When we walked in to the hotel and went to the check in desk, the woman behind the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Our king bed room was spacious. It had a full size fridge, microwave and sink. We had to turn the fridge on at first. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side. It had a shower with glass doors. It had shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no shower gel. We had to use the little bars of soap. There was also a big bottle of lotion in the bathroom too. The scent was a bit strong for me. There were a lot of surfaces to put your items if needed. There was a small open closet area with an iron and ironing table as well. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The towels were also replaced daily. There is breakfast included with your stay. They had a variety of items that should satisfy everyone who wants to grab something before they head out for the day: eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, breads, fruit, yogurt with optional toppings, waffles, etc. Not every item is served every day. The hotel is in location with several restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants were all different types of cuisine: American, Italian, BBQ, Asian, etc. The price range of the restaurants varied too. I would stay here again. My one complaint is that the refrigerator was a bit too loud for my liking. One note: there is a small airport nearby and you will hear some planes flying by, but I wasn't there during the day and they seemed to stop by a decent time in the evenings.

Very nice experience. Angie was a particularly delightful front desk personality, and made fast friends with our toddler. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed felt very nice. The elevators didn’t make scary noises or anything. The A/C seemed sliiightly temperamental. Good breakfast selection. They had a pot of oatmeal, which is pretty much all I cared about. But I also saw little omelets and sausages, boiled eggs, a variety of breads, yogurt with plenty of toppings options for the oatmeal and yogurt. Fresh fruits, a variety of juices. Oh, Texas-shaped waffles, of course. They probably had bacon, I don’t really remember. Definitely had coffee, but I didn’t get a good look at that station either. My kid ate yogurt, and it was really good. My husband had no complaints about his omelet and his chicken sausage. The hallways were just a bit noisy, but to be completely fair, there were like 200 teenaged soccer players staying there for a local competition the same night we were there.

Very nice hotel...front desk was very helpful...free breakfast...nice pool and great outside lounging area with fireplace. Rooms were roomy and clean...only complaint was in room 408 the fridge smelled like there was bad fish inside keeping it from getting 5 stars. We didn't use the fridge at all.

Generally all great Before I get to my main reason, they only had three pillows…, just seemed odd. BUT the whole reason for staying here was a trip for business friends retirement event. During that event received an urgent accusation statement that we had dogs in our room and needed to remedy asap. There was no question, ALL accusations.I have the vm to prove it. Taking time away from events I called the hotel and told them we have no dogs and they are welcome to go into the room to verify. Training opportunity: This is —— at the Hilton. “Could you call us at your convenience regarding us trying to find the origination of barking dogs as it’s compromising the peaceful quiet enjoyment of our hotel. Thank you.” Later on after returning, the hotel found it was the room above us that had the two dogs. No apology

The service is immaculate! Every person I talked to at the front desk was very sweet, and made me feel relaxed as a person with social anxiety. I cannot stress enough about how great this hotel is, this is genuinely the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at.

Google
We were walking distance from Addison circle AND they even gave us free passes to Kaboom Town with our stay! Breakfast was great with someone making the waffles for us! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful and the pool was nice with clean bbq grills for cooking out!! 10/10 I recommend!

As a Lifetime Diamond Member I have stayed at too many Hilton Properties to mention...This hotel is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties that I have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was awesome as well. When in the Addison Texas area, this Hilton property is the one for you...!!!

