⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem That Surprised Us in the Best Way We stopped by Homemade Restaurant while visiting Timișoara from Serbia to attend a children’s event at the local church Biserica Baptista Locala. We were simply looking for a quick burger and fries before heading to the nearby park. What we got was far beyond what we expected. Even though we ordered something simple, the food was absolutely delicious—rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The juice we ordered was also fantastic and paired wonderfully with the meal. We didn’t dine inside, but we were honestly impressed by the elegant and upscale interior—much fancier than expected for a casual stop. Even the takeaway containers were high-quality, which showed a great attention to detail. The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was much faster than expected—perfect for families like ours on the go. We weren’t looking for a place to impress us… but we left truly impressed. Highly recommend — especially for families or anyone looking for excellent food, thoughtful service, and a convenient location. Five stars from us!

I used to come here often for lunch. I've tried most of their dishes, and I highly recommend the Camembert salad and the chicken with spinach and crème fraîche. The prices are fairly high, with dishes ranging from 40 to 100 lei. The interior is unique and has a cozy, home-like feel.

The food is quite good, and the menu is reasonably varied, offering a selection of both complex and simple dishes. Some of the more unique options can be seen in my pictures, while staple dishes like burgers, pork ribs, and crispy chicken are also available. The ambiance of the place is quite pleasant, with a sense of tranquility and elegance.

I must say, their vegetarian burger is absolutely exceptional! The patty was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-seasoned, while the fresh ingredients complemented it beautifully. Every bite was a delight! The location itself is fantastic – cozy, welcoming, and with a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal, whether you’re with friends or just looking for a relaxing place to eat. And let’s not forget the fries – simply amazing! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. They were the perfect side to an already incredible burger. Overall, this place exceeded all expectations, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!

At Homemade, I enjoyed a dish of pasta with shrimp and vegetables. I can say it was very good, with an interesting flavor, and the portion was generous. It was definitely different in a good way from similar dishes I've tried at other places. Given that the shrimp still had their tails, I would recommend providing a small plate for the discarded tails and a wet napkin for the end of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu is new and modified, and it's definitely worth coming to try it out! Everything is cozy and you will feel great here. I've been here before, and I will certainly come back again. The service is prompt and friendly, ensuring that we lacked nothing.

Really good food. I can recommend eating here, the prices are a bit high but the quality of the food is also great. The atmosphere of the place is what sells it all, it almost feels like a museum. Together with the jazz music the vibe just fits.

The place is not marked from the outside whatsoever, so don't be afraid to just enter the building, then you will see. It looks like you walk into someones living room, but it's the charm of this place. Each room and table is different and there are nice details in each. The food was awesome both from the presentation and taste point of view. The stuff was very nice and funny.
