Nice coffee shop to visit while at the factory or local market. Coffee was tasty but not anything outstanding. Would have loved it if the latte art lined up the cup logo. Was there during an extremely busy time and still had fast service! If you don’t pick up your coffee after 30 mins they will toss it so make sure you are there when it’s ready. Avocado toast was ok but nothing special as well.

I came here during a busy Saturday morning and they kept up with orders very well! The iced latte I got was a little watered down, but had good flavor. I really liked the message of their shop name. It’s very spacious for lounging. It’s also located in a strip mall type hall so it’s fun to get coffee and look around!

Google
We love finding coffee shops like this. Reminds us of the high end brewers we have found in Bentonville and Colorado Springs. The bourbon caramel latte is just heaven. Located inside of The Factory. Must go if you love a solid roast.

Took forever to ring up and the guy still never rung up an item. He also rung up the bagels we ordered wrong. We asked for 2 plain one with cream cheese on the side and instead we only got one plain and then one everything somehow. Idk if the kid that was the cashier was new or something. Coffee is good, food not so much. The double berry waffle sounds good however they don't cooo it all the way. The inside was doughy still sadly. Very disappointed for how much everything was. Also seems like they just don't want do dishes cause even tho we dined in they only serve them in the take out cups instead using the thousands of actual cups they have out on top of the coffee machines.

This place has really upgraded. Great layout, fabulous coffee, and treats. The orange cranberry scone was great.

I had an absolutely amazing experience yesterday, which could have been a disappointing one. I had ordered online ahead of getting to The Factory, anticipating my order would be ready by the time I parked. Upon entering, my order was not ready so I asked an employee, who looked through all orders and did not find mine. It turns out, I had accidentally ordered online at the Berry Farms location. I asked if the order could be honored, but was told this is not allowed. Another employee, assuming the Manager (named Cameron) came over to ask what happened. After explaining, Cameron graciously asked me what I had ordered and said he’d put it in the computer. I reached to give him my credit card to pay and he replied, “You already paid. I’m not going to make you pay for the same thing.” I was taken aback by this, but I have always had such great experiences at Honest Coffee. I promised Cameron I would post a review, and I hope this makes its way back to him. Thank you for not only making my day, but my wife’s as well.

The vibe at this coffee shop is amazing. Such a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Service was super friendly and professional. The barista knew a lot and made some great recommendations. I loved the different options of ice teas they had. I would definitely come back.

Google
Food is terrible. Waffle and berries—$12 for a single waffle that’s not a full waffle. I’m convinced it’s a Costco waffle from a multi pack which makes each waffle from Costco less than 75 cents. The blt egg sandwich was dry and sub par for $13. Cappuccino was overpriced and too small and served in a small glass and not a coffee mug which is weird. Service was the only thing that was good. Most tables rocked badly and some other patrons sat down and because their table rocked so bad they spilled hot coffee on themselves. The waffle size and quality and quantity of food was the biggest issue for this poor rating. Will not eat here ever again. Also when you pay they ask for a tip on the credit card but then you bus your own table and pickup your own food so I have no idea why they ask for a tip. Nice people though.

Yelp
I waited 15 minutes in line to order a cortado and waited 15 minutes for it to be served up by the barista, and it was worth every blankety-blank second. Some of the best espresso I've ever had anywhere: deeply delicious, varietal, filled with different flavor notes of chocolate, red berries, citrus. The woman in front of me had her three kids with her and we were commiserating about the wait, but I caught up with her after she got her Cubano and she smiled and agreed it was worth it. Of course, this being Nashville, she was genuinely friendly. Imagine! Highly recommended, though maybe not if you're pressed for time. ;-)

Yelp
Nice coffee shop in the Factory. Just a word, the prices are on the higher side, probably due to great location. Coffees are good, the food is really good. I've had an açaí bowl and some of the Franklin toast (covered in fruit!). Both were really good and can certainly be a brunch that carries you till dinner. Lots of seating, you can also take your items and find seating in the factory. Nice spot so meet folks or just setup your remote work place.