Google
I’m giving 5 stars due to them turning a terrible situation into a great customer experience. The past few days there has been a group of younger guys here apparently for a soccer tournament. They have been extremely loud and rude; Belligerent and obnoxious the entire stay. Last night in particular I was being watched by them as I went into my room. Later that night I heard a loud bang on my door that literally made me jump out of bed. I looked out the door and found them in the hallway. I asked one of them did they knock on my door. They were laughing clamorously as one of their friends came out of one of the three rooms they rented in the same hall and said that someone knocked on his door too. I knew they were lying and covering for each other Because it was obvious to anyone who could see, but I didn’t find it funny. I stayed at my door and looked out the peak hole because I knew they were going to do it again and lo and behold. One of them literally ran and did a flying kick at my door and the force pushed the door back and hit me in the head, even though the door was closed! That’s how hard they kicked my door. I watched through the peak hole as he ran into the same door of the other young man who said that he had his door knocked on too. I filed a police report and they came to investigate. None of them came to the door, but you can hear them in their rooms trying to be quiet. The attendant downstairs was extremely helpful. This is what this review was actually about. He went above and beyond his way to see to it that I was placed in another room and accommodated. He was extremely helpful and if he is not management, he definitely deserves to be. I’m staying here on business for quite a while and it was disheartening to see such a rude group of people being allowed in a place where people come to for business or just to get away from home. I thank the staff for their generosity and bringing some sort of peace to the situation. This group of immature young boys are checking out today, but whoever has allowed them to come here should be held responsible for their actions because they also have been harassing other visitors who I spoke to earlier this morning and said that they were getting their doors knocked on in the middle of the night too. Whoever is chaperoning or has made it possible for them to stay here needs to take disciplinary actions before they run into someone who isn’t as “nice” as myself…

Yelp
Stayed at Home2 Suites by the Addison Airport because I just needed a quick spot quite frankly. She's not here to win any beauty prizes. She's got a clean room, decent gym, and she's got a free breakfast so it's everything I needed. It was safe, it was walkable to restaurants, and it got the job done. Basically, the Honda Civic of hotels.

Yelp
I struggled giving this a five because for some reason my brain fells like 5 star hotel reviews should be fancy, but when I thought about it there was nothing I could fault during my stay so a 5 they deserve!! When we arrived for a two week stay there was a goodie bag in our room. Such a nice touch. The staff was very helpful with the ladies who took care of the breakfast set up being our very favorites. There is a clean laundry area, a gym, a pool - all that you would need for a long stay. The room was clean and serviced daily. The small kitchenette was well stocked even with a dish washer. Tons of places to eat around the hotel, however, the area isn't very walkable so we usually took the car. Included breakfast always set us up for a good day. There were a number of people who were here for a long stay and all were friendly, you could easily make buddies by hanging at the pool. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Yelp
This hotel serviced the purpose. I was down for a short weekend with a friend. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable for a good night's rest. The front desk person (Mercedes) was nice and accommodating The suite had an efficiency size refrigerator, dishwasher, small kitchen sink and dishes to use. Everything in the room was functional. The breakfast was not what I would like but I see that it will do for most guests.

Yelp
Our Escalade was broken in on our first night. Hotel manager walked backwards when my husband was telling the front desk what just happened. We asked them to call the cops and the front desk guy did so. At no time was there any sense of urgency or any comforting words. We parked right by the front door. This was just very disappointing and at no point did any manager call or follow up. We were forced to stay two extra nights bc of the break in. No customer service what so ever. We attempted to talk with a manager the following day and was told that the manager is only available after 11am???? SMH......

Yelp
Facility is fine. Nice rooms. Several issues with keys. Digital key did not work on entrance had to walk around to front with suitcase. Went looking for coffee at 430 am. None available. Then got locked out of room. Hard key and digital key did not work. Biggest issue was excessive perfume in rooms and public areas and the loudest AC ever in a hotel. Measured dB at 60. That is same level as a room full of people. Who can sleep with that much noise? Not me.

Yelp
Wonderful modern hotel with a decent breakfast in the mornings that my girls really enjoyed! Everyone extremely nice...front desk...breakfast attendants and even the housekeeping! We will be back !

Yelp
I'm impressed with this hotel. It's an affordable price and located in a safe neighborhood, and they are taking extra measures to keep things sanitary during the COVID pandemic. The rooms are clean, quiet, and have a nice comfortable bed. That's all I ever ask for in a hotel. An added bonus: these rooms include a FULL size fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher. But wait, that's not all folks; they also include a full kitchen of dishes, utensils (even a colander and a cutting board). If you need a cooktop (and skillets), you can request one from the front desk for no charge. I almost felt like I was renting a condo at the coast with all of the accoutrements. During COVID times, they are taking extra measures to sanitize things. They won't even rent out a room until 48 hours after the last guest has checked out. They also keep the exterior doors locked all day to limit the amount of people in the lobby. You have to hit the buzzer to request entrance, or if you have already checked in, you can swipe your room key to get in. In summary: nice clean rooms, and I feel they are taking extra measures to keep the guests safe. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for delivery, or dining out if that is your preference. ZERO complaints!

