The beautiful Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers situated in such an ideal location near Victor Harbor on Kowloon provided comfortable lodging during my stay in Hong Kong from August 1 to August 6, 2025. The friendly and efficient staff and very good housekeeping staff that cleaned my room every day in such a thoughtful manner enhanced my experience at this well-run hotel. I had the delicious buffet at the Café restaurant, a sumptuous Chinese dinner at the Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant, and a steak dinner at the ever-fabulous Morton’s of Chicago. Also, I enjoyed the extensive and very well-prepared breakfast buffet every morning at the Café restaurant. I had a comfortable bed with great air conditioning in the room. Not only did the 18th floor have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool but also three Jacuzzis, which I enjoyed during my stay, relaxing and unwinding by the pool. Also, I worked out in the fitness room. The weather could have been better in Hong Kong, but the Sheraton provided such a nice experience for me.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the stunning Sheraton Hotel. Situated in the vibrant and bustling Tsim Tsa Tsui area, you are surrounded by amazing food, massages, the promonade, the ferry port and many shopping centres. The train station is across the road and connects you to anywhere you want to go.||Our stay at the Sheraton was made even more special from Maness and Bonnie who made sure that everything was perfect for our entire stay. Two wonderful managers that are both extremely passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Thank you for the lifelong memories! ||On a side note be sure to include breakfast as it’s abundant with heaps of variety and delicious.

Great location and well-designed room. However, I was really disappointed with how the hotel handled a serious issue. I was paying extra for a larger room so I could get proper rest after a full day of business meetings. But the hallway—and even the entrance of my room—constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. I reported it, and the only response was to use an air purifier. No effort was made to investigate or stop the source. For a smoke-free hotel, that’s unacceptable. Noise is another problem. You’ll hear doors slamming frequently, even from rooms far away. Maybe I was just unlucky during my stay—but basic guest comfort and policy enforcement shouldn’t depend on luck.

We’re staying here with my family and arrived early in the morning from Los Angeles and Kelvin H from the front desk was so amazing in finding us a room for my elderly dad to stay in which made a huge difference. He was also able to help us get a room with a great view close to them! The staff were quite responsive when we needed more towels and overall the service was wonderful with great hospitality. The location is also amazing, across from K11 and the harbor. Wonderful service and location! I think the best here at Tsim Sha Tsui with all things considered!

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent stay at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. Special thanks to Bonnie Wong, Duty Manager, for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her professionalism truly enhanced my experience. A true asset to the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Tsim Sha Tsui and would definitely recommend it, especially to fellow Muslim travellers and Marriott Bonvoy elite members.||The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the MTR station which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. There's a 7-Eleven directly across the road, which was so handy, and it’s also just steps away from the Avenue of Stars, K11 MUSEA, and Legoland Discovery Centre. For Muslim travellers, the Kowloon Mosque is nearby, and Chungking Mansions is just around the corner, offering a wide variety of halal food options.||Check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming from the start. We requested a room change after the first one had already been set up, and the team handled it so graciously. They made the switch without any fuss or making us feel like we were a burden, which we really appreciated.||Our room was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable — the kind you just sink into and fall asleep in without even trying. The bathroom was equally lovely, with a separate shower and bathtub, and all the essentials were provided including shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We’d easily give the room a solid 10 out of 10.||Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, and we were especially pleased to see a dedicated halal counter. A special mention must go to Christina Ng, who made our mornings extra special. She welcomed us warmly every day, was incredibly knowledgeable about halal dietary requirements, and guided us through what we could and couldn’t eat. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out.||The hotel’s pool, jacuzzis, and gym were excellent. They are located on a higher floor and offer stunning views of the city and Victoria Harbour. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery.||As elite members, we enjoyed access to the lounge, which was a lovely space to unwind and enjoy refreshments. The views from the lounge were fantastic, and it's a great spot to watch the Symphony of Lights in the evening. If anything, we’d suggest adding a few more vegetarian options to the lounge menu.||We were also granted a late check-out, which gave us time to enjoy our last day in Hong Kong without feeling rushed.||Overall, this is an excellent hotel. The combination of unbeatable location, thoughtful service, great amenities, and attention to detail made our stay memorable. We would absolutely return.

