This is a fairly updated property. There were some things we really liked. There are lots of plugs including USBs, nice towels and best of all real drinking glasses. Of course since it has a small kitchen area I guess that’s expected but we were recently in another if these properties that had none. There is a nice table that moves so you can sit on the sofa and eat or play cards. The shower seems very dated. There’s are UDA today newspapers. The included breakfast was a little sparse compared to other properties of this ranking. The staff was very nice. There are a couple of loose baseboards in the room.

Often smells like weed going down the hallways. Room was accommodating, and the staff was nice, but the nastiness of some guests ruined the overall experience for the price.

Lack of empathy on the DMs part. |I’m a parent from NY trying to visit my child at college in Delaware. While making the reservation, a mistake was made on my part in regards to the date of travel. My account was charged the total price for 2 rooms because I was “a no show”. I called and tried to get the dates changed due to it being a mistake, no refund was requested. Just a change of date. I even agreed to taking one room but to no avail. |Monique the front desk manager was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me feel a little better about the situation. Her boss I’m assuming the owner said no changes could be made! |I had to then rebook another room for my stay for the correct date. I’m hoping the customer service at the location is a lot better than what I’ve had to deal with so far.

My room was not cleaned too well It was hand prints on The mirrors and all the windows. Also it was hair all over the bathroom and the shower. Paper under the beds.

Stayed last night, and ||Walked into Hotel around 3pm to check in. Front desk was not attended, no biggie. 2 Female staff members went looking for an employee to check me in, and a few minutes later Monique appeared from the back to check me in ( as she approached the desk, she looked like she just got fired, she was that miserable ). ||" Can I help you " she said. Not Hello, or welcome, or HOW ABOUT, SORRY FOR THE WAIT, i WAS ( INSERT WHATEVER ) just " can i help you ". gave her my last name, and Monique gave me a key and that was it. That was the extent of Monique greeting/helping customers. She couldn't care less about customer service. ||As a Hilton Diamond Member I travel a lot, and the way she " greeted " or didn't greet me you could say and checked me in is unacceptable in my opinion. ||I don't really care if you say hello, welcome, etc. What i care about is the front desk staff giving me my complimentary water ( which I actually needed as I was out ). Nope, not Monique, again she didn't care about anything. Just straight up Miserable. ||My boss, and several co-workers are with Marriott. My boss specifically is Platinum, and let me tell you, every time I stay with him at a Marriott you would think he's a celebrity. ||May give them a shot as clearly being Diamond level with Hilton means nothing to the Home 2 in Dover, DE.

Google
Review from frequent traveler. Pros - Staff are friendly and welcoming - check in is very easy (especially with the app) - ample parking - well maintained grounds - decent breakfast (hot options) - rooms have microwaves and a nearly full size fridge. - The hotel is located off the major road in Dover. - digital keys are a great feature on Hilton properties and you can unlock your room/other locked areas while in proximity (3-6 ft) to the fob without needing to position your phone directly over it Neutral - gym is fine, nothing special. It has two treadmills (only one working), an elliptical, a peloton, dumbbells 5-30 LBs, a cable machine, and one bench. Wipes and towels available. Cons - paper thin walls. I could hear the cell phone vibrations and alarm from another room through the wall I shared with someone else. It woke me up more than once. I also could hear a family with loud kiddos two to three doors down from mine even though my door was closed. Nothing against families, more informational for those who prefer quiet hotels. - my room was not very clean. There was hair throughout my bathroom and the shower wasn’t clean. I called for cleaning service but even after I still found hair in other places. - slow draining sink - toilet isn’t secure and wobbled.

Yelp
The facility was well kept and clean. Their staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped my entire family of about 20 people find rooms next to each other and also was really great when it came to having access to their conference room.

Yelp
Meh it's a hotel. If you're in Dover for the night this one should do the trick. Pros: 1.) Friendly Staff, 2.) Clean (relative), 3.) Air Condition/Heat that actually works, 4.) Pet Friendly (if you're into that) Cons: 1.) The doors slam shut so it can be disruptive. 2.) Also not sure if I would trust the kitchenware without cleaning it myself

Yelp
Everything can improve! On our 6 th night and have had no room cleaning of any kind even though we have asked 3 times. No trash pick, no clean towels, toilet paper. Nothing! We have had to go down each night for necessities. We left our trash out and dirty towels in the hallway, and left empty trash baskets and no towels. Breakfast is mediocre.