Yelp
It has been 3 years since we stayed here last. It is still our favorite hotel in Addison! The staff is amazing. Chris, the manager, Anthony at the front desk, Barbara and Nora in the kitchen, Edis, and the maid team, both of the engineers, Smirage, Jack and the whole staff, super kind and helpful. We love the location near Addison circle, being surrounded by lighted, grassy areas with a private dog park, a pool, gym, laundry.... and spacious, well-appointed rooms that had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Restaurants, spa, beautiful Addison park, all are within walking distance. We really felt at home, away from home! Breakfast every day was devious and complete. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable, safe and cared for!

Yelp
I had plans to stay in a posh hotel during my trip, but I had enough points to stay at a Hilton, so I decided to try Home2Suites in Addison. As I was staying ten nights, the kitchenette was a nice touch. The full size refrigerator with an ice maker was great, as was the microwave! Grocery stores were nearby to stock up. Plenty of restaurants in the area for delivery as well. The 24/7 in house coin op laundry is convenient, and is $.75 to wash and $.75 to dry. A daily breakfast was included, but I did not have an opportunity to check it out. I was looking forward to taking a hot bath in the shower/tub described in the room highlights, but the room only has a shower. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear the next room having regular conversations. The refrigerator was also unusually loud, even with the ice maker turned off. The hotel is dog friendly, which I greatly appreciate! Unfortunately, the dog relief area is unusable as it is unsanitary. The staff was incredibly friendly, parking was easy and plentiful, and the location was great. Overall, would recommend.

Yelp
Terrible front desk. No elevators to upper floors. Overall does not care about anything. Don't book here. 0 stars.

Yelp
Even though we only live 1 mile away, we were forced to stay at a hotel due to the May 28 storms and power outage. Home 2 Suites is a pleasant surprise. New, clean, with a good size pool with plenty of lounges/chairs around the pool to hang out. Rooms are large and clean, ours was an efficiency with 2 queen beds, couch, large TV, microwave, dishes and dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. The full breakfast was really good. They sell frozen items that you can cook in your microwave if you need them. Soft drinks, snacks, beer and wine are also for sale. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Even though only BJs was open due to the power outage. Most importantly, I want to give Kudos to Mercedes (and her dayshift colleague, I didn't get his name) at the front desk who were VERY helpful and did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
I actually really loved my stay here and would come back in the future. The guest services staff were friendly and professional. I booked my room 2 days in advance through AAA rewards and got a pretty good discount. I was able to check in immediately, get my key and walked into my room all under 15 minutes! This hotel is right in the middle of Addison which is surrounded by amazing eateries and activities. It is very close to the airport so occasionally you'll hear an airplane go by but it's not too loud. One thing I truly appreciated was the cleanliness of the place. You can tell they want all their guests to be safe. Overall I had a wonderful and peaceful night of sleep and enjoyed a delicious meal in the area!

Yelp
I was staying five nights and down for my Mothers funeral. This hotel is one of the higher rate Hotels in the area. The Catalytic Converter was cut out of my vehicle. It was parked in the front row of the parking under a light near the entrance. When I approached Jack at the Front Desk, his only response was "Oh, let me take last nights stay off". Well that really set me off and the emotionless black hole doesn't even get it! No empathy; just the stupid smirk. There are no cameras in the lot; no Security in the Hotel. This theft happens all the time according to Jack and the Police. If Hilton knows this is occurring, why are they not taking steps to protect their Guests? I am out $1000 deductible. The vehicle will take two to three weeks to repair. Being from Illinois means I have to drive back down to pick up my vehicle in a few weeks. On the evening my vehicle and in turn my wife and I were violated, there was a knock on my door around 10pm. Looking through the peephole it appeared to be a little thug. I yelled through the door what he wanted and he walked away. A few minutes later, I received a call from the front desk stating there was a person there claiming to be my cousin. I only have a son in Addison; no cousins. The standard check by the front desk agent to see if the person knew my name should have made it clear I was not his cousin. During breakfast in the Lobby, persons can be seen walking in, grabbing plates and walking out. Anyone monitoring this at least for Guest safety? No; not even a thought as most of the time the Front Desk is in the back; maybe working on improving their hospitality skills but I doubt it! I was expecting the GM to call me as Jack indicated she would but that never happened. I guess this hotel doesn't give a damn about their guests so I would never stay here if I was the reader of this review. Your safety is more important . . . and they don't give a damn!