The room was teeny, tiny, however, it faced the Victoria Harbor, and we were able to see the symphony of lights from our room. That was really nice. Housekeeping staff were extremely nice and friendly. The club lounge had excellent food during the cocktail hour, but had only beverages the rest of the time. Rooftop pool and hot tub were small, but a nice respite from the heat. Rates were reasonable as well. Not really a 5 star hotel however

The location, the view and the hotel is super ideal. My first time to Hong Kong and I love the area. It was very convenient and easy to find. Room was very comfortable too. Cleanliness is abit lacking as they do not clean the floors of the room daily. Otherwise it is a great hotel.

Yelp
We picked Sheraton in TST mainly for its central location. The hotel itself is a little dated but you can tell the rooms were newly renovated and design in room is modern and clean. The room itself is not big and it's a bit difficult to move around in the bathroom. We got a harbor view room which has the stunning view of Victoria Harbor. There are quite a fee restaurants and lounges in the hotel. We had breakfast buffet at the Cafe every morning which had a decent food selections. We have access to the lounge on 16th floor during happy hour. Food selection was not much but everything was very tasty. It's not cheap but I think I will still stay here again given the convenient location.

Yelp
SHERATON REVIEW money exchange Porter Andrew Wan This is about the 6th time I have been in Hong Kong but the 1st time I stay in the Sheraton hotel n resorts. To say I was thrilled would be an understatement, I was super excited and grateful I was allowed to check in at 10:30am, some hotel was nick picking wouldn't let me in at 12noon despite the fact it was obvious it was not full. That alone deserve 2 stars extra! After 23 hours in the plane we appreciated a hot shower. The only real complaint was the room was icy cold from the cold air in the hallway as I had turned off the AC. I requested n a real blanket came, not a duvet comforter I hate. They also brought in a heater that was super nice. The room was remodeled w all new bathroom fixture w an amazing makeup mirror. I went to look at the breakfast buffet it was not a lavish buffet like what we had in Shanghai so we skipped it to have roast duck in town. The location is unique, it's right where the action is, on the iconic Nathan road n by Victoria harbor, walk to star ferry n Harbor City n IMALL shopping center. You can walk to Lock road to all the cheap n good eateries. Before leaving for the cruise terminal we asked the desk fir an exchange of $20 to HK Dollars, we had the money right away. We had our last meal, wonton in pho! N roast duck for $30, charged to Visa card, it would have been $100 in any restaurant on Nathan road. We requested the $20 back as the rest of the cruise is to VN Thailand n Singapore. The customer rep was very nice n I said I'd have a shout out for him in my review but lost the picture I took of his business card so I can't remember his name, he helped me at 1:30pm 11/16/2023. I hope he could be found to get recognition. Andrew Wan the nice young man helping my luggages to the taxi also deserves recognition for being courteous w excellent customer service. This deserves 6 stars, I highly recommend this hotel n I'll stay here in the future, Hong Kong is absolutely amazing n 100% safe, i didn't even see 1 cop anywhere, it meant it was safe to even midnight.

Yelp
My family and I came here for high tea. Who doesn't love a nice food tower? There was a lot of food and we couldn't finish it, but we appreciated the variety and freshness of it all.