Yelp
I have been an Honest regular for years and failed to ever review them/this location. The Factory has evolved a lot and their expansion of Honest has opened up so much space to gather or work. Aesthetically, they are modern, classy, and comfortable - love their live plants. As far as their offerings - they excel at their consistency and quality. Honest treats coffee like an art and the staff is diligent to the details. My staple order is the Roosevelt because nothing compares to it - it's something you can't find anywhere else. Their cinnamon syrup is truly exceptional. I love it so much, I buy myself the candle every 6 months as a treat - yes, their "Roosevelt" is also a scented soy candle that is truly divine. I also enjoy ordered a First Lady (almond + vanilla flavor) or a black coffee on occasion. I almost always give their holiday speciality lattes a try and usually find them enjoyable, currently there is a Vday "Be Mine" Latte with house made cherry + vanilla + cocoa. Highly recommend this spot if you have yet to go.

Brianna M.

Yelp
Honest has been one of my favorite coffee spots for years. I love the Franklin location's renovated space inside the Factory. I know that their scones and baked goods are good, but this morning I opted for the Franklin Toast. It was a fresh filling breakfast. The Be Mine mocha Valentine's Day latte special made with cherry syrup was delicious. We were a little bummed it didn't have the "Be Mine" stencil on it as advertised on their Instagram. It's usually very busy, but this morning there was no line. However, by 8am, the tables were getting filled. Honest's quality is consistent and I often recommend them.

Monica J.

Yelp
Staff is kind! However, the matcha was incredibly bitter and not well combined. Also as expensive as the latte was, they do not offer basic flavorings for matcha such as vanilla-- just offered a simple syrup/honey if needed to mix myself. The ambiance is good, but the music is loud so it is difficult to enjoy yourself/friends

Yelp
The Factory at Franklin is becoming one of my favorite places to explore. I was nearby for a meeting and decided to stop into HCR for a quick coffee and açai bowl. I've previously enjoyed their location inside L&L Market and was eager to check this spot out. Indeed, HCR was popping around lunchtime on a weekday! I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes for my food and drink. Thankfully, there's plenty of seating and plenty of outlets. I so appreciate that thoughtful addition for anyone working or studying remotely: I was able to hop on my laptop while I waited and knock out a few small tasks. My coffee came out first, and my food followed shortly after. I decided to try The First Lady (iced), which I liked, but wasn't my favorite flavor. It tastes a bit more like almond milk than almond extract. Next time I'd probably try something else. I also got the Big Island açai bowl with added strawberries. This is one of my favorite light lunches - and I love that HCR partners with Franklin Juice Co. to make these offerings possible. That said, I'm also a big fan of the HRC grilled cheese sandwich, and absolutely recommend adding on bacon.

Yelp
I have been coming to Honest Coffee in the Factory for years. Seeing it evolve from its original smaller space into the beautiful, sprawling coffee bar it is now thrills me for whoever is behind the operation. They expanded wonderfully by retaining their original charm while also obviously leveling up the ambiance. This is the kind of coffee shop where I come to attempt mystery. I sit and moodily sip a latte while thumbing through a massive novel, all while secretly thinking maybe, just maybe, one of the handsome moustachioed Factory-dwellers will approach me and ask what I'm reading. And then I will tell him what I'm reading... fooooor as long as we both shall live. Jokes and romantic aspirations aside, Honest Coffee really is a lovely place to engulf oneself in a large latte and an equally large book. It's also the perfect environment for a chatty catch-up with a friend. One summer, I frequented Honest so often with a particular pal that we began saying our table should have a plaque fixed on it in our honor. I have so much warmth & good feeling to express towards Honest Coffee, that I must force myself to wrap it up. Ok bye I gotta go sit on my hands so I stop typing.

Parnika N.

Yelp
Honest Coffee Roasters has a very fun casual ambiance. I ordered for mocha coffee but I honestly did not enjoy it as much because the coffee wasn't strong or aromatic enough. The service was very quick, since I have tried quite nicer coffees in the city before I felt the coffee here could have been better. Nevertheless I love the location of the cafe which is not too busy. Its a good place to hangout and catch up with friends.

Georgiann E.

Yelp
Honest roaster is honestly delicious and a great coffee place. Cute trendy place in the factory of franklin! Perfectly extracted espresso, Nice latte art, Tasty cappuccino and cuban! Customer service was awesome, friendly quick, great attitude trained baristas!