Yelp
I like the hotel. The rooms are spacious. It has everything you need. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors all night long. The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was beyond. I would definitely stay here again and invite my family to stay here as well when in town.

Yelp
My husband and I were in for his best friend's proposal, so we decided to stay here since it's close to where we needed to be. Ciara, the manager on duty, and Josh provided impeccable service. They knew our names and asked how we were doing every time we saw them. This isn't the hotel's fault, but I am appalled at how guests will hold a hallway conversation in the middle of the night or early morning. They also love to slam doors. That would be my main complaint. We've stayed at hotels where they have "quiet hours" from 9 pm to 9 am. We loved it. The breakfast reminds me of the Hampton Inn. The sandwiches were good, but it can be chaotic if you get down there around 9. We will definitely be back, though. Great location and wonderful local restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

Todd A.

Yelp
The place is not clean. I opened the ice bucket and it had an old stick of deodorant with public hairs stuck to it in the bucket. When I called the front desk to request a new bucket Anthony, at the front desk, said I could bring him the dirty one. And, when I said, no, you should bring me a clean one. He refused. Horrible Customer Service!!

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel the first week of December for over a week. I initially booked this room using the www.hotels.com but you'll find a better deal booking in advance using Hilton Honors website, if you are looking to book a room last minutes, www.hotels.com will be your best bet. My girlfriend and I travel often, staying at various hotels. When we pick a hotel we look at various websites to determine where we will stay based on four main factors: cleanliness, safety, value and proximity to restaurants and shops. This hotel aces all of the above checkboxes. It also, has a gym with working equipment and none of the weights missing (those of you who travel often, know what I'm talking about!). The hotel also offers free breakfast and it's not your typical generic breakfast with fake scrambled eggs and sausage links. Each morning they usually had about 4 different breakfast sandwiches to pick from as well as the usual fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and waffles. The breakfast alone is probably a $10 value per guest. The staff was great as well, they were attentive, professional and always available.

Jen M.

Yelp
I love this hotel. It's very clean and moderate. All staff have been wonderful and helpful, which makes a big difference in hotel stays.

Trey S.

Yelp
I was Triple Charged for a room I didn't even stay in. I received no confirmation for my stay via email or a receipt even after I repeatedly asked for confirmation yet I was still charged a cancelation fee. They even pre-authorized for multiple nights even though they knew they were charging me a cancelation fee. Then they charged me two additional times. I have never had a hotel be so blatant with taking money for doing nothing.

Yelp
I stay in Hilton properties for business, at least 1-2 times a month. I'm a huge fan of Hilton properties, and their hotels are generally just as clean, if not a step above their competition. Albeit a new(er) property, unfortunately this Home 2 Suites missed the mark. When away from the wife, and kiddos on business, I look forward to sleeping in a King bed, in peace, sans fussy kids, and a dog sprawled out all over us. Sure, I'm away for work, but its like Heaven. When I checked in, at 3P (You know, standard hotel check-in time), the Front Desk Agent said there weren't any available King rooms, even though my email confirmation clearly stated "King." Ok, I could understand, if I checked in early, and when this happens, it's on me- not the fault of the hotel. But- this is the fault of the hotel. It's incompetence, and falls directly upon Management, in my view. After checking in to my room, I needed to work. Internet is usually very reliable at Hilton properties. I've never had an issue. Ever. At this Home 2 Suites, the internet simply didn't work. (Room #217). I spoke to Justin, and he insinuated that I wasn't following the instructions properly. Ok, again, whatever, and I didn't have time to argue with him. I'd have an IQ comparison with Justin, but I digress. I managed to get the majority of my work done on my phone. Fun, indeed! The next morning, still groggy from an uncomfortable twin bed, and walls that seem paper thin, I stroll down to the lobby computers. Again, no freakin' internet. Ugh, I go to the Front Desk, and she, in a condescending tone, accused me of not being astute enough to comprehend basic computer skills. I told her to try. She did, and then mumbled something about my last name is too long; therefore, I cannot log in. What!? I've stayed at Hilton properties over 50 times in the past few years, and you give me some BS excuse. No- the internet simply isn't functioning properly! Horribly managed property, but a great location. Never again.