Yelp
Need better parking lot lights to see in the dark because I fell last night at the hotel sidewalk and scraped up my knee and my hand

Yelp
Noisiest Hotel ever visited. Children's birthday party in the lobby. Noise was amplified down the hall on the first floor. Doors hard to open. Literally had to ram it with shoulder to open and close. Children running up and down the halls and outside the windows shouting til at least 9 pm. Rear entrance door which had a sign that for our safety the door would be locked at all times. It was never locked. Even at 3 am when dogs woke up and had to go out. Breakfast was mediocre glad it was free. Best part was the waffles. Bathroom was very small for a king bed room. Coffee maker kept popping the breaker on the outlet. Went to check out in person to express my concerns. The staff just stood there and looked at me through the glass behind the counter. Finally walked away and checked out on app. Worst one night stay ever in a hilton chain.

Yelp
5 stars through and through! Out of all the hotels in the immediate area, I'm so glad my honey was booked here. The hospitality of all employees was amazing; I felt like a family member! They made sure I was taken care of my entire stay. Loved the room and decor style + color. Everything was very comfy. My only confused was getting that bathroom door to stay closed. What's even better about this place is the breakfast! Small but mighty. Love the innovative behind the breakfast sandwiches and just popping them in the microwave, hitting a number, and letting it do its job. And on top of that, my sandwich was delicious. On top of that, they had chicken, turkey, and maybe even a veggie option (though I'm not 100% certain) sandwich options. Never heard of turkey chorizo a day in my life until I peeped the breakfast bar. I even spent time downstairs getting some work done and though I was in the main lobby area, there weren't too many distractions. Extras: Food/ concessions shop. Spin bike fitness area. Outside fire pit. Closet curtain. Curtain room divider.

Martin A.

Yelp
Average experience for this limited service hotel. Staff, when available, were friendly and breakfast offering was good. Rooms were tidy. Pool not open, no keyless entry provided even when I asked and was told they can't release it. Asked for a 1 hr late check out the night before and they told me to ask in the morning. Next. Morning no one working the front desk to ask, went up to desk 3 times. Note: 5 days before they will service your room, try 3 that is standard in the industry right now.

Yelp
Spacious and clean. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Keep up the great work.

Yelp
Stayed here 1 night while traveling through. Property is in a safe place. Plenty of restaurants around with good variety. A number of gas stations and grocery in the area. Rooms and hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was polite. Parking is a little tight and the main elevator is right at the entrance. My TV would not turn on but it was already after 8pm when I discovered it, so I never bothered with it. The TV did seem a little small for the size of the room. Bed was comfortable and pillows were decent. Shower looked tight but was okay once I got in. There is a wall thermostat, but the ac unit was controlled by the window unit itself. The room has a nick or bump but was very nice and kept well. The front lobby is nice and large with plenty of lounging areas. There is also a very nice outdoor seating area and also outdoor grilling. Workout area and indoor pool. There are cigarette butts at the front entrance door but there is no odor when entering. I would return if I'm back in the area.

Yelp
First timer staying here. Check in was a breeze. The room was wonderful. Full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes. The room smelled like it has been cleaned. The top of refrigerator was dusty but besides that everything else was alright. Stayed New Year's Eve. Kept hearing fireworks but didn't see them. A bit of noise in the hallway but nothing major. The bed was comfortable and smelled like fresh laundry. I enjoyed my stay. Beside the trash by the elevator because I guess they were short staffed. Covid has a lot of things being different. Would definitely stay at this establishment again

Yelp
Very nice inexpensive hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and fresh but one downside is that there is not one USB port. I left my phone charger plug at home and only had my cord that I use in my truck. The bathroom shower has a lot of shelves which I knew my girlfriend would have loved. The kitchen was a major reason that I booked here. I ordered food from some of the local spots and brought it home to share because I grew up there.

Yelp
When traveling I always use the Hilton Brands however this is my First time staying at a Home 2, I have to admit i was very impressed. Very modern and a wonderful use of all space ! The Front desk staff were so nice and helpful !! Check in took second they were ready ! The quickly explained where everything was and when and where breakfast would be served I wasn't aware it was include hidden bonus. Walked into the room and was impressed the second I opened my door. Not one once of wasted space! Super clean lines! Large Kitchenette fully stocked. Perfect if you're staying for a long period of time ! Shower is LARGE.. yes Large.. Location is central to everything. Lets not forget about the Green Apples at the front desk YUMMY YUMMY .. Yes I raided the apples a couple of time I have to admit! Cant wait to visit again Thanks for making this trip so easy !

