A striking spot right on the Nha Trang coastline, Hòn Chồng features a stunning cluster of giant granite rocks that spill into the turquoise water. The rocks have weathered shapes and smooth surfaces, perfect for a photo op or just soaking up the coastal views.
There’s more to it than just rocks: walkways lead you to a cultural area with traditional artwork and occasional live music performances, creating a blend of nature and culture that’s unique to this place.
The water near the rocks is crystal clear, and you can see straight through to the pebbles beneath, beautiful on a sunny day. The small ticket fee (30,000 VND per person) is well worth it.
It’s a great place to relax, snap photos, and even catch a glimpse of some locals fishing nearby.
Tip: Try to go earlier in the day if you want to avoid the big tour groups, it can get crowded by mid-morning. We started to see the busses arrived at 9:30 am.