Yelp
Just wanted into my room and smells like cigarettes. I try an stay at Hilton owned hotels to business but this is definitely the last time I stay here especially for the price of a Hilton owned hotel. Gives Hilton a bad name. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because everyone is nice and professional.

Yelp
The room is a little plasticky : Like a poor man's IKEA. Buy it was clean and nice inside and the bed was comfy. But the huge miss and what will keep me from returning on my frequent business trips is a lack of TV ( at least in room 411) in the bedroom area. It's way across the room and you can't see it from one of the beds. Why do that???

Rodney C.

Yelp
Yes, you get a suite for a good price, but the rooms and the grounds are really showing their age and usage....Parking lot was dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Sofa in my room was saggy with frayed upholstery. The air vents were all rusted. The fridge didn't cool past 50 degrees. Ice maker didn't work and the freezer didn't freeze. The carpet was stained and looks to really need a cleaning. And the wi-fi is spotty at best. Not the worst place to stay, but really, really needs some attention to detail.

Ronna F.

Yelp
The hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. I don't like having to pay $5 every time you go out of the parking lot. And, the girl at the front desk did not know how to split the bill between myself and my friend, so I paid and my friend had to send me a check.

Yelp
I've always liked Home 2 Suites - nice rooms with comfy beds, almost a full kitchen, a couch with leg room, a desk, a closet ... The staff has been very friendly here - all my weekend activities were canceled due to an unusual amount of rain, so I have spent most of my mid-mornings in the lobby working on my laptop. The lobby is very open with many different sitting arrangements - Very much worth it.
google avatar

Kim J.

Yelp
Excellent location - tons (TONS) of nearby restaurants and shops.. many within walking distance. Complimentary shuttle to locations within a 0.5 mile radius, as well! Hotel was beautiful/nicely decorated/modern. Very clean. Free breakfast had great variety. Friendly staff. Nice pool area and large fire-pit area for outdoor socializing. I didn't use the gym, but it looked nicely equipped. The only "con" - was that it must be situated closely to a private/smaller airport, because there were quite a few low-flying prop-type plans that scare the crap outta me (noisy). But - not their fault, obviously! Highly recommend!

LaTonia W.

Yelp
My stay here was amazing! I traveled her for business and stayed over one night. The stay was great! My room was clean and spacious. The sheets were sooooo soft. After a very long and busy day I really got a good nights rest. I was only there one night so I really didn't get to use all the amenities but I enjoyed my stay! I definitely recommend!

Yelp
By far the rudest most Incompetent group of so called managers that have no idea what they are doing ripped me off of two rooms and there is no one in charge that has any clue of what is happening. I'll be getting a refund I hope due to their negligence and poorly trained managers. Rude and tacky young managers doing nothing at all to help guest and do not stay there it is horrible ! Ignorant people who are on power trips with no knowledge of how Hilton members should be treated. Hilton should take their affiliated name off of this hotel ! It's bad !

Louis R.

Yelp
Horrible service. Checked in or tried. I have been sitting here. My room is still not ready. This is after they gave me a the incorrect room which would have me sleeping on a couch pull out, and not the queen size bed that was paid for and on my paperwork. It is after 4:00 pm so I don't understand why they do not have a clean room ready. I was told 10-15 minutes and I am still sitting here 40 minutes later. Unacceptable. Not to mention when I came in the room finally. There is nasty hair is in the shower and other people's belongings in the refrigerator Second day review: breakfast was nice and everyone was gracious. Coming back to my room after my day, I come back to my room door being unlocked and wide open. Again, unacceptable.

