This hotel is wonderful. The staff are always nice, helpful and happy to help. The rooms are clean. I love the layout of the studios. There is a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and normal sized fridge in the room. They have everything you'll need. Breakfast is the best we've had at a hotel with lots of fresh options. The lobby is very comfortable. There are two negatives to mention. The pool is too cold and the bed is squeaky with the slightest movement. I loved the hotel, though and saved it in my favorites to come back again.

Checking was a breeze, first floor room. The room was clean and bright, nice desk area. Large fridge, well stocked kitchen area plates and cups/glasses with microwave, coffee. Open the sofa area. The bathroom was clean, and there was plenty of room. Breakfast had items not seen at other locations, fresh yogurt, cheese tray with different types, turkey bacon, along with actual plates, cups, and glasses. There are plenty of tables to eat at. There are two barbecues outside.

Great Hilton property with a mildly cheap rate at the time of our stay. Passing through on our way to Colorado and it couldn’t have been better. Checked in around 2 am and the staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and shower water pressure was perfect.

This hotel was in an incredibly safe area. The staff were lovely. The room was clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back next time I’m in the area

Yelp
Great location compared to other hotels in the area. It was outside of the city but everything was within a 10-15 min drive. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious with large size refrigerator and microwave. I would have giving 5 stars however, I was on the first floor and two rooms from the side door that seemed to slam shut every 15-20 minutes. I recommend staying away from these doors until they can fix them to close slower without slamming.

Yelp
The staff here was so nice and kind. We had a great night, felt at home. Room was clean, plenty of towels. Good options for breakfast. Pool was cool and nice.

Yelp
We have stayed at home 2 hotels many times and the experience is always good but not this time. This hotel is built on a little raised piece of property and there is no parking if you are pulling any kind of trailer. We travel with a dog and there isn't any place to walk a pet. Most home 2 hotels have nice rooms without carpet. our room here had stinky carpet, a broken lamp and the bedding was worn. They also charge $50 per night per pet! We have 6 days left on this trip, I'm going to reserve Marriott for the rest of the trip.

Yelp
Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. With that being said the rooms need some maintenance. Also the fitness center is out of service except for the free weights. They have a peloton but it's non-operational Due to the Wi-Fi and both treadmills are out of service.

Yelp
I am a very frequent traveler. I have stayed at many nice hotels around the world and several in the four corners, and this is one of the cleanest, most customer-focused hotels I have stayed in. From my check-in with Gentry in the middle of the night to my mid-week housekeeping by Melissa, I was blown away with how well it is run. The free breakfast is great and felt safe with individually wrapped sandwiches and breakfast scrambles in addition to the normal hotel breakfast fare. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
One of my favorite chains to stay it. Not only for the points but because of the unique and well designed suites. Makes my stay much more enjoyable and makes it seem more like a zen get away than work. Some of the best breakfast choices than your typical chains. Love the snacks and Keurig options on the upgraded suites.

Yelp
The premium room didn't have a working kuerig. The pool wasn't open do to a door lock malfunction. My dog had accidentally peed on the floor towel while I had been showering and I was charged a $100 damage fee for the two towels. Spoke to the manager about the damage charge their response was the towels had to be thrown out and are a part of the room and considered damaged. Not okay with this considering the towels cost at the most $30 each. (That's how much my towels cost!) Not $100. If I had missed the toilet and accidentally urinated on the floor would they have charged me for using the towels to clean my urine from the floor. I've always considered Hilton to be my go to hotel and never had this problem in the past. My dogs are not wild crazy they don't damage anything and they know to potty on the potty pads that I put down for them and I clean up after them. I didn't expect this from Hilton.

Yelp
So well maintained I thought it was a brand new hotel. Front desk agent told me that it was over three years old. Had a terrific stay, super friendly front desk agent, the room was very clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Powered blinds that keep the obnoxious morning sun from waking you up. Nice pool that needs to be open 24 hours, plenty of parking. I loved this place and will stay here any time I am in Farmington New Mexico from now on.

Yelp
Trust me. I'm picky when it comes to hotels and I paid her several times and parole ankle a. Of time and a short.I tell you it's consistent service all the way around. I was just there in the covid-19. I was very impressed that they had the elevators every hour. They clean the rooms had a great check-in was very informative told me exactly what was going on. Very well done service. It's remarkable how this hotel is consistently Hospitality minded friendly and I highly recommended in the area. They go out of their way to make sure you're stay is comfortable. As a former Marriott general manager, I can tell you this place is amazing. Congratulations to the organized well-managed property. Keep up the great work.

