The Best Face Masks for Kids, According to Opinionated Kids

"Both girls were taken with the design features, with Abby focused on the silicone sliders making the round elastic ear loops adjustable, while Olivia was into the softness of the double layers of 100 percent cotton and the included filters. She did worry the thin ear loops might be uncomfortable with longer use, like during a school day."

I’ve always been a fan of Honest Vegetarian Restaurant, so while visiting New Jersey, I decided to order dinner from them via uber eats. The food arrived warm and thoughtfully packed. I went with the Vada Pav and Papdi Chaat. The Vada Pav came as a pair—soft, buttery buns with moderately spiced aloo patties, accompanied by fried green chilies and chutneys. While they were decent, they didn’t quite hit the mark for me—tasty, but not standout. The Papdi Chaat, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise. They smartly packed the toppings and chutneys separately, so I could assemble it fresh at home. The yogurt, mint chutney, and tamarind chutney were all vibrant and flavorful, though I do wish the chutney portions were a bit more generous. Still, it made for a refreshing and tasty appetizer. The portion sizes were quite large—definitely more than a single meal. I saved some for the next day, but as expected, the freshness didn’t carry over as well. Overall, it was a decent takeout experience. Not the best I’ve had from Honest, but still enjoyable.

Google
I had a great experience at honest in Jersey City! The food was of excellent quality—fresh, flavorful, and truly satisfying.staff was also very friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving tasty Indian-style pav bhaji and many more veg dishes 😋

Google
Visited Honest Jersey City and found the experience to be mixed. • The Gotal Dosa was pretty good—crispy and flavorful. • The Triple Schezwan Rice was the standout—tasty, spicy, and a generous portion. • The Papdi Chaat was a letdown—felt it was a bit dry and had too much of papdi and Sev. Portions are very large, which works for sharing but is too much for one person. The ambience could use improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. One thing that stood out was the very strong cleaning spray used on tables—it was overpowering and made it hard to enjoy the food. Overall, it’s a decent spot for takeout if you’re craving Indian fast food, but the dine-in experience needs work.

Truly feels just like home! 🥺 The flavors are spot on, exactly like how they serve back in India. I've ordered multiple times now, and every single dish has been amazing — from the main dish itself to the chutneys and all the little accompaniments. Everything tastes authentic and full of love. Highly recommend to anyone craving that real, homely Indian flavor!

Google
Very disappointed I’m not a person who likes to complain but this time I was forced to complain since this is not the first time it happened, I would say Worse experience ever… never going back to this place ever again. I got Indian style pizza and Chinese bhel, the pizza was full of hairs in it and the dough was steal and the Chinese bhel taste burnt and horrible. I called them to inform they did not even know what to do in this situation. what kind of service is that? the lady over the phone gave me the answer saying my boss will call you back after 7:30pm which it would been 5 hours after I ordered my food what’s the point of calling someone back after 5 hours to discuss. Even though I waited for the call what time I’m receiving the call later after 9:30 pm is this the time to call someone? Come on show some professionalism. I wasted my $26 just for nothing

Google
Honest offers a diverse menu of Indian vegetarian dishes, with certain items like the Paneer Chili Dry, Bhakri Pizza and Bhaji Pav standing out. The restaurant emphasizes that all preparations are made from scratch daily, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Google
Absolutely bad experience. I wish I could give this place negative stars. This was my first and definitely my last visit to Honest Restaurant. The Bhatura was raw inside. I should call it Breadutra and not Bhatura. In my opinion it's far from fresh and served in disposable plates (plates I still don't mind, but the food quality was below average, left me surprised). When I complained to the lady at the counter, she took my plate back and returned with merely fried one piece little more, and second was again served as it is —still raw and inedible. I pointed it out again, and she had the audacity to say, "We cook it like this only," as if serving raw food was their standard. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else.

Delicious food! We loved both the rawa masala dosa and the Chole bhatura. Huge portion sizes and wonderful service 🥰

Yelp
Picked up from Honest for a quick and casual dinner. The interior is bright and welcoming. Service was attentive despite being busy. Pao Bhaji: 4/5 Perfectly spiced mashed veggies served with soft buttery buns. Comfort food at its best! Vegetarian Cheese Masala Grill: 4.5/5 A cheesy, spicy delight with a nice crispy exterior. Great for a quick snack or meal. They also included a bag of Lays chips on the side. The food has authentic Indian flavors and didn't disappoint. I would definitely come back to try more from their menu!