Julia K.

Yelp
I will say that this was one of the best lattes I've ever had. So they have that going for them. I will say service is bleh and they don't really care about you unless you're a regular. It was a bit of a bummer experience. My husband and I travel all over the US and have tried so many different coffee spots... and that's usually what we look forward to when traveling to new places! Getting to know a new area by coffee and chatting with friendly baristas. They totally had the "order and get out of my way" attitude...to each their own! Besides that, the design of this place is special and cozy, especially for being in a shared space! I think it would be a great spot to work from if that's what you're looking for. I do recommend this place and am thoroughly convinced it's the best coffee in Frankin. Which at the end of the day, that's all that matters!

Yelp
Honest Coffee Roasters at The Factory in Franklin offers an excellent selection of freshly brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. For a unique experience, try their made-to-order matcha, which is prepared with fresh ingredients rather than just powder. The cozy indoor seating provides the perfect spot to sit and relax. Customers can also purchase Honest Coffee's own roasted beans to enjoy at home. Whether you visit for breakfast or lunch, be sure to try their delicious acai bowl.

Jake M.

Yelp
After an extensive study of nearly ever coffee shop in the greater Nashville area I have concluded that Honest in the factory has the best and most consistent iced Americano in town. As a self-declared coffee connoisseur I feel that the iced Americano is the purest test of a shops commitment to excellent coffee since you get the most genuine expression of the espresso shot on full display. And I can say that none shine brigher than Honest. It's got perfect balance, wonderful sweetness, and fruit forward notes that you won't find elsewhere. Most coffee shops (even good ones!) hide their slightly burnt, over-extracted shots behind milk and sugary sweet syrupy drinks but not here. Their commitment to delicious espresso even when lines are out the door should be applauded. Great coffee and friendly staff, all in a newly renovated space that welcomes both work and play--what more can you ask for?

Taylor R.

Yelp
Such a great coffeeshop! I love that they have a wide menu for drinks and also have a full menu for food. I opt for the açaí bowls (Bom Bom) when I've gone here. They also have a kitchen for other breakfast and lunch options. You can buy bags of coffee beans and even candles! There's a large amount of seating at this location, indoor and outdoor.

Jerry L.

Yelp
Busy! Tried the Cuban with oat milk. Mild flavor - and cute coffee shop decor. Great for people watching

Chris A.

Yelp
A great coffee shop in the factory. They have a great method of funneling people through and they present the coffee drink without a lid reducing waste. The ambiance is cozy and warm. The coffee itself was delicious. I opted for the 'First Lady' and I normally don't go for prepared drinks. They also sell lots of great canned drinks.

Sherry Y.

Yelp
I went to this location of Honest Coffee after an eye appointment nearby. My eyes were dilated, so it was really difficult to see much of the menu. However, this was such a spacious, open-plan cafe with low-key bar and table seating. It's a bit loud and echoey, so keep that in mind if you're more of a quiet worker. The employees and baristas were so understanding of my eye issues, and my order was brought out so quickly. I had a delicious Cuban coffee and a Kona açaí bowl. I finished everything within a few minutes and took a stroll around the Factory just opening up. Most stores are still getting set up here, but it was exciting to see what was up and coming! Plenty of parking in a private lot.

Randee S.

Yelp
Coffee is good here but it's nothing overly special or exciting. I usually get something somewhat basic here like an iced latte. It's expensive but so is every coffee shop!

Mari B.

Yelp
The place is under construction but still plenty of space to order and seating in the hallway available. Staff was great and nice (they would get a 4 Star). Had their iced coffee but unfortunately they had no ice that morning. It was okay but ice does help it. Also they don't have nonfat milk so got oat milk which worked. S.O liked this Cortado coffee. We tried the Guava Empanada and was not a fan. Lots more bread than feeling, and tasted like strawberry versus guava. Okay experience, interested what it will look like after the shop's expansion.

Ro W.

Yelp
The acai bowl and coffee were both mid, but the bacon sandwich was a hit. I had an everything bagel and cream cheese, which isn't pictured. I didn't care for it, and that's one of my favorite bagels. I wanted the avocado toast, but they weren't able to make adjustments to the sandwich. He said it's a fairly new restaurant, so they couldn't change the menu or ingredients. The decor was really nice. We went back a second time for the bacon sandwich.