Yelp
Don't ever stay in room 216! It is positioned over the maintenance/electrical room on the first floor and it sounds like there is an orchestra of vacuum cleaner motors running all night at different speeds, stopping and starting. Additionally, you can feel the vibration of the motors through the floor. I think it may have something to do with the swimming pool pumps? The point is....who would want to pay for a room where they are subjected to the noise of a symphony of pool pump motors or vacuum cleaners or whatever the hell it is? Other than the horrible sleeping experience, its a nice hotel, but then that is the point of a hotel isn't it? You PAY to sleep more comfortably than let's say...in your car or on a park bench or on an airport runway.

Yelp
I am a local businessman who needed to jump online quickly for a client. I pulled into this hotel and setup my laptop at a lobby table. I was prompted to enter my room number. I regularly work from hotel lobbies all over the country and am always welcomed with a smile, never with an issue with wifi. I politely asked the receptionist how I would go about quickly jumping on WiFi, and she asked my room number. I said am not staying here but need to jump on for work. She told me that because I am local and not staying there, that I had to leave the building. She followed me to my table, and watched me pack my laptop bag and followed me to the front door. I have worked from resorts like the Ritz Carlton, Montage and The Beverly Hills Hotel. Never once was I asked to leave. I believe there are some movies being filmed in the area and I wondered if maybe this had something to do with me being asked to leave. But by that logic, no one should ever be able to sit and work from any hotel in Hollywood or Beverly Hills. I will no longer choose to stay at Hilton hotels. With all the hotel options out there why would I stay or work with a brand who doesn't treat everyone with the same respect, whether current guest or future one.

Yelp
Extremely nice hotel, very clean, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. My husband I (and our cat) stopped over on a cross-country move and this hotel was perfect for us. It would also be ideal for long-term stays due to the kitchen and amenities in the room. I'm not sure about the location since we were just driving through, but it was perfect for our purposes. Also, the sheets were incredible! I bought a set online as soon as I got home. :)

Yelp
This is by far and away SO much better than Holiday Inn Express in Farmington. I haven't had breakfast yet, but the room is clean, well taken care of, spacious, and has a modern look. It's a nice change to be somewhere that feels much more homey. Ashley at the front desk was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow! Downside: (I was bummed there is no hot tub after my long drive took a toll on my back and broken rib.)

Yelp
My stay here was very enjoyable. The bed was quite comfortable. It was really nice getting a mini suite with actual dishes! The layout was very efficient, especially for someone who is traveling alone for business. The desk area was well set up and worked perfectly for getting my computer work done. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Farmington!

Yelp
Sarina, Deanna and Addie have the greatest staff ever! If you're in the area you won't want to stay any place else. I know I refuse to! From great smiles and warm welcomes to well wishes and safe travels as you're leaving, every aspect of service here is the best you can ask for. Thank you Farmington H2S team for a great stay every time!!

Yelp
Stayed here while visiting family in NM. Traveling with a toddler is never easy but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking was a breeze. EVERY staff member we came in contact with over 4 days was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

Yelp
We stayed at the Home 2 Suites for over a week, and I have to say, we had the best time. First, it's practically brand new. Everything was spotless, modern, and well taken care of. The staff were so friendly and attentive, from the front-desk people to the housekeepers. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and it was pretty spacious. The kitchen area had a dining table, with excess space leftover. The kitchen came fully stocked, and while we never cooked, it was great for storing and reheating leftovers and such. The living room that was next to the kitchen had a sofa bed, desk, and TV. The room was very spacious as well. There wasn't an 'actual' closet, but there was a make-shift one. I wish it was bigger - and that we were provided with more hangers. The room also had a dresser and another TV. The bathroom was big as well. It was definitely a very spacious suite and was perfect for multiple people. We slept well every night. It's definitely a calm and peaceful place to stay, and we were never disturbed by rowdy guests. We went to the pool almost everyday, which was another treat! It was almost always empty, and it was just super relaxing. I wish they had a hot tub though. That would be a great addition! The gym was nice. It was on the smaller side, but the equipment was new and everything was super tidy. The laundry room was also in the gym. When I had an issue with one of the dryers, they offered to pay for an additional cycle and someone repaired it that same day. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it everyday! My only complaint was that there wasn't much variety, as some other hotels have. They only had a variety of sandwiches, which ended up being the same few for the week we were there. Only one of the sandwiches was tasty on its own microwaved (as per instructions), so that was a bit of a bummer. For most days, I would just take out the egg and meat, heat it up, and put it on a fresh piece of bread or english muffin (since the bread would get incredibly hard from microwaving the sandwich). On the bright side, they did have a waffle maker, and assortment of toppings for oatmeal, and fruit/yogurt. Even with the limited selection, we still enjoyed it and had a great start to our day with it. This was definitely a great place! The staff, again, was incredibly helpful and attentive. It was pretty close to most places. We visited a couple of lakes and shops in the area, on top of more extensive travel. I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
The concept is that this is your "home #2" when you're away from home and we did feel very comfortable here! Unlike regular hotel rooms (and the various shady motels we stayed at during our trip to Page and Bryce Canyon), Home 2 came with a small but fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishwashing detergent, sponge, dishes, cups, coffee maker, microwave, and full-sized fridge. The room had a very much modern but simple and clean design, with lots of conveniences built in like a heavy curtain that can divide the room between the bed and sofa bed, a coffee table that doubles as a foot rest, and a table that pulls out. In fact, we enjoyed stayed here so much we ended staying an extra night here. For a self-serve breakfast there are also plenty of choices (esp the refrigerated food section that you can heat up as you like) and the buckwheat pancakes you can make on your own (how do they make the batter so fluffy!?) 10/10 would stay here again if I'm in the area for vacation.