Yelp
As we were preparing to move from Jersey City to the Midwest, we decided to visit Honest Restaurant, India Kitchen one last time. This chaat place has always been a favorite of ours, and it didn't disappoint. We tried their vegetarian sandwich and samosa channa, both of which are our absolute favorites. We also sampled their rose falooda, which was a delightful treat. The service was good, and everything was straightforward. We loved the food and were happy to enjoy one final meal here before our move. If you're in the area and craving excellent chaat, Honest Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
3.5 stars for this place! Honest is known for its Pav Bhaji the most. So went to try that and it did not disappoint. Comes with 2 pavs, a bowl of bhaji both with butter and some onions. I liked both. Service is extremely quick, i was basically out of the restaurant in like 15 minutes, which is not what I want! The whole experience did feel rushed. Nonetheless food tasted good.
google avatar

Yelp
Food here is a hit or miss. Quality of the food has degraded a lot since a few years ago. Not a super clean establishment either, I'd avoid it and try other restaurants on the Indian street.
google avatar

Shrina S.

Yelp
Really good food and portion size for price. Good music and vibes. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the servers aren't super attentive. Waited a while before I got my check and it wasn't even busy.

Hanisha V.

Yelp
Disgusted and disappointed ! Rude staff , cold and pale food . Should correct their attitude and quality of food ! PS: I prefer to go home and cook instead pay for these losers !

Priyanka B.

Yelp
The food quality goes down by night time. It's soggy and bland. The service is very poor. I wouldn't recommend this place.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're from Ahmedabad, this place brings back all the delightful memories of having lipsmacking pav bhaji and a "something for everyone" menu with delicious items like Chaat, Sandwiches, Chinese, Pizza, South Indian and North Indian food. Although a limited menu compared to original restaurants in India, taste-wise this one lives up to expectations. Prices are quite reasonable, portions are big and the service is decent. I wish they had more Pav bhaji options, but the ones on the menu taste very close to home. Definitely better spice level compared to NY Bleecker St location. (Been there 3 times & PB tastes watery/bland). If you're in Journal Square, Honest is a must "honestly".

Yelp
Heard a great deal about this place. So, decided to check it out. We were there on a holiday weekend and it was pretty crowded but not filled to their maximum capacity. There were empty tables. We ordered spring Dosa, sezchuan noodles and gobi Manchurian. We also asked for vada pav and they were out of it. That was disappointing. Pros: The spring Dosa was amazing. The dosa was crispy, filling was delicious and just the right ratio. I usually get disappointed with the sambhar and chutney served in Indian restaurants in US but this place cracked it! Cons: The dosa was served in 20 mins and we continued to wait for another 45 mins but the other dishes didn't show up. We asked the waiter how long it would take and he said another 20 mins. At this point we asked him to cancel it and he gladly did.

Yelp
This place has been on my wishlist for 3 years and finally I got a chance to visit it. A lot of people praise them for their pav Bhaji and this review is solely based on it unless it's edited in the future with new dishes tried. The service was pretty quick, the Bhaji did feel close to the one we have back in India. The pav used by them is their in-house brand and it was good. The downside is that I think they have already made the Bhaji in large quantities and serve it to the customer as soon as the orders are placed, hope they change it and try to make it fresh. The ambience was fine, hope to try out more dishes from this restaurant in the future.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was okay the kattapa sandwich wasn't flavorful it was bland and not spicey as the waiter told us it would be, the pain bhaji was excellent and the pauv also.
google avatar

Yelp
I wish they had gravy too i would have given 5 star ... taste was good . Tea was good too only pav bhaji always say extra Pav
google avatar

Yelp
Great place for Indian street food. Quick and easy service. Nothing to special about the ambiance. But overall the food is great compared to other Indian street food places. Wish they would add some new items to the menu over time.

Yelp
Honest and Jersey City is a stable, it is located in the prime location of Newark Avenue. Parking is easy and it's right next-door, it's very cost effective. It's about four dollars per hour if you want to park in the lot or else you can be creative and find parking on the street. Pretty much everything your tries really good here, drinks are really good too.