Sharon B.

Yelp
You get to watch the process of the coffee beans being roasted as you wait for your coffee! Great little spot at the factory at Franklin. They just expanded and remodeled to a big ole shop towards the back of the factory. I love that there's the option to get coffee every time I go to the factory, but wish the ambience was better. It's a bit too crowded to be a regular spot to get work done, and the ambience is too fast paced and impersonal for it to be a home spot. So it's a great pit stop to grab some coffee and walk around the factory.

Eliette V.

Yelp
Breakfast sandwich at the factory no beuno for some reason they use some fake egg crap instead of a real egg and panini press like the berry farms location great coffee but crap egg sandwich they should spell the egg eegg like fake crab spelled Krab so you know what your actually outing in your body $14 sandwich just sad. Crazy how different the food is from one place to another berry farms is smaller than the bar at the factory the whole kitchen here is bigger than berry farms photo from website dang really bad

Adela L.

Yelp
Food was decent. Drinks were good as well. I don't understand why they use plastic cutlery in a place like this...

Jolie B.

Yelp
Such fun specialty drinks!! i loved the Roosevelt latte. Friendly employees and a great location.

Brittan G.

Yelp
The line was out the door and took a while to get through. Definitely could improve by adding more than one employee taking orders. The seasonal coffees are always fantastic. however, the food could be improved.

Garrett A.

Yelp
If you're looking for one of the best pour overs in the Franklin/Nashville area this is the spot. If you're in town for the holidays the holiday blend (it may change year to year) is incredible. Great drip. Great pour over. Couldn't recommend enough.

Tampa C.

Yelp
Coffee was good, and strong...but wow is this place expensive! Overall, giving it two stars as I'd probably choose some other local options that are a little less pricey!

Karen T.

Yelp
We were here on a busy Saturday. We enjoyed the new, larger, more open spacious remodel. Once we ordered, The service was quick. I recommend the Cuban and the Avocado Toast.

Sarah B.

Yelp
Great coffee and tea. Seasonal offerings. Gets very busy on the weekends. Several seatings options. Cool vibes inside the Factory.

Ella F.

Yelp
I love espresso and I found out it's called espresso not expresso Food was yummy Service ate that up left no crumby crumb crumbs the place so super super super douper cwutie pie

Keith S.

Yelp
I love Honest. Been my go to since it opened years ago. So it gets 5 stars, but I'm gonna say this here. The matcha is terrible! Hoping they can step that up!

Mandy C.

Yelp
We just left after ordering a First Lady, A Mocha and an Americano. The team of young men who were working were on point with service, and presentation. All of our drinks were perfect and none of them were super expensive. All 3 drinks for under $18. Well done, Honest Coffee Roasters!

Bill H.

Yelp
This place has an excellent vibe. They also have a great product. I ordered a 12 ounce flat white and was amazed when the bill came to $9.30. Apparently they charged me a buck 50 for almond coconut milk that they make in house. I wish I would've known that they were going to charge me for that. But even without that, eight dollars for 12 ounces is too rich for me. For others that might be in line with your expectations.

Jeffrey F.

Yelp
Really good coffee. Was the best cold coffee I've ever had and in a nice little common mall place with a great bakery next door

Doug G.

Yelp
Swung by the Factory and before we hit any shops coffee and a snack were priority, so we made our way to Honest Coffee Roasters. It is a space that screams local coffee shop with an cozy, warm and industrial feel that features high-tops, lounge seating and standard tables if you want to hang out. They have a few bar stools at the counter, but they are ill-placed and are not functional seating, as if you sat there you would 100% be in the way. The menu features all the classic coffee shop go-to's and while the menu seems limited, you can order off menu and it seems like most time they can make it happen. I went with an Iced Mocha, which came in 12 ounces and ran me close to $6.00. I have to say, I was wildly disappointed in this drink. I watched them make it and 90% of the cup was milk. I expected the shot that went in to be overloaded with flavor, but sadly it just turned the milk slightly bitter. I was bummed to say the least. On the flip side, the coffee cake muffin I got was absolutely delicious! Service was solid. The barista's were friendly and helpful from order to pick-up. Overall, I didn't pick the right drink, but I won't completely cross them off the "go-to" list just yet. Location is good, vibe is solid, service and muffin great.