Yelp
I have never heard of such a place. We went to Delaware State U to watch a game and needed a hotel nearby. I found this hotel on Hotels.com and was blown away. Seeing it in person was just as exciting. The hotel was clean, modern and had a great use of space. We were smiling the entire time. The price was amazing, too! Why stay at those other places when for the same price and even cheaper you get so much more. I only wish I was staying longer so I could test out the kitchen and the pool. :) Breakfast is available. There is a gym, a pool and even a patio with BBQ area. Check in and check out were quick and the place was spotless. I'm heading to Charlotte soon. I will be looking for a Home2 Suites.

Yelp
Exceptional service. Stayed here for a soccer tourament with my family of 5. Andrea greeted us amd helped us with anything we needed. Morning group was lovely and helpful. breakfast and rooms were also excellent. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
What a fabulous hotel, the staff, especially MARCUS, were so friendly and helpful. The rooms, large airy and clean. The breakfast served was varied, fresh and well laid out. There was a pool, also clean, and well planned out. I love the Hilton hotels. But I think the home 2 suites are my favorite. These are perfect for traveling families. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
This place had high ratings, but it was far from mediocre. Stains everywhere, couch, chair, rugs. The bathroom vent was disgusting, walls had something other than paint, bed was falling apart. No thank you.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
Hotel was very clean and modern. The room was a great size and the kitcheonette and bathroom were very nice. The room was quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. Only downside was that the pillows were way too soft. The free breakfast was okay, but the coffee was terrible and I wish they had additional yogurt offerings besides sugary ones.

Yelp
Great hotel. Very clean and contemporary. The hotel lobby was big and very welcoming. The staff was nothing for me to jump up and click my heels about, but they were nice and did their job at the front desk. However, the cleaning staff the morning of checking out were blasting music as they cleaned. I would definitely be pissed if I were sleeping in. The room: we had a king bed room. Upon walking in there's a small kitchenette with a big fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, shelves with plates, bowls and utensils. I get the "home2" concept, but it was a little extreme for a casserole dish. For what? There's no oven. Anyways. Still cute and impressive. Bathroom: had a barn door where it was difficult to open once you lock. Took us awhile to try and get the door open from the inside when it was locked; therefore, the door was never locked again during our stay. Typical bathroom with lots of towels. Neutragena travel sized products: hand soap, shampoo and bath liquid soap. Very nice because I completely forgot my shampoo and conditioner so by having it already available saved me the call to ask the front desk if they had any complimentary shampoo/conditioner. No conditioner, but I can live. The decor overall is very cute and modern. Pull out couch on an accented wall with lamps on the corner table that has a USB outlet for your charging needs. There's also a curtain if you had other guests and wanted to pull the curtain for privacy when sleeping. Imagine a dual room in the hospital but nicer. The king bed was very comfy that I didn't even realize I fell asleep right away when I laid down. Either I was really sleep or the bed was that comfy. The AC unit could be quieter. It was a little loud, but that's probably the worse I can say about the entire stay. Amenities: game room where they offer Xbox and another gaming system. May be play station. I dunno. That's cool. When we walked by a family with young boys were definitely enjoying. They also had a fitness center with up to date equipment. Me and my hub got out work out in which was nice. They have an indoor pool, a patio with 2 grills, and another patio on the other side with a fire pit. We enjoyed the fire pit at night while sipping before hitting the room. The hotel is also right behind a Fridays. We were able to walk to get dinner and drinks and come back with no issues. Overall, a good stay. We will be back should we need to stay in Dover again.

Yelp
I stay here often but recently wass disappointed by how dirty the room was. Soap residue all over the outside of the shower head.. towels covered in wood shavings (no idea how they got there).. the microwave light didn't work.. I'm a nursing mother so I definitely pay attention to details when it comes to cleanliness in public places I have to either pump or nurse my child in. I usually prefer Hilton hotels and the front desk staff is typically very kind so I hate to complain but I do think I will likely venture out to a different hotel next time I come to Dover.