Yelp
I supposed go to this hotel 08/01-08/04. Before that, went to malaysia to 07/09 for body checked up and 07/11 do andrographis heart. Found out my one of vessel got clogged 100%. Due to this emergency i rebooked flight back to U.S. on 07/15. I had all info's from malaysia result and st jude emergency in U.S. . Call to hotel today 08/02 noon hongkong time after contacted expedia 07/12 to cancelled my trip and sheraton hotel said, there is no exceptions. I booked 2 rooms about $2k in 3 nights. I wont ask again, just felt not right due to heart failure and got to cancelled the trip. Whoever made this decision, you not a human being, where is your heart. I hope a person that in charge for higher position could understand my situation. I had prove my boarding pass and checked in to ER in here on 07/15. Why i have to lie about it. Not acceptable at all, dont care what happen. Very very bad workers whoever in charge on 08/02/2024 with no heart. Yes, a nice hotel.....no doubt. Will follow this matter to corporate, just to make it clear. If this sheraton or marriot policy.

Yelp
Great location in Tsim Sea Tsui right across from the Harbour. There is easy access to the MTR and lots of shopping and food options all around. The hotel itself has a rooftop swimming pool that is outdoor. The gym is small and they don't allow children under 16 years old. There is a bar on the 17th floor, and a couple of restaurants (although I only had breakfast in the Cafe). They are undergoing renovation right now, so there may be some noise during the daytime. Service was good and the price was right.

Yelp
This hotel is right at the end of Tsim Sha Tsui.. A special mention to Jony the Front desk person. Who welcomed us. They all have similarities in giving you your room keys with a double hand . Actions speak louder . The Perks for being a Bonvoy is their true to their saying . Marriott upgrade rooms coz of your perks . Room was modern.. newly renovated .. Highly Recommended. Look for Jony his a great professional Front desk person.

Yelp
By far one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at in Asia. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Housekeeping here is by far the most attentive I have ever seen in all my travels. They have turn down service that is amazing !

Yelp
I've missed international travel. After a fifteen hour flight from Chicago to HK, and a quick ride to TST, we were greeted at the SPG lounge floor for check in. Fortunately, we just caught the tail end of the snacks and drinks before they closed up. Dropped the bags in our room and posted in up the lounge right on time for the light show across Victoria Harbor. Our room, much like the lounge, had outstanding views of the city. The room had everything you'd expect: huge bed, reading area, desk, and modern bathroom with double vanity. The hotel had a well equipped gym and rooftop pool and hot tubs that always seemed busy. Morning breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and the service was spotless. Snacks and drinks in the lounge were always good too, though the space filled up quickly. The Sheraton is in a perfect location in TST with outstanding views of the city. Just a quick and cheap ride on the Star Ferry and you were there. Loved our stay at the Sheraton and our visit to HK.

Yelp
A very good location in Tsim Sha Tsui with close access to MTR and bus stations, as well as a 7/11 and some department stores around the ground floors. Service is good and pricing is pretty decent.

Yelp
This place was a solid 4 stars trending up to 5, but not quite there in our opinion. Located downtown just a block from the pier, it was a great location for a couple days in town. We took a cab here from the airport and it was something like $40 or $50 HKD - more than on the mainland, but still less expensive than many cities this size. You come in on the ground floor and have to go up one level to get to the check in counters. Once there, they have the standard normal and Starwood gold lines. The majority of the front desk staff here speak both English and different Chinese dialects, so it's convenient for most folks to come through. We found that the concierge guys and gals were exceedingly helpful. We made a number of reservations over the two days that we were there, including a couple at some popular dim sum restaurants. Definitely take advantage of this as there's no way we would've eaten at these places have we not gotten reservations. They were also really helpful in directing us to both the waterfront and instructing us on how to get to the subway. The rooms were very nice. We needed something with a couple of bedrooms given the number of kids we have with us, so we ended up getting a suite. I must say that the halls here are very long, and it's set up such that loan numbered and high number of rooms on the same floor can be, what seemed like, about a quarter mile from each other. The rooms were nicely outfitted, though I must say the light situation was a bit interesting. With the windows open, during the day, there was plenty of light in the rooms, though at night there was only one or two lamps in either room, which made it a bit darker than we like. Certainly a first world problem, but for the amount of money that one pays to stay here, it's worth pointing out. Our room came with a single complementary breakfast. When we went down to look and see how much it would be for others, we found it was about $45 per person for the buffet. I'm all for the buffet, but that was a little rich for us. Kids we found out we're half price... The airport was quite a ways away and ran about $40 for a cab or $100 for a van that held 6 of us. The van was easy to get reserved and went on the room tab if we wanted. All in all, this was a very nice hotel located downtown in a gigantic city! It was within easy walking distance of the waterfront and much of the downtown. There is a subway station across the street that was easy to navigate, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. It's expensive, but if you only have a couple days here, it's worth the convenience factor.

