I’m writing this review because I was very weary about staying here due to some of the other reviews that I read. I’m hoping I can just ease some peoples minds if anything. This hotel was so nice! The staff were always friendly, they greeted us every time we walked in. We didn’t have any problems during our stay, our AC worked, there was hot water, the water pressure was fine, everything was clean. Housekeeping was very nice when we asked them for extra towels in the hallway they gave them to us. There was a full sized fridge, the room was spacious and big enough for our pack n play. Breakfast was also fine every morning. Not the best breakfast I’ve ever had but definitely not gross like the reviews were saying, there was always something we liked, even our two year old was fine eating the breakfast. We didn’t check out the pool but I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. I definitely recommend it and I would not listen to the other negative reviews.

The hotel was perfectly situated on the outskirts of the French Quarter. Not a ton of traffic noise and 5 min walk to the trolley and Bourbon Street. The hotel was decent for the price but could use some updates. Small pool but due to the crazy weather we didn’t get to use it. Staff was friendly and the valet was very friendly. Though the room was clean and nice, the toilet/shower area is super small and 4 feet from the bed. No fan in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty - which I didn’t find out until in the shower, and the fridge door opened the wrong direction which made it difficult to stand in front of. Being in the corner, it should open to the wall. You either need to squish in the corner or open it and lean over to get stuff. Breakfast was good but same food every day. Would be nice to switch up and add bacon, waffles and more toasters to the counter. Overall, it was good. I’d stay there again because I liked the location.

Great hotel within walking distance to the French Quarter. We were a little concerned after reading some of the reviews online, but we didn't need to be. Everyone was so friendly from the valet to the front desk to the rest of the staff. We had towel and trash service every other day. As one other review stated you do need to reach around the fixed glass to turn on the shower but it wasn't a problem. The water heated up nicely and the pressure was good. The morning buffet was nice and the Wednesday afternoon social time was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located in the French Quarters of NOLA. The famous Bourbon St. Is situated very close to this hotel. Trolley stop and bus stops are very close. The downtown and the Mississippi River also have proximity. Very friendly staff. Room was neat, clean and tidy; housekeeping was also good. Hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym. I loved the breakfast menu. Overall it's a good hotel to stay in.

The hotel itself wasn't extremely bad it was more or less my experience that I felt was not the best. Our first night our room had no A/C it was extremely hot. We were informed we could not get moved until the next day. I was told I would get a credit for the inconvenience it took me asking a few times for an update to get a response back. The girl who helped me was super nice after I mentioned I had already asked a few times. Then we found mold in our food that THEY serve for breakfast..... I mentioned this and I promise they did not care at all. We got an apology and that was it from them. I personally felt after they made us stay in a room with no A/C then to find mold in our food our entire stay should've been credited without us asking but I was not going to discuss with them after basically begging for credit back for the first night. I feel they need better customer service or how they manage things overall or perhaps better communication skills with each other as each person seemed confused. The hotel is by a community center so you will see a lot of homeless people as well like as soon as you walk out. It is near everything which was convenient but the location felt unsafe as well a bit.

First it was an okay experience but for a Hilton chain I was disappointed. The location was very good. No more than a mile from the French Quarter. Easily walkable and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The check in staff was friendly and we appreciated that they will hold luggage if you’re too early to check in and called us when the room was ready. They are also able to hold your luggage after check out if needed. Be advised getting it back tends to take a bit of time. Also noteworthy to us, Homewood Suites has always offered bottled water at check in. This location says you need to have diamond status. The letter they give you with hotel policies said they clean every other day. They did not. Only cleaned once in the 6 days we were there. This location does offer a free breakfast but in our opinion it was sub par and sometimes an issue refilling items including utensils. The bedding in the room was not all that great and the carpets mainly in hallways was badly stained. Overall an okay experience but expected a bit more from a Hilton chain.

Excellent value hotel good Free breakfast and conveniently located 5-10 minute walk from everything. Away from the loudness of bourbon street but close enough to walk there. Decent fitness room. Pool looked a little small although we didn’t use it. Won’t be disappointed. Decent sized rooms. With all the amenities.

I had two rooms with my family for 5 days. Overall, both rooms were alright from a clean perspective. The carpets could have been vacuumed a little better, but oh well. Overall room conditions were pretty decent. The breakfast was pretty good too, a pretty large eating area, which is good as they do get busy. Food fare is the usual hotel type food, although they do have tortillas for variety, which was nice. The proximity to the French Quarters is just 2-3 blocks away and is super convenient. The biggest drawback to the hotel is their $45 a day valet parking. There is a garage up from them for $25 or so, you can decide. I'd be a little leary of the other street parking lots in the area though . If you are going there for the quarter's I would recommend it for sure.
