To cut a long story short, we furnished our house three years ago with a pretty expensive order of Homenature furniture. Included were two grey Laguna chairs and an ottoman that, after a few months, started to turn a shade of pink. Homenature replaced the covers (took about 6 months). Shortly thereafter, the pink returned. This time, Homenature refused to pay for the covers, which again took six months to be completed. Guess what, the ottoman is starting to turn pink again.... Homenature blamed us. Really??!! I haven't had any problems with any of the crate and barrel furniture that we bought. Their service was defensive, entitled and pathetic. I'm sure, if they have a response here, it will be further blame. Avoid at all cost, unless you're a fan of pink.