Dannon C.

Yelp
Nice hotel, very clean and well kept. Very comfortable and relax. Check in/check out process was real easy. Rooms are very open and spacious. Awesome location!!! *They did an awesome job with staying compliant with DE covid regulations.

Barkley S.

Yelp
James at the front desk was amazing! I had a difficult trip from booking my hotel to losing my rental car keys and he went above and beyond his job description to help me. I am so grateful that we have angels living on earth. Thank you James.
google avatar

KK M.

Yelp
Lovely hotel. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the room was super clean. It was a large spacious room with full sized fridge, microwave, and fully stocked kitchen. Wish I was here for more than 1 night! My only negative would be that there was an issue connecting to the wi-fi

Yelp
Taking a mental break for wife and I, booked a a couple of days at Home2 in a King suite. Was surprised at the newness and modern aesthetics as we entered the front office and then the room. Available in our room was a standard sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, dishes, eating utensils and other items making our stay very comfortable. Was not interested in the continental breakfast served and traveled to a diner near by, (big mistake) Next day Ihop served us better. All in all our stay was a pleasant and restful one and will return.

Abbey S.

Yelp
They are NOT reliable!!! i booked a room for a night with a couple of my friends, we were coming from almost 8 hours away and before i even booked the room i called them to ask what their minimum age was for checking in, were all under the age of 21. i was super excited to find out when the lady who answered the phone he said 18. so we pack our happy asses up and drive all the way down. we got to the hotel around 12:40. and the person at the front desk wouldn't let us check in. (the person did give us a full refund and claimed it was a new person working) i guess long story short if y'all have someone call and ask a question, give them the right answer and don't make us waste our time.

Yelp
Don't stay at this hotel. If there is any type of problem they will not help you. My wife left 2 pair of expensive earnings in the room. The cleaning staff found them and turned them in to the desk. We called the desk as soon as we realized we left them. They insisted on packing and sending them to us. They said they would just charge our credit card on file for shipping. After 2 weeks we had no earnings or package from Home 2 Suites. We called and asked were they sent? They said yes, but they did not know when. A few days later we received a torn up plain white envelope from the post office. It had Home 2 Suites return address, and was empty. After we called the second time, they tossed $600.00 worth of earnings in the envelope and sent it regular mail. We have spoken to the Home 2 Suites in Dover and their corporate office. They say it's the responsibility of Dovers General Manager. Her name is Cindy Price. She has not answered any of our phone messages or emails. We are bringing a law suite against this hotel. We will never stay there again. We urge anyone who reads this review to avoid this hotel at all costs Roy Avedon roy.avedon@hotmail.com

Yelp
I absolutely love this hotel. I discovered this place by accident when I had a bad experience at another hotel which caused me to move. Brandon at the front desk was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Upon opening the door to my room I was really excited to see such a well laid out space. The design and amenities at this hotel are super impressive. There is a salt water pool, gym, laundry room, outdoor BBQ grill and free breakfast. For the price I have never stayed in a hotel that offer so much.

Yelp
Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside was that the night where we stayed - there were many kids running around in the lobby and making a huge mess at the coffee station. Employees should be more careful as they could hurt themselves without parental supervision. It would also be nice if they would keep the coffee, creamers, hot chocolate, cups, sleeves, etc in stock at night. And the front desk workers just hang out behind the wall?? I mean they tried to be attentive but you can't really see if guests need you if you're sitting behind the wall, can you? Bottom line: Clean rooms with friendly staff.. Would recommend.

Craig B.

Yelp
This is a relatively new hotel located along the US-13 "Strip". It's in great condition and has a bright/upbeat decorative "theme." As its name suggests, each room is a suite, with a couch and footstool as well as a desktop work area and kitchenette. Some pros and cons: Pro: - Probably the best complimentary breakfast of any place I've ever stayed. Besides the usual waffles, cereal and pastries, they also have hot sandwiches and scrambled egg "plates" - Very nice kitchenette with real refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishware, glasses, utensils, and cooking utensils. Apparently, you can also check-out a cooktop, but I didn't try that - Game room with 2 Xbox 360s - 2 lobby computers with free printing - Blackout curtains - Emphasis on recycling, with recycle baskets in each room and in each elevator lobby - Microfiber sheets - "Mini Mart" near the reception desk sells microwavable meals, drinks, snacks and toiletries at reasonable prices - Chain sit-down restaurant next door Cons: - Noise. (!) There isn't much soundproofing - I could hear everything going on in the hall, the rooms beside and above me, and the pool area below me. - The stairwell exits outside. This is a personal pet peeve - my room was on the second floor and it pains me to have to take an elevator up/down one floor. - The keypad on the telephone in my room didn't work, and although I reported it several times, it was never replaced. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Dover.