Taylor S.

Yelp
Honest Coffee used to be one of my favorite spots. It's been a while since I've visited because I moved away from the area. Today, I found myself in Franklin, TN, and decided to check in at The Factory. The place has really stepped up its look since they've expanded and it was packed, which made me think they've maintained the quality I used to love. Unfortunately, I was very mistaken. I ordered a café macchiato, the traditional kind, not the Starbucks version. It's a simple drink: just a shot of espresso with a dollop of foam. This should be a test of true quality, as you can't hide bad coffee behind sugars and creams in such a basic drink. Sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst coffees I've ever had. It was incredibly sour, lacking any of the rich coffee flavor I expected--just an acidic drink that was nearly undrinkable. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. The last time I visited, the coffee was similarly disappointing, but I brushed it off as a one-off bad day. Now, I see it might be a new standard, which is really disheartening. Congratulations to Honest Coffee on their expansion, but it feels like they've shifted their focus to quantity over quality. If this is the direction they're heading, I won't be returning. A good espresso drink shows the real quality of a coffee place, and sadly, this basic part of their offering was a disaster.

Drea Y.

Yelp
Atmosphere is great, food and coffee is wonderful but the service ruins it all. Most people who I speak to in Franklin almost all say the service is horrible. Today I witnessed a woman come to the counter with her acai bowl that needed attention and the barista on the espresso bar who she asked to help her was so rude, he didn't make eye contact with her, took a while to actually help her and just had this annoyed attitude. They're always so busy which is understandable but a smile and accommodating spirit goes a long way. Such a bummer. Everything about Honest is great if you don't want kind customer service.

Nate M.

Yelp
I gotta say, Nashville has some mighty fine coffee shops, but not a lot of them offer a space to sip and work. Honest Coffee Roasters offers both and then some. This coffee shop is right in the middle of the Factory at Franklin and has a great layout with plenty of tables for working, couches for cozy convos and a table "outside" of the shop for great people watching views. They have a decent food menu, but I only ordered an iced coffee with a splash of oat milk. The coffee was delish and had a great flavor. I normally sip coffee, but I found myself slurping this down. Honest coffee roasts their beans inhouse (see the pics) and offers a ton of classic coffee drinks, both hot and cold. Coffee shop bonus! - There's plenty of parking here and ample space to hang and window shop while at the Factory!

Tim G.

Yelp
I've had a mixed experience here when it comes to service. Sometimes the staff can be inattentive and relatively slow, and other times they'll be friendly and helpful. I wish the service was a bit more consistent. But the coffee is very good. I also had a great experience recently when I ordered an Americano but was told that they were really busy (there was an event going on nearby) and that espresso drinks would involve about a 20 minute wait. But he offered that they did have drip coffee. I went with the drip coffee, which was delicious. And I really appreciated the head's up that there would be a wait.

H M.

Yelp
Cafe Latte was very good and adequately hot. I hate it when you pay $7 for a coffee and the steamed milk is bare above room temp. The sever and barista were friendly and efficient. The roasting code beans Smelled great as well. During my visit it appeared the place is going through a renovation. Quality coffee and competitive prices. Great alternative to Starbucks if coffee is your focus. Heading back there today!! Thanks honest coffee roasters staff.

Dean G.

Yelp
Incredible coffee! Get the Cuban. Super trendy and has a great atmosphere. All the people working there are very friendly. I'll definitely be going back.

Mark W.

Yelp
Stopped in on a Saturday morning. No line ordered a Cuban and got a cake muffin. Muffin was good and fresh. I watched them make the Cuban and was surprised that the sweet milk had settled so heavily on the bottom. Very limited coffee menu. Staff was not very inviting.

Andrew F.