Yelp
My go to place in jersey city for Pav bhaji. Also this place is a hit or a miss depending on the day and how the pay bhaji is made. This review is only for their pav-bhaji and veg pulav. Not including their ever slow unprofessional service and table manners. I wish they cook the buns(bread) more for pav-bhaji. During peak hours this place is super crowded and the wait can exceed more than 45 mins. We always get take outs from here as its more convenient and hasslefree. Updating my review as I have had tried many of their dishes now. Their dosas are to die for if you are craving South Indian food, we have tried their veggie club grilled sandwich which is amazing too and also very filling so it can be treated as an entree. Their Chinese Hakka noodles is a lil too garlicky for my taste. But on the other side their Chinese bhel, veg Manchurian and hot and sour soup are on point. Overall the food is definitely more oily than I would like it to be, however we don't come here everyday so that's fine. Also if you are around Edison area then definitely visit Honest there as it's way better and they offer punjabi curries which Jersey city doesn't offer. I definitely do visit this place when I crave for some good pav bhaji!
google avatar

Sarthak M.

Yelp
Tried the vegetable noodles, tastes absolutely amazing like what you get in India. Could get less oily tho
google avatar

Megha G.

Yelp
Ordered panipuri, it's not even close. The Manchurian was so burnt that we had to use a knife to cut through and inedible. Visit the restaurant for the pav Bhaji, which is good. But not the ones you get in Bombay.
google avatar

Asma A.

Yelp
Nice dinner spot. Ordered dahi puri- 6.99$ , hakka noodles- 8.99$ and punjabi thali- 10.99$. I have tried numerous dishes at this restaurant and all are good. Their pav bhaji is very nice and Indian style pizza is highly sought after. Pro tip- only take their dishes medium or mild spicy . It has a nice kick. Their spicy spicy is really very high on spice.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD. Best place in New Jersey for Indian food. Absolutely love it! Anything and everything you order here is going to be the BEST. My favourites are pav bhaji, masala pav with bhaji, cheese pulav, Chaat, Manchurian, triple schezwan fried rice, etc. You must try this place!
google avatar

Bhagyashree P.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed. Ordered pav bhaji and chinese bhel and both were stale. Placed an order after a very long time since the previous order had been so salty, me and my guests couldn't even eat. Had expected delivery to be better post pandemic but alas it disappointed. Also they charge a delivery and service tax(which is again a delivery fee) on top of taxes. Not worth wasting any more money.
google avatar

Yelp
Great chole bhatura Good Bombay grilled sandwich Good pani puri Good chat Great soups

Yelp
Ordered 2 plate pav Bhaji and 2 plate pulao... the order arrived 30 mins late than the confirmed time ... the pulao was totally uncooked and the spice were raw and sprinkled over rice ... totally inedible... had to trash it ... Wish can give some less than one star

Yelp
We went here to have dinner with friends. There was a small wait time before we got our table. The space is a little tight but the service is very quick. We ordered Chinese Bhel, Pav Bhaji, papri chaat, Masala DOSA and poori chole. Chinese bhel was super tasty and so was pav bhaji. The papri chaat was very bland and it didn't even have the green chutney, they just put tamarind in it and very less curd. The masala dosa was good but in poori chole , the chole were super oily and it didn't taste good at all. My overall experience was decent but not great! I expected more from them. In addition, the restroom was not maintained either.

Yelp
Most horrible experience ever at this restaurant. Got takeout from there and as I had a few bites of my food, I found a bug in the food. I wonder what kind of gross and unhygienic conditions their kitchen must be in. Please stay away from this restaurant or risk falling sick.

Yelp
Summary: Must try places for few dishes like Pav Bhaji, Chole Bathure and some Indo-chinese dishes such as Veg Noodles with Manchurian Full Review: Honest is one of the most popular restaurants on the Indian street, they have got pretty popular very soon because of the quality and taste. Its a pure vegetarian restaurant known most for their Pav Bhaji. The place has got good ambience with ample seating and decent service. However, it tends to be pretty crowded during weekends or dinner times and may involve waits. I have visited them quiet a few times over the last couple of years and has been a fan of their Pav Bhaji. It is a spicy vegetable curry served with some Indian bread called pav. The pav bhaji served here is pretty good and reminds of the ones I tired in Mumbai. Along with that I have also liked a few of their Indo-Chinese dishes. The veg noodles with manchurian was particularly good, perfectly spicy with good crispy manchurian. I have also found their Chole Bhature to be pretty decent. However, I observed few of the dishes served are a miss and not everything here is worth trying. I also found that the service can be improved a bit and the portion sizes aren't the best either. Recommendations: Pav Bhaji or Cheese Pav Bhaji Veg Noodles with Manchurian Chole bhature

