Stayed 3 nights during week days, staff was great and really helpful. Arrived early and was given a room quite fast and with a free update to a bigger room too that was appreciated. Room was quite spacious and really nice with lots of light, great view of the square and equipped with a full kitchen, bedding was clean but stained, a bit of a bummer to find out that TVs are not smart, AC worked well and kept the room nice and cold, overall pretty good room. Structure is clearly dated and it shows, the biggest regret was the breakfast, it was there I guess but was mostly warm and wet food with stale bread options, good to fill your stomach but really basic and felt like leftovers. Great option to stay in the village considering the location is right at the top but in terms of luxury it lags behind some other structures nearby.

It's in the Village nice, cozy and comfortable rooms. House keeping services are good as well. They serve hot breakfast buffet, which is good if you are not looking for something fancy. Close to Cabriolet and all activities are nearby and easy to reach. They have pool, hot tub and gym. Good get away place with family and kids. Would definitely go back and stay at the same location.

This stay was fantastic!! The rooms were huge, clean, and full amenities. We were able to cook dinner almost every night, and there is a full fridge, toaster, oven, etc. It even has a fireplace!! The breakfast is free and great too. It's really a wonderful place to stay for a ski trip. The rooms price was great too. The staff was also very kind and took care of us for the trip. Safie at the front desk was wonderful, and my wife really liked her a lot, always smiling! Our housekeeper, Gaby, was also great and seemed to actually care about our needs throughout the trip. The resort has such an amazing hot tub and suana, both open during the winter season!! It's also only a few minutes' walk from the ski resort gondola, liquor store, ski shops, convenience stores, and many many options from high-end dining to pizza or Chinese food. I can't say enough, it really was a fantastic trip, and we will absolutely 100% be back next year. A++

We’ve been to this hotel several times in the past years and it used to be one of our favorite places. Unfortunately, I can’t say that anymore.||The location is great, close to the slopes and by shops/restaurants. Size of rooms for a family is good. Having a kitchenette was convenient for light cooking. ||Here’s what’s not great- our first room was NOT clean. We found mouse droppings and when we asked to change rooms they acted as if we were inconveniencing them and we had no right to be upset. (There was also a used hand warmer behind the chair which I didn’t even complain about, but it did make me wonder how thoroughly they vacuum!) They placed us in a temporary room for one night and asked us to check out of that room before giving us the next room, which they couldn’t let us know when that would be. I didn’t accept that since I was remotely working-they eventually honored my request begrudgingly. Very inconvenient considering we also had food in the fridge. |The hotel is getting dated. We started going about 6 years ago and they have not renovated. |We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast only “changed” once. It was the same scrambled eggs everyday, the meat was always sausages and the only change was from links to patties.||Maybe for someone that’s never been there before and have never experienced what it was like in the past, will be happy with this hotel as is.

Homewood suits is a perfect place to take a family for a ski holiday to Tremblant. Perfectly located at the village square, its minutes to the base and chairlifts. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. For instance, the 1 bedroom suite has a large bedroom with two double beds, and a large sitting area consisting of a kitchen, and sitting area, with a sofa. The best suite is the two bedroom suite with two large bedrooms and a massive sitting area accommodating 10 people. Hotel is clean, and has all amenities, including full large breakfast. Underground parking available.|Internet, although available at most hotels but tend to run slowly, at this homewood it's absolutely fantastic. Download speeds compete with most people's homes. All of us need to login for business etc, and the WIFI connection is excellent.|So my rating of 5 stars reflects this hotel as a family destination and for proximity to skiing. (For a couple looking a romantic get away, fancy restaurant or bar or spa etc, there are other hotels.)

Great location, in the middle of the village, and right at the base of the mountain – perfect for ski on ski off. large rooms perfect for a family. Breakfast was ample and very good. The hotel is dated, though, and in need of updates and remodeling. There’s also no lobby for cozy common areas to sit and read a book, which may or may not matter to some.

We stayed for few nights last week. The staff at the reception (Aymane)was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was very friendly, always available to answer our questions especially he speaks Arabic which was a big bonus. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request, making our stay truly memorable. His knowledge and helpfulness were invaluable.

