Home Swiss Hotel

This hotel is fine for a business stay but wasn't overly comfortable and clean. Rooms are very basic (I stayed in the superior double room with balcony). I was looking on to a building site on the balcony with netting all around it so this wasn't ideal. I had to take meetings in the room and despite everyday leaving the "Do not Disturb" sign on door, reception would call the room to ask if they could clean it. Which sort of defeats the purpose of the sign and is quite annoying. Payment wasn't fully transparent on booking with additional costs added upon my arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was fine but for the price I expected a lot better. Great location

Amazing spacious rooms. Huge bathroom. Little outside the centre but convenient via trams / bus to get there. Special thanks to Linda the receptionist who helped us out of her way for everything we needed. I couldn’t find the palladium tram station (closest) & she actually walked me there. She’s extremely pleasant & so very helpful. I had the best stay at this hotel: it genuinely does feel like a home away from home. Would definitely come back ♥️

Good location, short work to the city or you can get 2 tram if you go left outside of hotel to the main street. Very clean hotel however no outside space to sit and have a drink or read a book etc. small reception with a small room where people ate breakfast. No atmosphere. Alicia the evening reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely holiday but I would not recommend hotel to friends or family.

Good hotel with outstanding service. Thank you Linda for your hospitality. Room is equipped with all necessary things, good mattresses. Relatively quiet area. Highly recommended higher floors and rooms with balcony. Very noisy so called conditioners, what is absolutely typical for all Geneva. Good location. 10 minutes walking distance from the center

Our room had everything we needed, was very quiet, great blackout curtains too. The free tourist travel card was excellent and the buses stop at the end of the road. Staff were very helpful and polite and always smiling.

Everything is very nice except there is no air conditioning, and it was 33 degrees out. There are portable units in some rooms (mine had one) which requires a tube to be hung out a wide open window. My friend's room was a toaster oven with just a fan, mine was 28 degrees with the AC running. There were notes left in rooms that there is no AC for environmental reasons. It would be better for both the planet and the guests to install efficient central AC so that an inhabitable temperature could be maintained with less energy wasted. This issue aside, staff was lovely and the room was clean and would have been comfortable had it not been so hot.

We had very nice, helpful ladies at the reception area to help us navigate the city. The Breakfast was lovely. Rooms clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to all we wanted to see.

A little walk out of town, but a nice walk through the streets. Check out the award winning bakery nearby!! ||The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were quite basic for 4*, but we weren’t in there much, as we were busy site seeing. The breakfast was basic too. Room was quiet, but the balcony is not really for the view! ||The staff were a credit to the hotel, very professional.