Yelp
If it weren't for the location and the room quality, this hotel would be a 2 in my opinion. There are far better options in TST and especially on the island that you should consider before this hotel. I was checked in and upgraded. Awesome. When I tried to access a lounge on the 16th floor, I was asked to leave although I'm a platinum member and was told that there was a platinum lounge on the 16th floor. When I tried to use my room key to enter the "platinum lounge", it wouldn't work. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to find a way to convince the front desk that I was a platinum elite member. It worked and that's when they were hospitable. The service here sucks. I won't be back.

Yelp
We stayed 3 nights and found our room to be clean and spacious enough for 2 people. View of the streets and no breakfast included as we used Starwood points for the stay. It was very easy to get to from the airport by double decker bus. It took about an hour but stopped right across hotel and cost $33HK pp with octopus card. The lobby has a lounge/bar, cafe, Chinese restaurant and steak house. There is a sky bar/oyster bar on top floor(18) with great view of Victoria Harbour. Great spot to watch the nightly laser show on the harbour at 8pm. Everything in the restaurants is VERY EXPENSIVE! The brownie in the lobby bar was $20canadian!!!and it was small. Subway is walking distance and cabs readily available from ground floor. Apparently there is a free shuttle that will take you to Kowloon station to get the airport express train. Due to convenience when leaving, we opted for a cab to the airport.

Yelp
Just to get the bad out of the way: CON -AC vent directly aimed at your head when you're sleeping; unable to change the direction. Turn it off, room becomes too muggy. Leave it on, wake up with a headache. -The Club Lounge was very small (can never find a table/seat) and it had a paltry food selection during Happy Hour. Now onto the good: LOCATION If you're using public transit, this hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of two different MTR Line stations (Red Line's TST and Violet Line's East TST). There are multiple bus lines that stop on Nathan Rd as well. Right across the street is the Avenue of the Stars (sadly it was under renovations when we went in November), where you can stroll the promenade and/or enjoy the evening's Symphony of Lights show. ROOM We got room 588. It was on a lower level so it didn't have a view. The room itself was not as grand as the Sheraton in Macau but definitely spacious. It had a separate living area which included a couch, minibar, desk, and television. The bedroom also had a comfortable bed. (However, I was not a fan of the AC constantly blowing air directly on my head when it was time to sleep.) The 80s feel bathroom had a rather low toilet and a bath/shower combo. POOL/JACUZZI You should definitely bring your swimwear when you come to this hotel. We did not go swimming in the rooftop pool. But we did take a dip in one of their 3 (or was it 4) jacuzzis. Each jacuzzi was separated by a hedge which provided semi-privacy. Whenever we went, we were always able to find a jacuzzi all to ourselves. BUFFET Our room came with complimentary breakfast buffet passes. It's not the mind blowing Asian hotel buffets I'm use to, but it had a good variety. Breakfast ranged from the traditional American to Japanese to Chinese. A fruit bar was set to the side. And of course there were tons of breads / pastry for you to choose from. The food was decent but would not recommend paying out of pocket. SERVICE Amazing! And that is one of the reasons why I bumped this from a three star to four. During our stay, it so happened to be my husband's birthday. We mentioned this while we were checking in and the lady said that she will have something special on the day of. I just thought maybe they were going to give us some chocolates and a birthday card. But when we came back to our room on the evening of his birthday, they actually had a cake and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our living room! Another moment that really stood our for me was when we were leaving the hotel to go to the airport. The guy that hail the taxi gave us a card when we got in the cab with the cab information and explained what to do in the event if we left something in the cab. I know this is pretty standard practice when in Asia but he seemed genuinely concerned, in a good way. HANDY This in itself gets a star, making this hotel a 5 star in my book. When we got into the room I saw this cell phone sitting there on the desk. And to my surprise, it was free to use (to make calls and use the internet). This was great since I don't have an international plan on my US phone. (Not to mention my husband's Tmobile international internet was not as reliable as we hoped it would be.) And what made it even better was that we were able to teether off of it! We just set up the teethering on the Handy phone, threw it in his backpack, and off we went! We were able to use our phones wherever we went. Thanks to Handy for being so handy ;) You can bet the next time we're in HK we will definitely be staying here!