Yelp
Read the "Important" part of my review.. We are usually staying at a Hilton resort so this one seemed like the right choice. I'm so glad we did. Loved this location as it was at the base of the mountain. Rooms were nice. Loved having a fireplace, full kitchen and a separate bedroom w/ 2 beds. You pay about $5 USD for 1 Duraflame log or you can be grimy and steal them from the outside chimenas .. (we did not) Breakfast is complementary. They have a ski locker so bring a lock Plenty of parking IMPORTANT! The hotel is built on levels so to get to our room we got off the elevator then had 2 sets of multiple stairs to get to our room. Meaning we could NOT use the Uboat to carry our stuff. Hubby and kid were not happy carrying all our stuff down stairs and down the hall. We drove so we had food/water etc for the week. We did bump into a worker and he helped us with our many bags/etc. (yes we tipped). Back to the room consisted of MULTIPLE trips due to the stairs. Once you book make sure you call so you don't have a room After the stairs (unless you don't care). I never even thought of this.. but next time I will .. one set was fine but 2 were too much for me (I believe there was still another set after my room).

Yelp
Not bad! Got the job done. Clean, full of amenities and great staff. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheaper stay!

Yelp
Having gone up and down Pedestrian Village, I think that this hotel has one of the best locations you can find. Its steps away from the lift and gondola, as well as the cabriolet that takes you to the bottom part of the village. Outside the hotel are plenty of cafes and restaurants that open earlier and later than others. The hotel staff is extremely nice and accommodating. There's an outdoor hot tub thats open even during winter time. The interior and room decor are updated and clean. Our room faces the mountain and pool (room 208) and has a veranda. Overall, very happy with the hotel. The only improvement would have been a ramp in some areas in order to fully use the baggage carts.

Yelp
Covid Edition Just spent 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Perfect location in the resort village. Suite was well equipped with a full kitchen. Sofabed was surprisingly comfortable. Front desk quickly sent up whatever was missing. Staff were all nice. The AC doesn't vent into the bedroom so it was very hot. Pool hours were inexplicably limited and sign-up for a one hour slot filled up fast. We watch people lineup for 45 minutes for the privilege of a spot. A better alternative was a short walk to the beach which is now free for guests. No buffet . Mediocre Covid bagged breakfast . Booked with Travelzoo which included parking.

Yelp
Early check in and clean rooms. We checked in Sunday afternoon a little bit early with no charge it was great. The suite we had was great and spacious and everything we were looking for. Bathrooms were extremely out dated, the shower had no pressure and it was hard to shower the roof came down on an angle and being 5"10 it wasn't easy to wash my hair lol. If you want to build a fire u gotta go downstairs and buy their special logs as normal ones don't go in the room. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor, I wouldn't rush down for it because it's really just bland tasteless food. Watery eggs, meat of the day, and ur typical bread machine. It's nice to have had a back up but if you're staying here a week you're gonna want to check out other locations. FYI no bar or resto in the hotel or room service Pool gets packed early and by packed I mean every chair is reserved with blue towels sprawled across the lawn chairs so people don't lose their spot. Half the time the people wouldn't even be there they just wanna save a seat (not cool) on the second day I managed to get 2 pool chairs thank you Jesus! At 3 there were people standing up walking around looking hovering for seats. Get more chairs you guys clearly there's a demand for it. The hotel is a nice spot I enjoyed it even with the crappy breakfast and the battle for the last lawn chair, I would return but only if I got a deal online.

Yelp
A nice cozy place to stay while in Mont Tremblant for a skiing experience. Overlooking the mountain and the skiers descending from the peak was breathtaking. We sat by the floor to ceiling windows, sipping on hot chocolate taking in the spectacular view from our room! Our accommodations were comfortable and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was available as well. I must say the rooms were a little outdated but not not horrible. Cleanliness and service is key and that was certain. Many other amenities were available and concierge was very helpful.

Yelp
Great place to stay, definitely in the winter but even in the summer! We had a 2 bedroom duplex, a fully equipped kitchen & jacuzzi. Breakfast was included & the underground Parking was great!

Yelp
We came to Mont Tremblant during thanks giving long weekend of Canada. The hotel located in the village very near to the half way tourism centre and near the hiking trail! Restaurants r downstairs. We had a two storey's room! Have kitchen and cutlery included! Very nice place! $CAD219/night plus tax

Yelp
Very pleased with my stay here. I came with a big group, and despite the fact that we were a bit of a raucous bunch, the staff was still friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is phenomenal. The rooms are also massive, with a large living room, full kitchen and a large bathroom. It should be noted, however, that the rooms vary in size and layout quite a bit. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 is because I found the jacuzzi to be a bit unclean. the tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned a while, the water was a bit off color and there were cigarette butts, band aids and empty beer cans around the tub.