Yelp
This review is for the Home2 Suites on Belt Line Rd in Addison, TX. I am a Hilton Honors member and always stay at Hilton Hotels. My favorites are Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, and the newer Home2 Suites. On a price per square foot ratio the Home2 Suites are the real bargain here. For this stay I reserved our room a month and a half in advance and got a 2 Queen 1 room suite for a remarkable $82 per night on a Friday and Saturday!!! All totaled with taxes etc. to around $190 for 2 nights which is cheaper than most of our stays are for 1 night. There was plenty of room as is typical for Home2. Amenities included a microwave, a full size refrigerator (which looked like it had just come out of the factory!), a roomy bathroom, room divider (big thick curtain) to separate the sitting area from the bed area, a sleeper sofa, and a large built in that covered an entire wall and provided a desk, 2 open closets with the same curtains as the room divider, more than enough drawers for an extremely long stay, as well as plenty of open shelf space. Bathroom: Roomy enough for 2 occupants at the same time. I like the shower dispensers for shampoo and soap. Means you will have more than enough for a lengthy stay without having to call for more of those small little bottles. The shampoo and soap were also Neutrogena brand. The toilet had a double flushing system that would conserve more water if u used the smaller button for #1 and the larger button for #2. Nice sink area with a trendy sink and large counter area on either side. Kitchenette: As stated, there was a full sized stainless steel fridge that was immaculately cleaned and a microwave. They also had a nicely sized sink for washing out your coffee mug. Which leads me to the coffee maker as well as 6 full size glasses made of a robust thick glass and ceramic coffee mugs. Top notch kitchenette. Living/Sitting area: Sleeper Sofa that was VERY comfortable. Not your usual stiff foamed cushions here. We did not utilize the sleeper. There is a floor to ceiling divider that separated the sitting area from the sleeping area. Beds: Wow, these were very comfortable! I like a soft bed and these did not disappoint. If u r a firm bed aficionado this would not help you out much. Plenty of bedding on each bed, with extra bedding in one of the drawers should u require it. HVAC: The unit itself is an under window unit but it is controlled by a wall thermostat. Very efficient. Because of our cool evenings and hot days (80s) we used both the AC and the heat. The unit both cooled the room and heated the room with aplomb. Walls: This is where things got a little shaky. As nice a room as we had, the walls are definitely thin. We always knew when our neighbors on either side were getting out of bed and prepping for their days. From even the simplest sounds such as moving hangers in the closets to closing drawers, you knew what was going on. Fortunately we had adult neighbors who seemed to bed early and were quiet. They also were up early, but we were too. This would be a huge issue if u happened to get some noisy neighbors. So much so that u would most likely have to request another room. Breakfast: As is the norm nowadays, free breakfast was offered. Although there is plenty of seating and tables, the breakfast area is a simple wall with 1 wall length shelf. There was a toaster, 2 impossible to use microwaves (more on this later,) drink dispenser (no soft drinks,) a container for microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, and a cereal dispenser. This area made for an impossibly crowded jumble of people all vying for the exact same areas. If there were more than 4 people then everyone was bumping into each other and causing accidents. What a mess. What didn't help was the fact that the microwaves were horrid!!! There was a top row of buttons. Numbers from 1-9. That's right, there was no zero! The placement of the buttons was a trial in chaos. I watched as at least 10 people stared at the machine to warm something up for a good 2-3 minutes each causing even greater delays in moving people around this mass of activity. A few just gave up and returned their sandwiches and chose cereal instead. The others just looked confused. I consider myself a techie/geek and it even took me a moment to decipher. I eventually was able to set a time for 59 seconds. Not 60 seconds since there is no zero. LOL! Very poor execution of breakfast here. Overall I give this a 4 star rating on this visit because we were lucky to have respectful neighbors, a fabulous price, and actually opted to skip breakfast on the second day.

Yelp
This place is new, clean, colorful, modern, comfortable. The staff has been more than accommodating - above and beyond the scope of their duties. We have been affected by a fire and if they had the availability, we would stay here the entire time our home is in restoration. Their pool is saline instead of chlorine, gym is awesome, outdoor tabletop glass enclosed fire pit - looks just like the photos on their website. They even helped my teenager move our stuff from one room to another bc I was at work- and dropped off paper grocery bags for me for better storage of groceries. Have zero complaints, but many MANY thanks to the staff, housekeeping, and the management for making us feel so comfortable during a horrible time. Ps. We had to move to a Residence inn, bc home2 was booked- and they can't hold a candle to Home2! If you have a choice, esp for an extended stay- choose this one.