Gayla G.

Yelp
I've been a Hilton Diamond Member for 10 years, but I'd never stayed in a Home@ Suites - so I don't know if they are all like this. But I love this place. Newly redecorated in mid-century modern, I kept expecting George Jetson to walk in. Great pool, BBQ's, and a gas firepit. The rooms have a full size fridge, real dishes, and a dishwasher. If I'm back in Dover, that's where you'll find me!

Yelp
We stayed here a week while visiting my brother. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were always so friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The pool area was clean. We used the laundry machines as well and have no complaints. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back next year.

Cat M.

Yelp
I love this hotel! The staff - all of them - always greet guests with a smile and are always ready to help. They make guests feel very welcome. The hotel is pet friendly, and the staff are wonderful with the pets too! I have stayed at other Home2 locations, and they are always clean, well run, and hospitable, but the Home2 in Dover, Delaware goes above and beyond! The pool in wonderful and the suites spacious and fully-equipped for the business traveler, especially long-stay travelers with pets. I plan to go out of my way on my return trip home so that I can feel the welcome at the Home2Suites in Dover again. UPDATE: We did go out of our way to stay once again at the Dover, DE Home2 and once again it was clean, friendly, well-maintained and with a great pool. I'd again give it 5 stars.

Yelp
Very nice rooms, our king suite had a kitchen and a pull out couch for more room. Spacious shower, no bathtub. Comfortable bed, I believe the pillows are "my pillows" not positive on that though, but they work the same way.

Yelp
We usually stay in Hilton hotels when we travel as a family. We usually stick with Homewood Suites or Embassy Suites, but we thought we would give this place a try. I heard they were pretty nice and very close to a Homewood Suites. The lobby was nice with modern furniture, tvs, computers, etc. They have snacks and drinks for purchase by the front desk. Wifi is included for honors reward members. We asked for quiet location on top floor. We sort of got that.... Top floor in a corner but unfortunately they forgot to mention that it is right across from the only ice machine on that floor. The stairs were right there as well. So needless to say...you guessed it...we heard people getting ice and going in and out of the hallway and stairs for many hours that night. Room was very large with huge kitchen. But the bed my husband and I slept in caved in the middle and we kept rolling to the center of the bed. Shower would not drain so we were not able to take a shower the next morning. Although the hotel looks nice and had a lot of amenities, we still left disappointed without a good night sleep or a shower!

Yelp
I was on my way home from OBX with the family and we decided to find a place to stop for the night. I used an app to find nearby hotels with 4-5 star customer reviews and this hotel popped up. Glad it did. I called on Saturday during the Labor Day holiday and luckily they had some suites open. I called and spoke to Marcus. He set us up with a suite and gave us a good deal. Upon arrival The outside of the hotel looked like a regular building. Once we stepped inside though we found a very modern and trendy decor with a good atmosphere. They have a very nice pool and workout spa. We signed in and went to the room. The room was very modern and was basically a mini apartment without the stove or oven. We had king size bedroom and a living room area with a fold out sleeper. There was a full size refrigerator with bottom freezer, sink with garbage disposal, small dining table and desk. Both the living room area and bedroom had a tv. The bathroom was awesome as well. The whole suite looked immaculately clean. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

Yelp
One of the best places I've ever been too, cozy, spacious and comfy room. Indoor pool, game room, lounge area amazing breakfast, beautiful staff man the list just keeps going I recommend that everyone visit this play and stay for a while it's really great. It's also in the area from many shopping stores, and other attractions everything is about 5-10 minutes away... Amazing place and it makes u feel at home.

Yelp
Great rooms, service is very good. Stayed here for an MDRA rocket launch. Minimal points redeemed for this very nice hotel. Kids loved the saltwater pool as well. Breakfast bar offers waffles and other breakfast foods. Had not heard of this brand before but will not forget it.

Ty C.