Yelp
I was there last weekend.i found the rooms stuffy and the central air didnt reach the bedrooms.no ventalation in the bathrooms either.I slept on the hidabed....it was soo uncomfortable!!!! worst night sleep i ever had! the transportation of the luggage was also terrible! The long corridors had 6 steps. x2 ...you had to carry it!!!!The pool was 86 degrees felt like a hot bath! not refreshing .the outside pool area is too small.not enough lounge chairs ....... The breakfast n service was good.THE CARPETS NEED TO BE REMOVED!

Yelp
I want a two story loft room with a kitchen and fireplace...also I would like it to be at the base of a chair lift so I can pretty much ski to the door... If you can throw in free breakfast and a hot tub that would be cool too. This request can be easily accommodated by Hilton Homewood Suites Mont Tremblant Quebec. Friendly staff that will loan out ski rack locks is a definite plus.

Yelp
I have stayed in this hotel twice already. It's a great hotel, clean and very convenient for skiers during the winter months. The rooms are clean, spacious and including fireplace, but you need to bring your synthetic firelogs, or you can purchase them in a hotel for $6 each. Breakfast is delicious, and they are changing menu every day. Ski lockers are very convenient with the free locks from lobby desk. The staff is very friendly and professional willing to help with any request.

Yelp
Always great and friendly service. Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Been coming to Mount Tremblant for 16 years, and we have stayed here the past 6 years. Great location for the night life and restaurants. Only a 2 min. Walk to the lift for skiing. Will be back in the summer for the jazz music festival!

Yelp
DO NOT stay here unless you don't mind sub par service and cleanliness. I stayed in room 202 in August 2018. When you come out of the elevators there is a horrid smell of old eggs and sausage and maple syrup compines with cjeap cleanong products. Then after a long truck ww arrive at room. The room is ok but has that sam smell to a much lesser degree. The kitchen is not well stocked and wasn't as clean as i would like it to be. The furnishings are boring and not very comfortable. The view was of a parking lot. Not exactly serene. When i went to pull down the sheets on one of the very small double beds i found a whole bunch os small black hairs on the sheet. When i called reception at 9pm to tell them they sent a 4ft tall man who may have never made a bed in his life and had difficulty speaking. He did a terrible job making the bed. The location is great but that's it. I will be leaving a day early because it is so terrible

Yelp
Great hotel. We checked in for 5 nights and were upgraded to the queen suite, I had booked it all on points. The room was great, nice kitchen area with dishwasher, stove and fridge and a few pots and pans for cooking. The living room had a 4 person dining table, couch with a pullout and a couple of chairs. The functioning fireplace is all set to go, just need to provide your own synthetic fire logs. The bedroom was nice with a 2nd tv and adjoins to the bathroom which itself can be sectioned off when you have people up for apres-ski. The staff is great, there is a ski lockup on the main floor for your gear with ski keys provided, and breakfast is thrown in for all which isn't bad. The hot tub is a great size and don't worry about bringing a beer or wine with you after a long day on the slopes, no one kicked us out for having one. The location couldn't be better, a very short walk to the lifts and right in the village. For a couple hundred bucks a night or less, I don't think you could find a better deal for the location, room size, and all the extras. All in all this is a good hotel, I like Hiltons and use them a lot and was happy again. I'd certainly be happy to come back here again and is a great space for bringing a small group of friends of family. Enjoy

Yelp
I loved our week stay here! The staff was friendly. Big buffet breakfast each day. The kitchen even comes with pots and pans.!! The hot tub was lovely! The bed could have been softer for a Hilton.... but overall great stay and location! Will return.

Yelp
Our family of four stayed at the HS for two nights over Thanksgiving. We arrived earlier than check-in, and to accommodate us, the Concierge offered us an upgraded suite which was superb. The service throughout our stay continued to be excellent, with all questions answered thoroughly, many conveniences (Parking, ski storage, all amenities). Breakfast was generous. Hot tub was fabulous. Location could not have been more perfect. We will certainly return and can't recommend the hotel more highly.

Yelp
Underground parking is convenient but at a cost (worth it). Front desk staff friendly & accommodating. We stayed in rm 328. It was a fantastic condo like suite with a real wood burning fireplace (logs can be charged to the room), dining area, pull out couch (request a topper) and flatscreen TV in both the living rm and bedroom (which had a gorgeous iridescent duvet). BR has an enormous tub and separate WC with 2 access points (functioning as a powder room by entrance as well). Located right at the foot of the skiing area (as well as tubing) at the top of the resort. In walking distance of everything. I recommend bringing a Roku or similar for the TV & board games. The hot tubs are huge & open year round, the sauna floor is hot enough to require shoes and the gym is tiny but adequate for cardio at least. The breakfast and "snack" are much appreciated as well as daily replenished kitchen basket of coffee & snacks. Loved this place in & out!
