumbai.||Pros||Staff friendly and helpful||Very cheap||Nice to meet other travellers in Lounge.||Stayed in room with two single beds. Mattress was comfortable and firm. Slept well.||Easy to get to beach and other areas with auto transport.||||Don't expect great quality shower/bath facilities but was fine and provided hot water. You pay for any food or water as well which is fine considering it is so cheap. ||Also, if going into the airport make sure they take you to the right terminal and not rip you off or spin some sob story. ||||Overall, okay place but is just for somewhere to sleep overnight and not anything else. Staff very friendly and supportive of which I thank them.

Hotel sucks. Rooms are too small. They gave 2 separate beds instead of a single large bed when one of my friend checked in as a couple. That too 3 am in the night. The staff troubled him. They didn't give proper directions for hotel also. But the breakfast was awesome. So much better than the room. The desk guy was an A-hole. But the subordinate staff was nice.

Stayed for a night to catch flight early morning. Took me five minutes to reach airport in the morning. Price wise, probably good, if want to stay for a night or two. The hotel needs renovation-walls, toilet, floors all are in bad shape. ||Management should spend some money to keep the rooms clean and basic features in working condition- should not cost much. ||Stuffs are very friendly and helpful- definitely a plus point.

This is a very nice hotel. The service is also very good. The rooms are cozy and well priced. The locality seems a little dingy as it is off the main road but there are lots of good shops near by. The hotel also gives free drop to the airport which is awesome if you are travelling by air from there. The food is a little expensive though. The only down side for me. I have stayed there twice. Also it is a great place for people taking GRE as the center is at a walk-able distance from here!