Yelp
Overall a good business hotel- the hotels on the Kowloon side seem to be a little bit more reasonable. Pros- Impeccable staff, nice rooftop bar, executive breakfast at full restaurant instead of the lounge, good location with view in Kowloon, easy to use airport train Cons- smallish rooms, small concierge lounge, Kowloon maybe not as happening as the other side of the bay

Yelp
Sheratons are of varying qualities, but the Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the better Sheraton properties. It has been renovated relatively recently so the carpeting, furnishings, etc throughout the hotel and in the rooms feel fresh. The rooms are fairly spacious for Hong Kong; there's enough room for a rollaway bed so that three people can sleep in the room. The third rollaway bed is available upon request and should be done at the time of booking; the additional fee for a third person is modest. Given how small most hotel rooms in Hong Kong are, many hotels don't allow more than two guests so this is a definite plus for the Sheraton. The location is both awesome and tough. By being in TST, you're in the thick of it all with an MTR station steps away, the harbor just outside the hotel door and the ferry very close by. But the area is very crowded which can make navigating the streets challenging. It's a big bonus that the Sogo is located inside of the Sheraton as there is a small grocery store located in the basement so you can easily stock up on sodas and snacks. Service from the reception desk to housekeeping was very good.

Yelp
This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui (TST), near public transportation, the waterfront, shopping, dining, etc. The 21A bus from the airport stops pretty much in front of the hotel. The TST subway station is right there as well. The TST ferry terminal is just a few blocks away - at the waterfront where there are often public cultural shows and events. SOGO shopping mall is at the ground floor of the building. This hotel's service was impeccable as were the rooms. Everything was clean & comfortable. There's a complimentary mobile phone (handy) in the room for calls and internet during the stay. This was especially useful since I didn't have an international plan or sim on my mobile. There's a well-staffed gym on the upper floor. If you bring your swimsuit, there's a rooftop pool & hot tubs. It's a very pricey hotel. Maybe the location and amenities make up for some of that. Moreover, one must be a SPG member (which I am not) to get the complimentary perks of the breakfast buffet & lounge. Otherwise, you can pay $250/day for the breakfast buffet, which features both Chinese & Western offerings; $170/day for the lounge, which offers some snacks & drinks during happy hour (5-8pm). Overall, if you're a SPG Platinum member or are willing to get spendy, it's a great place to stay. Otherwise, it may be time to lower expectations and consider other options.

Yelp
I give this hotel four stars because: 1) It is a Starwood property for spg rewards program 2) Love the location in TST and next to the MTR 3) Comfortable Starwood bed 4) Love their wines by the glass on top floor 5) Great views 6) The Oyster Bar is the best 7) decent fitness center 8) nice breakfast buffet For this place to be 5 stars it needs to: A) Makeover their roms B) Have a better concierge level C) Upgrade the size and equipment of the fitness center In the meantime, since I am an spg platinum and get free upgrades and points- I will still come here