Yelp
This is a cool shop in the Factory. In the middle of a remodel, so it was a little chaotic. I visited twice and got a Nitro cold brew the first time and a regular cold brew the second time. There's a reason for that. When we went at 4:30 in the afternoon they were no longer offering pour overs. The pour over bar was closed for the day. However, we went at 10:30am the next day and they weren't offering pour overs that morning. I said I would take a nitro cold brew and they didn't have any of that either. At 10:30am? I get it. Things get busy and you might not be able to handle pour overs, since they take more time. You can have a big crowd that drinks all the cold brew and you run out. BUT put a sign up or take it off your menu. Let people know. It's horrible when you stand in line for 20 minutes and you can't get what you want. I visited another coffee shop in Nashville today, and with a line twice as long and the same number of staff, they did a pour over.

Monica S.

Yelp
Honestly...Great high quality coffee with unique blends and flavor options. Fairly pricey for what you get but probably one of the better lattes I've had in a while. And in all honesty...the lines are out the door if you go on a Sunday. A packed house means this is a local favorite. Great for grabbing a cup while you walk around the factory, or stay and have a meeting and get some work done. Great vibe, great atmosphere...I liked the slanted laptop friendly community wooden table. But to be Honest...ha! Sorry couldn't help myself...it's more of a workspace. So if you're going to sip and stay, better get a regular table if you can find a spot. They fill up fast! I tell you no lies...there are 2 entrances right by the barista station so the lines and orders can get confusing so you have to pay attention to when your order is up. But they do make it in a timely matter and for how busy they are it comes out fast! To be transparent...I do wish they offered more dairy free milk options. They don't have soy, and the almond milk choice is exotic if you came to party. But if you are on the oat milk band wagon then this place is really for you! Scouts honor!

Andy D.

Yelp
The coffee and staff are amazing and I have been coming here almost every day for past 3 years. I'm a massive supporter of the team and coffee but the amount of price increases is now to a point where the price is spoiling the taste. With a coffee (with tip) now just a few cents under $10 it is no longer supportable. Still recommend it if you're visiting Franklin but not as your daily visit. I hope these increases are being passed onto the staff.

Steph H.

Yelp
One of our favorite coffee shops in Nashville. We make the drive to Franklin often as this place is in the factory & just overall a cool spot. Staff is always kind and helpful if you have any questions. The Roosevelt latte with their house made cinnamon syrup is delicious.

Jason K.

Yelp
Staff members were not friendly what so ever. They were upset we said something about getting the wrong milk in our coffee.....paid $15 for 2 oat milk small lattes. Very high price Not friendly staff But good coffee Won't go again

Parker S.

Yelp
We came here during the pandemic when places we're just starting to open back up. We hadn't had "good coffee" in a long few months, but thankfully Honest Coffee came to our rescue. We love coming to the factory and seeing the hints of history and old building throughout. Honest has some really comfy chairs/rustic wood to lounge around. All the workers were nice and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The coffee was fantastic. We got an iced coffee, a mocha, and two to-go Roosevelts. The iced coffee was just great coffee which was exceptionally smooth. The mocha was not overly sweet but hit you with the perfect amount of cocoa. Lastly, the Roosevelt was our favorite with a latte taste mixed with cinnamon. We will definitely be coming back here again when we want some good non-chain coffee!

Kevin S.

Yelp
I'll start with the good but will follow it with what's unfair pricing on bowls. Good: beautiful new renovation, excellent expresso, super nice staff (albeit some have no clue how to work the register). Not so Good: Pricing for bowls is suspect. You charge for peanut butter in the initial price of the bowl and charge more to substitute almond butter - ok maybe. But to charge $2 for adding blueberries and a second $2 to add strawberry's which equals 40% of the total cost of the entire bowl is insane. For starters the menu shows $2 for strawberry's blueberry's which makes u believe they are both included. Worse you get maybe two total strawberry's sliced up how the heck is that $2!! Suggest $1 for any fruit u want added a la cart. The açaí mix is very limited as well and would prefer real granola instead of a pile of dry oats. Hopefully this is dialing it in as they just opened but stop overcharging for some extra toppings.

Scott F.

Yelp
This local roaster ranks up there with the best Tennessee has to offer. With a few locations this Franklin site is housed in an old factory as part of the historical part of the city. Roasted beans fresh on site, mixed drinks made with dairy fresh milk, cold brew and seasonal specialties are the norm and a team of baristas that rivals chick fil-a's hospitality. We visited each day of our vacation as the environment is relaxing and their coffee is amazing