Yelp
Horrible! Hilton honors gold member who used to love home 2 suites. There was a bug in the bed the first night. Every day there were sheets in the hall the entire stay

Yelp
I picked a specific room on my app(a corner room)got here a little early and was waiting on my room for about 2 hours, eventually at my actual check in time they said that it wouldn't be available and I was rudely told by the larger lady of the two at the front desk that I hadn't picked a corner room, when I know for SURE that I had picked a corner room online.. Her tone of voice was extremely rude no matter what she said to me, or how nice she may have thought she was.. Being a Hilton gold member and former Hilton employee I was looking forward to my late check out, which she later told me was unavailable(which is extremely unfair, given the fact that I was promised a room online and not given it). On top of these inconveniences as soon as I checked out and handed her my hotel keys and started walking away she murmurs to her coworker "That girl is way too skinny " !!!! (About me) How freaking RUDE!! I can't believe that someone with such a condescending day to day attitude is working in hospitality! There were two women behind the counter, one of them (the smaller of the two)was much nicer than her coworker.. I am in disbelief of the hate I could feel from that woman from the get go. The room was great, even though it wasn't the one I picked. However I hated being talked down to by the rude front desk agent. She made me sound like I was crazy when I told her I picked specific room online. Unbelievable. I feel much more tense than before my getaway.. I hope she was not a manager because she was SUCH an extremely negative woman. I used to adore Home2 Suites specifically, however I won't be returning to this one... Just pick another.

Yelp
First, THE ONLY REASON THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW is because when we booked, we wanted a reservation for 30 days. Turned out, the only room available was a handicap room, which was perfect because my mother is handicapped and I wasn't doing so well either and needed a cane to get around. Check in was at 3 and we got there early and they let us check in, which we were grateful for but it was not the handicap room we looked at. They put us in a hearing-impaired handicap room on the 4th floor. The biggest issue was there was no shower seat, which comes in all handicap rooms. We asked for one and they didn't have any extra so we had to drive to our storage unit in Arlington to get my mother's. So, that being said, everything was 5 stars! The atmosphere upon entering is very warm and inviting. Cool style and lots of funky colors. Very nice lobby. Lots of seating and outlets for your phone or computer. The room is GREAT for extended stay. They have a fully stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator, cook surface, tons of tables tucked under each other, and a couch in the living area. A curtain separates the living area from the beds but some rooms have a dividing wall. The couches pull out to another bed. The beds are the softest, most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I had a very messed up back from a hard bed at our previous hotel and this bed really helped me. I was joking that I wanted to take the bed home with me. Breakfast was great. Good variety. Eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt. We never got bored of the options. The saline pool was cleanest public pool I've ever seen! The water was crystal clear, you could see the bottom, the white tiles with the depth were actually white. It was amazingly refreshing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We became friends during our month stay. The hotel is in a very nice area! Anything you need is on Belt Line Rd. You have grocery stores, restaurants, churches. I would stay here again if I need an extended stay and would highly, highly recommend!

Yelp
I'm writing my review from the hotel room, before the end of my stay, because I have been so highly impressed with the service and amenities at this location. This is day 31 of my stay at Home 2, due to an unfortunate plumbing incident that left my house flooded just before New Year's Eve. With that, insurance has handled our reservations and payment through a relocation company. When booking, I specified that we would need a suite with a door separating the bedroom and living area. Based on other reviews, and the feedback from reservations, I believe all rooms here all called "suites", so if you're looking for separated spaces, you need to specify. Luckily, they had a room available that met our needs. I was extremely thankful, since the first hotel insurance put us in was unclean, old, musty, tiny, cramped, and felt unsafe. All that aside, walking into our room at Home 2 was a huge relief. The living area was 3 times bigger than our last hotel, and allowed plenty of room for my toddler to play, and for me to fix meals. There was a full size fridge and dishwasher, which was an added bonus, and a small table to have meals. The hotel itself is relatively new, so it has the convenience of a shiny new appearance and clean surfaces. The day we began our stay, the common area hallways had just had carpet shampooed, and just this morning they are steam cleaning the tile floors in the lobby. So cleanliness seems to be a high priority for them. The staff has been so nice and accommodating, and helpful in whatever we might ask. Housekeeping has been great getting in and out quickly but still doing a great job cleaning the room (which has been extremely important with a toddler staying here). The one downfall of the property is the noise. Having lived in a single family home for a few years, I've forgotten the multifamily environment, and unfortunately the noise from neighbors has been bothersome. We've had a few different neighbors upstairs, and can hear a lot of noise from them at night. So far it hasn't been enough to wake up our toddler, but it's an annoyance nonetheless. Overall, our stay in this hotel has been pleasant, given the crazy circumstances. And I would definitely suggest this location to any family or friends coming to visit.