Yelp
My fiancee and I drove up for some QT and decided to stay here again after a great experience earlier in the year. Check-in was a breeze, the Staff were professional, the rooms are very comfortable and the location is good. The only thing I would say is that housekeeping need to double check the rooms (wasn't bad, but dropped a piece of trash or two). The hallways smelled fresh as did the rooms nothing like other places that smells like old corn chips and feet. This is definitely our go to when we want a quick getaway for the two of us..

Daniel C.

Yelp
I've never been treated so poorly at any hotel ever! Where did they find such an absolutely rude person to "welcome" Silver guests to a Hilton Hotel? Granted I began by complaining that the Hilton App sent me to the Hilton Hampton Inn three miles away. And I said the Desk Person at the Hampton Inn gave me less than accurate directions. Fortunately my Waze App found the Home2 Hotel. Although I had pre-paid for the room she demanded my credit card and ID before giving me a key. I requested two complimentary bottles of water and was told they were already in the room. They were not in the room, in the refrigerator or in the bathroom. After taking my shower I went to bed only the find there was no top sheet. I called to request that the bed be made properly. Someone showed up with one sheet but he was not from housekeeping and refused to make the bed. What a crappy excuse for a Hilton Hotel. I look forward to leaving in the morning....never to return to Dover.

Yelp
Great stay! The decor is very modern with a European flare. The web site photos don't do it justice. Not only was I impressed but my wife luv it also!!! The patio is excellent for the summer stay. The room decor was spacious and the bed slept comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.

Steven M.

Yelp
A really nice hotel in Dover. Rooms are large and clean! Very modern with a separate sitting area. Sitting area has large thick curtain to block it from sleeping area. Room has a pull out couch, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and utensils. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was really good with hot sandwiches for grab and go. The hotel has a gaming center with TVs and video game consoles for the kids. I didn't swim but I glanced at the pool and it was really nice. The hotel is in the middle of Dover close to everything and shares a parking lot with a Chilis for quick dining. One of the nicer hotels in Dover. Highly recommend.

Abhi R.

Yelp
I have been staying at this hotel for almost a year now. They take care of me very well. I normally don't book my room in advance because of my dynamic schedule, but they still accommodate me. They even got me in during the firefly festival when it is so hard to find a place in Dover. Great service & great people !

Rebecca M.

Yelp
I stayed here in January, 2015 while I was between apartments. I stayed on the 4th floor in a studio room with a king-sized bed. This hotel is very clean and beautiful and the service is good. I paid about $99/ night. PROS Keith checked me in. He is very courteous, informative, professional and friendly. The heat unit in my room wasn't working so I had to be relocated. Keith brought the new key up to me (rather than asking me to come down to the front desk), and he had the heat already going in the new room by the time I got there. General Atmosphere: The hallway doors and carpet on the fourth floor are clean and look brand new. There are no muggy or musty smells or worn looks to anything. The hallway décor is attractive: pretty red doors match bright pops of red in the carpet. Studio Room Amenities: New carpet and furniture; Nice décor; Modern ceramic tile when you walk in. This will hopefully help keep the carpets clean for a long time in the future; Curtain to separate the living and sleeping areas in case you have visitors; Almost full-sized fridge with a freezer; Microwave; Deep, stainless-steel kitchen sink; Glassware, mugs, plates, bowls, toaster, colander, cutting board, can opener, bakeware (although I don't recall a stove or oven), cutlery and spatulas and other cooking utensils; Coffee maker (of course); Dishwasher. This place was better stocked than my apartment! Bathroom amenities: modern fixtures, storage vanity, stall shower (no tub), eco-friendly toilet (different flush options), plenty of towels. Stay here while it's new. Hope they are able to maintain the freshness for a long time. CONS No stove or oven that I can recall, but double check that. There was a little bit of dust underneath the desk, but the room was otherwise VERY clean. I really have no complaints.

Yelp
Great hotel for the price. Close to everything in Dover. The room was clean and spacious. Nice soft sheets. There is a pool too. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Yelp
Great value and the staff could not be better. I witnessed the front desk deal with a very irate (rude) customer with 100% courtesy and professionalism. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need. Coffee maker and fridge in our rooms was not used but nice to see they have for those interested. Our room was across the hall from the elevator and we never heard a thing. I cannot say enough about the staff! We will be back to Delaware again and will be staying here.