Yelp
I have fond memories of this place from my India days. Loved the food there, specially pav bhaji so I was elated when I saw them open shop here. The first time we tried to go there was on a Sunday evening and there was a 30 min wait so we left. Went back next Friday and the place was pretty empty. Now for the food, pav bhaji was very average. Nothing to rave about. Quantity was very less and the price ridiculous for little bhaji with 2 pavs. I would understand this price if it was in a lesser Indian dominated area like Philly but with Jersey City, you got to be competitive. Chaas (Indian buttermilk) was good but again on the pricier side. I don't think I would come back to this location. I'll stick to eating at Honest during my India trips only. There are places serving better food at a fraction of the price a Newark Ave.

niki c.

Yelp
Horrible food. If you want to eat food with crazy amount of oil and unnecessary spices you can definitely go here. They should really see what they are giving people to eat.

Yelp
So this review is based on recent experiences we had with food and the attitude of the owner of this restaurant. The owners name is Shahtaaz, or that's what he sounded over phone with me. We were ordering a kids plain cheese pizza via door dash. We received the order and noticed the cheese pizza was just a separate base with cheese sprinkled over it. Before we ordered the pizza we had called the restaurant to confirm that I could order a cheese pizza for my kids and the lady was kind enough to confirm that. In fact she suggested that write kids mild and say no veggies. All ok so far and we understand. But things got out of hand when we called the restaurant. The owner wouldn't accept any error and will be totally rude and not listen. What made us angry was the owner will not even suggest any resolution. We understand that there is a delivery company involved in this transaction but not offering to resolve this as a owner we think was just unreasonable. We are posting this review so it helps others who may be deviating from the menu or also looking to get plain cheese pizza for their kids. After this experience we will really think again before doing any business with this place. We are positing couple pics of what was sent to us. Hope this is helpful to folks. Thank you

Yelp
This is a franchise from Gujarat, India. For anybody from Gujarat pav bhaji means "honest pav bhaji". So when you visit Honest here you go with certain expectations. It definitely won't disappoint you but it is not the best. What to order: -Baked macroni with pineapple( A must must) -pav bhaji ofcourse -noodles The rest that i have tried here is not the best. The staff is very friendly.

Yelp
Great gobi manchurian, full of ginger and spices and so so crispy. Our behl and masala dosa was good too but the gobi manchurian was the best! The only negative is this place doesn't have unlimited self serve soup with the dosa like it's neighbors, but it's different in than it focuses more on Indian-Chinese food. I also love that this place doesn't serve everything on plastic styrofoam like its neighbors, so much better for the environment. A little bit of a wait but nice staff, clean tables and a sink outside the bathroom for washing your hands. This is so useful as it's mostly food to be eaten with your hands.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Jersey City! It's open late night in comparison to other Indian restaurants around town. Now the restaurant is open for indoor dining. Initially, I wanted to order a dosa, but they don't have South Indian food at night. Therefore, I ordered the chole bhature and their classic pav bhaji. The chole bhature was superb and tasted like my grandma's recipe. The chole is chickpeas cooked in an Indian gravy with spices. The flavors are healthy and vibrant with fresh ingredients. The bhature (puffed fried bread) is thick, crispy, and made to order. It is served with a side of tomatoes, fried green chilies, and achar (pickle). The pav bhaji is the star of the show. It is a vegetable curry with signature spices. From the Amul butter to the fresh ingredients, Honest Restaurant has mastered the recipe. It is super delicious, and I will assure you that you will lick your fingers after every bite. The pav (bread) are toasted in Amul butter and served with red onions and lemons. One of the best foods to try in Jersey City; highly recommend. PS: order both the dishes extra spicy for more kick and flavor.

Yelp
Ordered bahubali sandwich via Uber eats for pick up. The app stated ready for pick up. Arrived to pick up after notification to find order not ready when asked waitress she politely asked the manager / cashier counter Indian lady who was so ARROGANT AND RUDE. And told waitress in Hindi " I don't know just tell him wait 10-15 minutes" in front of me knowing I am indian and understand Hindi very well and this is after the notification of "ready to pick up" still I wait patiently for 15 minutes . No response . Tired I ask the rude lady at cashier counter and she very irritatingly tell her cooking team where is sandwich . Finally after another 7 minutes I get the order . The ARROGANT INDIAN LADY at counter didn't even have courtesy to apologize for the delay !!!! NO MANNERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO! SO MUCH ARROGANCE SHE HAS! The sandwich was made in so rush it only had few tomatoes cumcumbers and cheese and very little of what other stuff it should have ! What a waste of money and time ! Please don't order from here. The rude Indian lady at counter needs to learn some customer service and stop robbing people !