Yelp
Had a very bad experience at this hotel, my first time and last. I was not able to get a key to my room I had to get escorted up as they would get my key to me later. I dropped my things off in the room, went to dinner. Went back to the hotel and couldn't get a key to my room and my room was locked out, the hotel team couldn't get in the room. Door was damaged trying to get in there The young lady, Kaitlen was doing everything to appease the guests. Speaking to the GM, Wayne Hellberg, he didn't feel he needed to be there because he worked a different shift and hung up on me - lazy! Poor excuse for a GM. Locksmith was called, retrieved my things and given another room, still no key Kaitlen and Addie were great!

Yelp
Great hotel! The look is very modern...Home2 Suite is like Hilton's version of Starwood's Aloft. They seem to only have queen size beds, but the room size is nice. They have a couch and a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. The bathroom is nice as well. The saline-based pool was great too. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Really nice place. It reminds me of the Larkspur that I stay at in CA. Couple minor flaws: - Bathroom door doesn't roll smoothly and gets stuck closed in the two rooms we stayed in. - No way to angle the wall unit's AC vents, so it just blew inside the sheets of the bed all night. Comfortable bed and lots of outlets by the bed.

Yelp
It was clean and the service was friendly. It was a little far outside of town - nothing within walking range so you had to get back in your car to get food. There's a nice park about a mile back up towards town.

Yelp
This hotel is amazing. Not in the sense that they have every amenity known to mankind, but they make every effort to make sure your stay is pleasant. I travel for work 8 months a year, so needless to say I've stayed at quite a few hotels. I usually work nights, so that usually means missing out on housekeeping service because I'm sleeping during their hours. That was until I stayed here. Every other night they have come and cleaned and stocked my room, they have a heated outdoor smoking section, and I come back from work to a fresh breakfast with many options. Staff has been overly friendly and helpful this week. Place is also very clean and well taken care of. My compliments to the staff.

Yelp
Was only here for 1 night, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great as far as free hotel breakfasts go. Would recommend! Only downside is that there are limited options in walking distance if that is important to you.
google avatar

Yelp
Very clean. The staff was accommodating without being overbearing. They offered to clean the room if needed even though it was on a day they didn't have scheduled to clean. Will be back and certainly recommend.

Yelp
Ok so I just went to check it out and didn't stay. But what I saw looked pretty nice maybe because it's new . The beds look cheap, but the decor is nice. They're going for that super clean modern look. They only have single queen beds and king beds with pull out sofa, so no double queen beds, that's why I didn't stay. Indoor pool looks nice and so does the lobby. I guess this place is like an extended stay place because they have mini mini......mini kitchens.....mini!!! Lol

Yelp
The staff are great people that went out of their way to try and make the stay comfortable. The issue is that the walls are like paper, and it's impossible to sleep listening to the neighbors talking and the elevator opening and the ice machine dumping ice and roller bags rolling down the tile. The neighbors aren't being loud, just they might as well be in your room! After being in three rooms, and not sleeping well on any of them, I moved to another hotel. Not terribly happy about the money I spent to not sleep...

Trisha W.

Yelp
From make the reservation to checking out, this was one awesome place! The staff was so great! The room was so comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
New hotel, evidently opened May 15th according to the front desk. We arrived early in the afternoon and were checked in quickly. Room is a nice size, with nearly a full kitchen, good size bathroom and comfortable sofa. Our only complaint is the "queen" size bed which seemed more like a full size. Breakfast area was nice with some healthy alternatives, although I wouldn't suggest the buckwheat pancakes which turned to mush when adding syrup. Overall, a nice hotel.
