Honey’s Ice Cream

found ourselves at Honey’s on Wednesday night and tried some of their plant based ice cream flavours. I got two scoops : one earl grey and one peanuts butter saltine! The earl grey was pretty lemony, but equally earl grey flavoured. the peanut butter was delicious, super flavoured and tasty and works very well as a plant based ice cream. my girlfriend got the cookies and cream sandwich. she enjoyed the two cookies on the outside, sweet and salty at the same time. she said the ice cream had lots of hints of coconut which she didn’t appreciate too much. overall, a cool spot that has daily rotating flavours! the staff there were helpful and very nice too!

Smashing IT! 💃🍨💃 Introducing Toronto's coolest and hippest plant based ice cream, and it's definitely a smash hit! This ice cream is decadent and luscious! But make sure you come with an empty stomach because you're not going to be able to stop at just trying one flavor! You're definitely going to want to try a few of the many amazing flavors to choose from. I went with the Earl Grey scoop in a cup and the Strawberry & Yogurt Crunch ice-cream bar, and it was just completely out of this world! The flavor explosion is exactly what one desires when heading out for some ice cream. So if you're strolling on by the neighborhood, make sure to stop on by and grab a few scoops, a few ice-cream sandwiches, and few ice-cream bars! Your taste buds will be happy that you did. Also excellent and amazing friendly staff!

I have been wanting to go to Honey’s store front ever since I discovered them on a visit back to Toronto last year. I was thoroughly stoked to try their birthday cake scoop in a delicious waffle cone, and then took home pints of the double pistachio and salted caramel and can easily confirm that the double pistachio was the best ice cream I have ever ever had in my entire life. I need Honey’s to be sold in BC!!

You can really tell how homemade all of it is from the thick waffel cone that almost has an alienate cobaistancy to the birthday cake icecream which had noticeable chucks of dough and frosting. I am use to birthday cake icecream having a bit here and there with somw sprinkles thrown in but this was almost more cake and frosting than icecream. That might sound like too much but it was actually a good ratio. We got a few other tasting while we were there and they were all just as good. All of it being vegan was incredible. Im not use to regular icecream being that good let alone vegan icecream. That allbwing said it is very busy and pricy but its worth it.

Lots of great vegan-friendly options at Honey’s Ice Cream! I tried the classic frosty and fries combo fun throwback, though the chocolate frosty was a bit rich for dipping (maybe vanilla next time!). Still, super tasty and totally safe for my dairy allergy. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavours! 🍨 😋

delicious ice cream and 100% vegan, which is wild because you’d never guess. super creamy, great flavors, and very worth the hype. would recommend grabbing a pint and taking it to a rooftop or park if you can. it’s the kind of place that makes you feel good while you treat yourself. always excited to come back. especially love how intentional and friendly the team is.

Decent vegan ice cream located centrally in Roncesvalles. I had the s'mores flavour at the behest of the cashier. It was amazing but I felt like it wasn't as creamy as I would've liked for it to be. I grabbed a pint of the pistachio for later, hoping that's better!

I’ve visited a LOT of vegan ice cream spots & when I say Honeys is in the top 3 best ever- I mean it!! While visiting Toronto, Honeys was top on the list to visit. We stopped in to try their famous vegan ice cream & was BLOWN away!! This adorable tiny ice cream shop serves some of the best vegan ice cream to date! If you like birthday cake - highly recommend their birthday cake ice cream by the scoop! It was SUPER creamy! The ice cream was a rich cake batter flavor with actual chunks of cake & frosting within the ice cream. It was SO good. I will be forever dreaming of Honeys. Wish I was local - I’d visit Honeys SO much. 🥹🍦🌈
