I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire resort was well maintained, with a unique and artistic design that added a special charm to the atmosphere. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the incredible hospitality. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to the owner, whose kindness made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such a personal touch in hospitality, and it truly elevated my stay. The only aspect that would have made it a perfect 10/10 was if the beach had been functional. Nevertheless, everything else was excellent, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming getaway!

Hotel was decorated with different types of unique paintings and art throughout.  The room was a good size. Bed was fairly comfortable,  however the sheets were rough and made my skin itch. Bathroom wasn't very large and could use some modern touches, but was clean. Room came with a fairly good size patio, where the mini fridge was located (perhaps an outlet issue). I did enjoy the lighting in the room. The pool was a fairly good size, but needed some upkeep. The plastic was quite ‘scratched’ or worn. There was a decent amount of seating, but the cushions were a bit weathered. They also had loungers along the beach which was very nice. Beach was actually a dock area, so very small identified swim area. Hotel grounds were fairly expansive. Hotel did have a restaurant. Buffet for breakfast was €18 without eggs or €22 with eggs. I opted for a cup of coffee for €3. Lunch didn't have a very large menu, with limited vegetarian options. I had a brie salad, which was very good.  Dinner was about the same, however my biggest issue with dinner was that it didn't open until 6pm. I got there around 3 for check-in and was hungry, but no other food nearby. Overall adequate hotel with a few annoyances.

We spent a wonderful week at the Hommage Hotel & Residences and it was amazing. It's known as the "Art Hotel" as it has so many pieces of art wherever you look, many of which were done by the owner's son. We visited this hotel twice prior to the hurricane of 2017 and we decided to return to see the restoration that was made. We had a spacious superior double room with a balcony with a lovely view of the lovely gardens and the palm trees and saw the most glorious sunsets. The large washroom had a great shower, and the cleaning staff kept our room clean every day. Also, the AC and comfortable beds made for a great sleep. However, there was loud music on some nights from the beach bar which we found a bit disturbing. The restaurant was convenient with delicious food but a limited menu. Breakfast while a bit pricey at 18 and 23 euros had a great variety of freshly made items each morning. However, there is no beach front for swimming but there is a large pool, and the lovely sandy" Baie Rouge" beach is less than 10 mins. away. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised that the friendly owner recognized us from our previous visits. Less than 10 mins. walking distance there is a supermarket, a wine shop, a pharmacy and a fabulous French patisserie, not to be missed. Three great restaurants are within a short walking distance, 1 Italian, 1 French and 1 Thai. |By taxi, you are only a ten-minute ride to Marigot, the French capital of St. Martin with a great outdoor market, Carribean beach restaurants and French bistros, great shopping, a fort with spectacular views of the island, marinas and lovely French colonial architecture. The airport is about 20 mins. away and the Dutch capital of Philipsburg, also not to be missed. is only 18 mins away. This hotel is a real hidden gem on the French side of St. Martin which we recommend for a peaceful vacation, and hopefully we will return next year.

I am truly struggling with my vocabulary to describe how great this place was. It is a place to be, to rest, to enjoy, to have fun, to meet people, to meditate and simply relax from your daily routine. I live in in London for past 11 years and have been working in hospitality industry for the past 15 years. For me those little things makes the massive difference. For instance, when you see an owner of the hotel cleaning the beach, bit by bit, with his hands, picking dry palm branches or whatsoever, you feel the guy puts the soul into it. I was fortunate enough to meet him. Great man, always around and constantly taking care of residents. These are simple, but most essential basics, how to treat your hospitality business. I personally seen, he is so on it. Every resident is important there. Service is positive, friendly and warm. They care and they love what they do. It was simply immaculate. House keeping, reception, restaurant, bar, pool - all neat and sharp. DJ's nights in bar, maaan you should have been there already, cause music was a real vibe! Moreover, only Dubai was able to compete with cleanliness of the pool. Literally, I have been to FIVE LUX in Dubai 1.5 month ago Guys, honestly, highly recommended, just go and experience the peace and the vibe of Caribbean!!!

We stayed at the Hommage hotel&residence for our week at Saint Martin. This was our first time on the island and we chose to stay on the french side. We are glad we did as we found the french side to be more authentic and relaxed. The dutch side felt more overdeveloped. This reflects the hotel as well. It has lush gardens, a nice pool and a beach restaurant. All located next to the lagoon. |There are several good restaurants just five minutes walking distance away. The closest beach is baie rouge, a marvellous beach. We were there two times and it was never busy. |We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the garden. The room was bright and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The room amenities were a bit basic for a junior suite category of a four star hotel.|Every time we asked the reception for help, they always assisted us with friendliness - booking a taxi, questions about the island and the area nearby.|We loved the hotel area, the chic arty wibe, cocktails at the restaurant, cooling off in the pool and strolling around the grounds.|The breakfast was a bit pricy and the room could have had some more amenities.|We are very satisfied with our stay at Hommage hotel&residence! If you would like a chic small scale resort with a relaxed atmosphere, this is the hotel for you.

First, we check checked in after spending sometime in St. Martin around 9pm to a room with no power. The property had power in some areas but none in the room. Was told it had something to do with construction. Power came back on around 11:30pm. The property itself is very pretty. Art work every, with a a location on the lagoon. The room was pretty nice, but the bathroom had a litte scent that was unpleasant. Restaurant staff was very helpful, but the front desk staff wasn't the best. There was a cat at the front desk more than the staff was. They leave a little button at the desk to push if you need assistance. Response time varies. The longest wait was about 8mins.

Good location, private beach in progress and spacious rooms! Very nice breakfast, not too many options but tasty and enough and most of all...very friendly, polite and professional staff! I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel

This is a hidden gem on the island! The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, and the staff are a delight! As well, the on-site restaurant is convenient, offering great cocktails and food. What it is: a laid-back, family-owned, intimate beach-side hotel. What it's not: an all-inclusive, mega resort with unlimited amenities and attractions. Why I loved it: it's a quiet escape, offering unfussy tranquility and warm, welcoming staff. Pro-tips to make your stay better: - get the contact info of the taxi driver who dropped you off on arrival and pre-schedule your departure pickup directly a few days before you leave. - rent a car to see more of the island. - consider grabbing a bite after the airport on arrival, or walking to the convenience store ~3 minutes down the road to grab a snack, since the restaurant may not be open until dinner time (and no doubt, it's been a long travel day). - it's a foreign country--do your research ahead of time and bring your own electric outlet adaptor, as you should for any EU country. - don't hesitate and book your visit today!
