Yelp
I stayed here in January, 2015 while I was between apartments. I stayed on the 4th floor in a studio room with a king-sized bed. This hotel is very clean and beautiful and the service is good. I paid about $99/ night.
PROS
Keith checked me in. He is very courteous, informative, professional and friendly. The heat unit in my room wasn't working so I had to be relocated. Keith brought the new key up to me (rather than asking me to come down to the front desk), and he had the heat already going in the new room by the time I got there.
General Atmosphere: The hallway doors and carpet on the fourth floor are clean and look brand new. There are no muggy or musty smells or worn looks to anything. The hallway décor is attractive: pretty red doors match bright pops of red in the carpet.
Studio Room Amenities: New carpet and furniture; Nice décor; Modern ceramic tile when you walk in. This will hopefully help keep the carpets clean for a long time in the future; Curtain to separate the living and sleeping areas in case you have visitors; Almost full-sized fridge with a freezer; Microwave; Deep, stainless-steel kitchen sink; Glassware, mugs, plates, bowls, toaster, colander, cutting board, can opener, bakeware (although I don't recall a stove or oven), cutlery and spatulas and other cooking utensils; Coffee maker (of course); Dishwasher. This place was better stocked than my apartment!
Bathroom amenities: modern fixtures, storage vanity, stall shower (no tub), eco-friendly toilet (different flush options), plenty of towels.
Stay here while it's new. Hope they are able to maintain the freshness for a long time.
CONS
No stove or oven that I can recall, but double check that. There was a little bit of dust underneath the desk, but the room was otherwise VERY clean. I really have no complaints.
