⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Perfect Stay at HONEYROSE Hotel 🍯🌹 I recently stayed at the Honeyrose Hotel in Montreal and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. From the moment you walk in, the aesthetics hit you — modern, stylish, and beautifully curated in a way that feels both upscale and inviting. The whole place has this warm, boutique vibe that makes you want to explore every corner. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredible. Whether you’re relaxing in the lobby, heading up to your room, or grabbing a drink, everything feels intentional and well-designed. The rooms are just as impressive — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. Overall, the experience was amazing from start to finish. Great service, great ambiance, and a vibe that perfectly captures the best of Montreal. Honeyrose is definitely a place I’d recommend and can’t wait to return!

Honeyrose was excellent and we especially enjoyed our large, beautiful suite with enormous floor to ceiling windows. We had to switch to a regular room after the first night and by comparison, it was a let down although still OK.|Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast cafe and staff were great. In retrospect, wish we had tried dining at the hotel for lunch or dinner- based on our breakfast experience it would have been really good. Especially loved their rendition of avocado toast. Espresso drinks, fruit plate etc were also great.|The pool area was attractive but too small and crowded when we visited. The indoor pool is small and shallow- suitable for kids- not adults wanting deeper water and more space or lap swimmers.|Location of hotel is very good. Montreal is a beautiful, clean and orderly city. Americans are lucky to have Canadians as neighbors!

Beautiful hotel located conveniently in downtown Montreal. Walking distance from Place des Arts and Eaton Centre. The room is spacious and comfortable. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and sauna with a lovely view of the city. There is also a well-equipped gym and a "yoga" room, which I couldn't figure out how to get into or join the class that was running. I wish the staff had mentioned something about it. There is a French restaurant and café in the hotel. We went there twice during our stay. The first meal was good; the second one, not so good. The food was so salty and the coffee was cold. We were also disappointed that the room service hours were rather short. But other than that, it was a great stay. I will recommend it!

I'm still a bit mixed on the Honeyrose. It's clearly a very nice hotel; the rooms are really very nice, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are solid. But I'm not sure I actually like the style.||They lean super hard into their theme. Pink is everywhere, there's a strong signature scent pumped through the lobby, and the whole place feels like it was designed for a photo shoot more than a comfortable stay. It's nice, but just a bit too much across the board.||It's definitely a sexy hotel, great for bringing a spouse or significant other. But you'll want to be at a stage in your relationship where you're comfortable using the bathroom with the other person in the room - because there's almost no privacy. Glass walls and open layouts look cool, but they don't leave much to the imagination.||If you love bold, highly styled spaces and don't mind a little flash over function, this could be perfect. I'll pass on returning but I won't say it isn't beautiful.

We loved the decor of this hotel, the great service, the amazing pool, sauna and jacuzzi and some great café at the coffee shop downstairs. The hotel was trying to be kind by placing us in an accessible room (for space), but that also meant that we had no door between the toilet and shower and the room. This was very uncomfortable for a couple early on in their relationship and likely, to many, in any stage of their relationships. We did reach out as soon as we realized it and were told that this open concept is the norm at this hotel. A few days later, we found out that this isn't quite the case and by then, it was too late to exchange rooms. Other than that, the location is incredible and centrally located between all of the best areas of montreal. Also, if you come for a few days (5 in our case), please note that clothing storage is limited, but manageable. I would still recommend this hotel! Just with a door for the bathroom ;)

If you’re from out of town and coming in for tourism it’s a great location. We did bring g our two year old, no problem at all. Room very clean. Great service. Ordered room service food was good. Parking was an issue, we had to use a parking lot down the street that was the only downside. But right down the street from the Christmas market, mall, and much more