Yelp
Visited this restaurant on 11/10/2016 for takeout This place is one of the best Indian restaurants for indochinese on Newark Ave. We ordered gravy Vegetable Manchurian, Veggie Hakka Noodles and Gravy Chilli Paneer and they were all very good. They have the best Vegetable Manchurian and Chilli Paneer I've had out of the few restaurants i've tried in Jersey City. We placed a large catering order and the food was excellent, guests were very pleased with the flavor and quality. I will definitely be back when i'm in the mood for IndoChinese.

Yelp
Yes, 4 stars for the really authentic Pav Bhaji. It's the best I've had outside of Mumbai and loved it so much. We've binged on it twice already in the same week! Even the cheese version was incredibly good!! #therealdeal Besides this I've tried the masala dosa...super crispy and fresh. The potato filling was spiced perfectly. The sambar wasn't a winner though. Also the indo-chinese was a downer. Wouldn't recommend. Keep going back for their signature street food items. For now I'll let the pictures do the talking!!
google avatar

Nupur B.

Yelp
I ordered from honest restaurant a few days ago and I was disappointed. Manchurians in the noodles were not fresh and had a rubbery texture. The samosas were refrigerator-cold ! Even the sweet and green chutney had a funky taste and smell... Pao Bhaji tasted good but it was cold and Pao was not fresh. As the order was delivered within an hour I am forced to say that it had been cooked for several hours already and they didn't bother to reheat even. I don't know if I will order/ eat here again. Maybe only Pao Bhaji ‍
google avatar

Willow E.

Yelp
Clearly the worst food by far I have had on Newark avenue . Had Aloo kathi roll , pizza and samosa chat , all of them were very bad . Worst was the Aloo kathi roll , just some potato and spices mixed and dumped in a frozen paratha . Very disappointed, had to the the whole thing away

Yelp
Came here with a few friends who knew of this Gujarati chain from back home. Really enjoyed the bhaji pav, a dish that consists of soft buttery bread buns that they are famous for, which you dip in a savory vegetable curry. The service is efficient and no frills, as is the restaurant itself. The bhaji pav is top notch. Recommend for a quick tasty Gujarati meal.
google avatar

Aishwarya S.

Yelp
Came here because we were craving Indian chaat food. Big mistake. The food here is okay, not that great and not bad. We got a sandwich, dahi vada, pav bhaji, dosa and chaas and we ate only 40% of the food. We didn't even ask for a bag to take the left over because it wasnt worth it. If you really want to have have chaat food go to mitaas which is right next to this one. The restaurant ambience was okay, waiters were slow and they only give you one menu per table which makes it difficult for 4 people to decide food at once. Other than that no complaints.

Ananya P.

Yelp
Excellent food, very fresh. We were a large group, we tasted the pav bhaji, lassi, buttermilk which is spiced, dahi puri, mysore dosa and idli. Every single item was delicious. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Ive been frequenting here. Service is always a hit or a miss. I wasn't a fan of their management for a while but I guess their manager has been moved to another store- so I was informed. That manager was rude and didn't respect the fact families like and should be seated together or in close proximity. We asked him to do that and he refused. He lived by the "it's my way or no way" motto. Not cool. I am glad he is no longer there. Food is good Bc it's covered w yummy amul cheese. Today I went w my cousin and we asked to split the bill. They charged only one card and kept my cousins card. We had to go up and ask for her card. Which the guy behind the counter pulled it out of the register. Why was he holding on to my cousin's card instead of handing it back to us? Then he explained that they don't spilt bills in 2. They can only charge one card. Our waiter should've came back to us and explained that to us instead of just charging one card and keeping the other card. There is a lack in communication w waitstaff and customers, waiter to waiter and waiter to manager. I would recommend this place's owner hire a staff training consultant. Utensils and napkins-- staff should make sure that it's properly stocked before seating guests. They should include knives too! NOT just spoons and forks. Tables are fairly small. Their waitstaff should make frequent rounds and clear table before they bring out more food items. Whether you're a concierge in a hotel, or a kitchen porter working behind the scenes, or even if you're involved in the management of a hospitality business, every time you come into work you're making someone's day that little bit better. Your business is all about people. Please get it together!