Yelp
This place is ran by uneducated people. I couldn't get one honest answer about the charges they charged to my account. They always put a hold on incidentals but they charged my acct. 3 times for it & still hasn't been returned to me. Thirty dollars turned into 90.42 & they can't or won't explain it to me.

Yelp
I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times and I've always had a good experience until tonight. I came to check in and front desk agent Carlos (if that was his name) was assisting me. I was inquiring about my water and snacks since I'm a gold member since I already checked in through the app and got my digital key. He told me that the digital key wasn't working and asked which hotel was I staying at? I showed him the location and he said that this is the right place (not knowing they opened another home 2 suites not to far away). Carlos proceeded to look for my reservation and he ended up telling me I was at the wrong place, even after he told me I was at the right hotel. Frustrated I proceeded to walk away and my girlfriend overheard him calling me an asshole. Very unprofessional and not the way you talk or treat your guests. I will no longer be staying at this hotel after my experience. Instead of calling me an asshole, he could've advised me that another home 2 suites opened up not to far away and Gave me directions. 3 stars because of prior experiences.

Yelp
Almost brand new in the heart of Addison. Great location close to several restaurants. Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms were filled with the standard amenities. Hotel has a modern feel with everything you need, pool, kitchenettes, large bathrooms, fitness center, fire pit at outside bar area. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
So there's a difference between a Suite and Studio room- I paid for a SUITE and they put us in a STUDIO room. I went back to the front desk and the attendant said I was in a STUDIO SUITE- trying to play it off. WRONG!!! I know the difference in the rooms - do they think I'm that stupid?! The attendant told me that they gave me a suite at studio price? WHAT? That doesn't even make sense- they gave me a STUDIO room! The attendant then said that they ran out of Suites because current guest continued their stay so they didn't have enough rooms- never received an email or any type of notification! So the fact that I booked this room a month ago doesn't matter apparently! Then the attendant said that there was nothing she could do about it. REALLY?! And that she couldn't give me any money back because I booked through Expedia. RIDICULOUS! DONT BOOK A ROOM HERE- they will lie to your face, try to trick you, AND THEN rip you off!

Yelp
My husband have stayed here a few times, and we have enjoyed it each time. The staff members provide excellent service. Justin and Josh went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was fantastic during our recent visit.

Yelp
This hotel is exceptionally nice! The whole staff was nice! The amenities were perfect! l noticed on one site it was rated as a 2.5 star hotel - that is so FAR from the truth! It's near great eateries and will be place we will stay again.

Yelp
I stayed here for my first time visiting Texas and It was extremely clean and amazing. Breakfast was great in the morning and they cleaned everyday upon request on the weekends. The pool was clean and fresh. The service was great. No complain at all here. Looks just the way it does online very clean and new.

Yelp
The hotel seems new and very clean and has a good atmosphere. There are no complaints in regards to the room. My complaints that the walls seem to be very thin could hear people upstairs if they were talking in a normal tone of voice (my room was situated on the first floor).my other complaint that late in the night roughly around 11:30pm an what sounded like a large crowd of individuals were posted up in the lobby. I don't mind some noise given that there are other guests in the hotel but the sound exceeded what seemed to be appropriate given the time. I called the front desk at 12 pm and I asked them to deal with the noise they seemed already aware of it but weren't going to do anything about it if I had not given a call. Given that management was aware and not doing anything is questionable behavior to say the least. Irregardless I would probably stay here again just a lot farther away from the lobby and not on the first floor.