This was an amazing hotel located just a short walk away from Complexe Desjardins Montreal. When we arrived outside of the hotel it already looked very nice. After, when we walked inside, we were so surprised about how amazing it looked. The decor exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and easy to talk to. Every time we got off the elevator they said a kind hello and continued to work. The fitness and pool area were gorgeous. The spa/hot-tub (do not be mistaken) was very hot and I much liked that after running the half marathon. My only remark is that the pool had a lot (and I mean a lot) of chlorine. The rooms were very spacious even for Montreal. The showers were also amazing and had great pressure! The decor again exceeded expectations. We would like to thank the staff for being welcoming and kind. Overall stay was absolutely terrible. Just kidding, it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Absolutely amazing!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Interior design is stunning. The rooms are unique and quirky, but also convenient and comfortable. Restaurant/bar is very cozy, and staff is friendly. And the shower is really good, very clean, great water pressure and beautifully decorated.

I'm staying at this hotel right now for a week and so far, it's been really lovely. Our room is comfortable with lots of nice details and finishes. Quiet, beautiful, and impeccably clean. My one complaint is the lack of luggage racks. The cafe downstairs serves lovely breakfast. The staff have all been helpful and kind. The location is unbeatable because it's extremely walkable nearby (right next to two Christmas markets!!!!) and also in the same building as a Metro stop making it easy to get wherever you need to go. Extremely cute hotel I would 100% recommend, especially for solo travel, couples, and groups of friends. Not really family vibes but the staff are great and I'm sure they would find ways to accommodate any needs a family had while traveling. Definitely recommend and I'd certainly consider staying here again the next time I'm in Montreal.

February long weekend getaway. Very comfortable mattresses, supportive and medium firm. Being particular about my sleep, the bed satisfied that part. My only gripe is that the bathroom didn't actually have a door separator which I don't love - it had a curtain. So if you're sharing the room with anyone, there isn't much privacy when you're in the bathroom as even the toilet door doesn't reach all the way up to the ceiling. The sauna in the pool area was nice and actually got hot. The restaurant was also nice - very stylish. Gym was ok, had an Olympic rack which is uncommon for most hotel gyms, however, there is no mirror directly in front of the rack. The location was decent and very close to the underground shopping area and food court.

This hotel is beautiful! It really is. The rooms are very aesthetically pleasing but there were a few things I have to cover in this review. I had a corner view with a king size bed on the 9th floor. The floor to ceiling windows are spectacular and it was so beautiful to watch the snowfall from the bed. There was nothing crazy that caused me to dock a star off the rating of this hotel but rather a collection of small things. Here is why I will not give this stay a 5* review: 1. The lamps in the rooms are beautiful and some of them have USB ports for you to charge your phone but none of them worked. The wall outlet near the bed also was not working. I am a heavy sleeper and I was scared to miss my alarm. There are many outlets on the baseboard of the floor to ceiling windows. I did not test them to see if they work but if you needed outlets, you can find them there. 2. The TV and tablet were not working. I am not sure what the tablet was for but a repair man came and moved a few cables that I wasn't able to get to and they were able to get the TV to work. They took the tablet from the room. They were very diligent to get the TV fixed. 3. The pool is open until 11:00 PM which is great but there was a mom and 2 kids there which were overly loud. The boys were throwing themselves in the pool and rough housing each other. A few employees came in and checked on things but no one said anything to them. The mom was also not taking into consideration that people were there to relax and didn't say much to her kids. I think maybe the last 2 hours of the pool time should be reserved for adults only. 4. The water in the jacuzzi was a bit murky. Granted it was a Sunday night so I am sure that a lot of people used the facilities during the weekend. It was a very cold weekend so many people were probably looking for a way to relax and warm up but it just wasnt looking as clean as it should be. The staff working at the reception desk were very nice and other than these items above I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to others. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to eat at The Commodore but hope to eat there on a future trip.