Yelp
It's another Indian restaurant in journal square. But there is something about their indo-chinese food that makes me go back there for more. From the Chinese menu what I have tried and loved the most is the Veg Hakka noodles (mild) ,veg Manchurian gravy and Manchurian noodles. All are delicious. Ofcourse their pav bhaji is worth a try with all the soaked up butter in the bread. A surprise was the pani-puri. Didn't expect it would be this good. Delicious and yummy place to satisfy all ur Indian food cravings !! One star less only because I wish they used better plates and cutlery. I'm always hesitant to use it unless I wipe it off with water and tissues.. Get some new serving plates guys!!

Yelp
Ordered cheese pav bhaji, and the indian style pizza. Well the pizza was good - add extra sauce to your pizza while ordering - much needed! Pav Bhaji was a disaster! Its too much masala(spices) Don't know what spice - but it definetly doesn't taste like good PAV BHAJI! I don't know why no restaurant can get it right!!!! Pav was soggy till it reached us - as we ordered online on yelp. So well...order the pizza and maybe try the chinese(and let me know how it is) - but not the pav bhaji.

Yelp
I've heard about this restaurant from Central Jersey so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was starving one afternoon and ended up visiting Honest thinking that anything at this point would be satisfying. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. We ordered Chinese mostly and the food came out rather quick but not up to the expectation. Food was very greasy and taste was not on par. The manuchurian balls were too hard and the dahi puri was soft AH. The grilled sandwich however was amazing!!! I def. recommend Pav Bhaji or sandwiches. Anything else, I'd rather go to Mithaas.

Yelp
Update 7/26/17: Tonight was my second visit. It being a Tuesday weeknight, we were seated immediately. Place was not packed and the waiter was attentive. We only ordered two Indo-Chinese dishes and it took over 25 min for us to get our food. Halfway into our wait, the waiter tells our order is slow because other tables also ordered Indo-Chinese dishes. I guess they have the Indian dishes pre-made in large batches, because I saw people who came in AFTER us get their pav bhaji and chaat before our order came. Anyway, the food was good but the wait was not. I would still come here again but something needs to be done than having customer wait nearly 30 min for food when the place was half empty. The place was packed last time and I only waited maybe 10-15 min for the same Indo-chinese rice dish. 6/25/17: I came here tonight and there was a approx 25 minute wait where the waiter/host jotted down our name and phone number which allowed us to walk around and do some shopping while we waited. The waitress assigned to our table was pretty attentive, even though the place was packed. I ordered Schewan fried rice and my friend ordered pav bhaji. Wait time for food wasn't long, considering the amount of people. According to my friend (who is from Mumbai) the pav bhaji was on point, one of the better pav bhaji he has tasted in the states. My schewan fried rice was delicious as well, nice and spicy, even better with the condiments. I would definitely come here again the next time I'm in JC. Prices were decent too, average in the area.

Yelp
I have been to honest quite a few times and finally decided to post a review. I believed my multiple visits here would change my opinion. However, it still remains the same. P.S - Do never order at home. Takes one hour and becomes cold. Bhaji pav - the most hyped plate in this restaurant, It is quite oily and ordinary. The bhaji is spicy and topped with abundant butter which makes me thirsty every few minutes Manchurian with gravy and fried rice - again, quite ordinary and super oily. Not loaded with veggies which makes the rice unappealing Baked macaroni- the baked layer of cheese melts in the mouth and probably the only main course I enjoyed (expect the macaroni to be sweet) Bhakri pizza - the purée is quite bland. The crust is a bit chewy. I would not order this again

Yelp
We visited Honest mainly because we had heard great things about about their pav bhaji. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were seated on one of the last few remaining tables. The place is a bit cramped, seems like they have tried to squeeze in as many tables as they possibly could. We ordered the veg grill club sandwich, cheese pav bhaji and chaas (buttermilk). The service was slow (possible because of the rush). But once the food came, we had no complaints. The pav bhaji was as good as we had expected and the grill sandwich was nice too. Would definitely recommend this place for a no frills Indian street food binge! PS: I also ordered their pav bhaji to bring to a potluck dinner at a friend's place once and it received exceedingly rave reviews. Took all my integrity to keep telling people that it was from this restaurant instead of just accepting the compliments!