The Honeyrose has become one of my favourite hotels in Montreal. It's aesthetically beautiful, but also really cozy. We stayed here a couple of different times and the service has been quite consistent. The rooms are clean, beautifully designed, practical and spacious (not common for MTL in my experience). Although the parking garage is a bit intimidating, but it's convenient. The bathroom design is beautiful and FUN! It has the perfect lighting and set up to do your hair and make up. I feel like it would be so fun for a girls weekend too. I haven't tried all the amenities, only the gym, and it's clean, spacious and has all the basics. Definitely want to try the pool area next time and the lounge. Overall, it's a great space for adults, and I highly recommend it!

Service is excellent, and the hotel is stunning. Hubby and I only spent only one night here, on our way to Tremblant, I really wish we could have stayed a 2nd and enjoyed the amenities. Our room was mid century modern with a very comfortable sitting area and pillows to rest against. The bathroom was large, and the shower had the rain head, and I loved that it didn't run out of hot water. Honeyrose is a new boutique hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and I have to say, that if you are traveling and want to explore the local area, stay here at least one night, or dine at the restaurants. It's so worth it. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Look for those reviews. Well, I am updating- I can't seem to find the Muze Lounge where we had dinner, it's located on the 5th floor. I had the Passion Cod and hubby had the Mushroom Ravioli as entrees for appetizer we had the Plateau De Charcuterie Board and dessert I had the Pavlova and he had the chocolate cake. See the photos all of it wa absolutely wonderful, service was 10 stars and food I'd give 20 stars if I could.

The Honeyrose would be the perfect hotel, except the beds were terribly uncomfortable. It was the only "sore" point. The rooms are copious and designed with style. The glass bathroom, a builder's preference throughout the world in order to save a few bucks, had a privacy curtain. Thank God! Towels were thick and plentiful, and housekeeping was excellent. An anomaly, since housekeeping has given hostelries headaches in six continents. Staff was universally friendly and warm except on Saturday, when the front desk staff never looked up from their computers the several times we arrived and departed. The restaurant and bar on the fifth floor is fun with decent enough food. The manager knows what he's doing, making sure his staff remains on their toes. He was a great ambassador for the Honeyrose.

HONEYROSE hotel is a Marriott property that was recently built. Whomever decorated this hotel did an amazing job! The hotel staff (to name a few (sorry for the incorrect spellings): Lucas, Pedro, Alex, Gilbert, and Mark-Andre) were amazing and the room was spacious! I will say I could hear noise in the hallway, but once the other guests were in their room, I could not hear anything. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were great to use on our second to last day there when it was snowing a lot. The only thing that was a bummer was the jacuzzi jets were broken during our stay. Definitely will be staying at this hotel in the future!

Nice hotel. Pros: It's a new hotel so everything is updated! Bathrooms are nice and bed is comfortable. Cafe inside has good pastries for grab and go or sit down. Service was great! Great location. You will hear music from the music festival at night but it's easy to walk to places. Cons: Cleaning could be better. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not the best quality for a Marriott brand hotel.

This was the hotel of my DREAMS! I almost wish I didn't stay here because now no other hotel will be the same. Even when I pulled up the staff was incredible right away! The only thing that was confusing is where to turn bc there's currently construction right outside of the building. The staff came outside, directed us, grabbed a luggage cart, and loaded it AND unloaded it in our room while we parked the car.The parking is onsite but $34 Canadian dollars a day. You can come and go as you please. Once inside the hotel even smelled amazing! The room was beautiful with amazing views of the city. And then there's the pool and hot tub. I got in everyday of my stay. The restaurants on site were really good too. I had some of the best French onion soup of my life at the commodore restaurant. I'm ready to come back to Montréal just to stay here again. One thing is for sure, this is the only place I will ever stay when in town. Great job Honeyrose!!

If I only knew this existed before I book the Fairmont, there would've been no chance I would've booked the Fairmont. This is amazing. I can't believe what they've done here. Can't wait to come back so I can stay in this hotel wish I would've spent my last seven days here I love Marriott!! Honey run Rose home run!!

Absolutely beautiful Gatsby style hotel. So much special attention to detail. Atmosphere is lovely. The service is amazing too! They were an even able to get a reservation at a restaurant we were unable to get. The rooms are immaculate and gorgeous. The parking is very tight and not made for large vehicles. Very satisfied with our decision to stay! You will not be disappointed

This is an absolutely outstanding Marriott property. The hotel is meticulously maintained and beautifully furnished. The staff is friendly and ready to jump in and help when needed. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and delivered great service and communication. Very comfortable rooms, clean, and the shower was one of the best hotel showers we've seen. Restaurant coffee shop was great with good food and friendly service. Parking was simple and location perfect with all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and activities nearby. This is definitely the Marriott to stay

Grown and sexy! MUZE terrace is a restaurant and bar lounge on the 5th floor of the Honeyrose hotel. A must for an evening cocktail or romantic dinner.

New hotel, opened in June 2023. They are clearly still working some details out and service depends on the shift. There were communication gaps with the day shift. When we called to book our two rooms, we emphasized we were traveling with young children and needed connecting rooms. Upon arrival, Patrick told us the double queen room wasn't ready yet and every hour when we checked, he kept saying soon. After several hours, we were notified by the night shift that the room next to our first room was booked for the week and all that was available was a room down the hall. When my husband explained this was an issue, the lady at the front desk said she was sure our kids would prefer to be by themselves. This is not her decision to make for an 8 year old child! They ended up having us change rooms to the 10th floor the next day to "connecting" rooms: the rooms don't really connect were two corner rooms with an outside hallway double door that could be closed. Our room floor was not clean and not much improvement after we requested it be cleaned. Overall, the rooms are quite spacious and I appreciated that there are wood floors in a majority of the room. The bathrooms are also spacious, however, the shower doors both open so water gets all over the floor outside when in used. Also, there is NO door for the bathroom!!! It's closed off with a curtain. Very strange and lacks privacy as a result. Slippers were still on order according to the front desk. The hooks on the walls at the door and in the bathroom were very useful. On our second night, there was no shower gel - housekeeping didn't refill it. Thankfully we brought our own. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice to have and clean. Pool was a bit cold though, so the kids didn't want to go back the second day. Hot tub is small and because the pool is cold, everyone stays in the hot-tub. Sauna is large but lots of little kids using it. No one is servicing the pool area so as people splash, water accumulates around the floor.

The most incredible hotel I've stayed at in a a long time! Beautiful, very clean rooms. The kindest front desk staff. The pool and hot tub were spectacular. The fitness and yoga centers are also top of the line

What a gorgeous hotel for a romantic getaway. Completely new in the past year, the theme is exquisitely and tastefully light pink - - think rose gold and pink champagne. A bold move - - and even as a dude, I really think it works. We loved it. And the Suite 820 to which they upgraded us is probably the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Living room with its own TV, separate TV for the bedroom. Full automation of lights from a removable bedside tablet, which also has all the hotel information on it down to the room service menu and surrounding attractions. The bathroom suite was positively fantastic: a luxuriously large shower stall (I'm 6'3") with glass on both sides-- One on the bathroom side, the other on the living room side, but hazed out in pink so it was translucent, not transparent-- exquisite, with gold hardware. The combination overhead rainforest showerhead, and wall-mounted handheld. Smart variable lighting in the shower stall, and built into the multipanel mirror that could be angled to see your sides, above the sink. Separate full vanity. Extremely comfortable bed. Dinette with chairs... You really could entertain another couple or two in this suite. We canceled our plans to go out to breakfast and explore a little the last morning, in order to just stay in our suite with champagne and enjoy it. Commodore restaurant and bar areas were gorgeous. The fifth floor Muze Lounge is stunning, with very nice menu, and an outdoor terrace! The pool and hot tub are on the 15th floor with long city views - - I wish I had spent two more days at this place to take in more of it. Offstreet driveway, so it was easy to initially park and check in and get parking instructions, which is really nice for a downtown hotel. Underground parking was easy & accessible, and easy to leave. This is a stunning upscale boldly designed city hotel with a ton of promise. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