Yelp
This was my second visit and I had another superb stay here. This trip I came last minute after a late flight left me stranded at the airport overnight. If you are coming early morning after the Airport Express shuts down (which I was) you'll be happy to know that the N21 Night Bus stops right out front. After walking in at 2am I got a great room on the 8th floor facing the harbor. It was spotlessly clean, brand new, and even had fruit and chocolates prepared for me. For a Sheraton this exceeded my expectations. As an SPG Platinum member my room also included a wonderful Chinese/Western breakfast downstairs. I wanted to mention that staff were so very friendly and polite at the hotel this trip. Every single employee I saw in the hallway or at breakfast said hello. I stay at SPG properties over 50 nights a year and this Sheraton might be the best i've been to. Above all else the hotel has an amazing location. You're right across the street from the harbor and I always enjoy waking up and taking a walk down the waterfront to watch the skyline and boats. You are also next to the Peninsula-- which is great for High Tea but tends to be slightly crowded.

Yelp
Get the Harbor View Room. If you take nothing from my review. Get the Harbor View Room. It's location right in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui (TST) on the Kowloon side is really convenient for all of the attractions you might want to see. Plus, it is fairly convenient to the main TST station where you can take the MTR (subway) virtually anywhere. Plus, the harbor views are pretty impressive and allow for a pretty awesome seat for the evening light show over the Hong Kong Harbor. Plus..wouldn't you want to wake up as the ships of trade facilitate commerce? No? Just me? Well, if that isn't your thing, the rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. Bed was not too soft, not too firm, but just right in my book. The bathroom is a tad on the smaller side, but it services for your needs. They have gone "eco-friendly" and require your hotel room key to be in the slot by the door, but that's not that big of a pin. Just needs a few moments for the a/c to turn on and cool the room down. Complimentary Wi-fi (I believe if you are a SPG member?) was pretty fast and reliable. As soon as I got back on the property, my phone immediately connected and was fast enough for me to check in on Yelp, hop on to Yelp to find my next attraction, oh and to use yelp to find my next meal. Service was pretty good. Check in and checking out was a breeze and the staff were very professional and helpful. The housekeeping team kept my room in top shape and I can't say that I have any complaints in that regard. All in all, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Sheraton. Is it the greatest? No, the Peninsula next door might make the case for it. But, they do offer a really great room, in a good & convenient neighborhood, and the price I paid was certainly reasonable. Did I mention to get a harbor view room?

B A.

Yelp
Had two stints here within a week. First room which overlooked the harbor had a great view. This room though was quite small overall and was a bit tight moving around. The second room rich overlooked Nathan Road for some reason had a loud noise going on constantly throughout the night (not sure if a generator or doing construction - would cycle on and off all night). This second room was a suite, although not overly impressive was serviceable. Location is great. Can easily walk around to plenty of restaurants and different attractions. Uber is great to use too for places out of walking distance. Top floor had the workout room, locker/steam room, and pool. The pool and hot tub was a nice quiet area to hang out in the morning. Breakfast was only included for 1 person so we did not utilize as it was $30-40 per person otherwise.

Yelp
I normally stay at a competing yet connected hotel (starts with an M) and wasn't sure what to expect. We won the upgrade lottery and would up staying in the tower. This included a buffet breakfast with made to order eggs and a huge suite with 2 love seats, a chaise lounge, table for six and a glass executive desk in the entry. The bathroom included a larger bath tub, shower with steam room and upgraded amenities. We missed the cocktail hour and tea time. The customer service was impeccable. My only regret was that we could only stay one night.

Yelp
I booked here exclusively because it was supposed to be the Starwood property with the best harbor views - and they are in fact worth the price of admission. Partially blocked by the Intercontinental (which must have spectacular views) you still get a very nice panorama of the harbor. Plus, the rest of the hotel is quite nice as well. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice (with great dual-shower head thingies), and the staff is very helpful. There are several restaurants in the hotel, but we only used the breakfast, included as a result of my SPG status. It's...impressive, in my opinion. Lots and lots and lots of western and Asian options - really nice spread with pretty much anything you could want. The Sheraton lounge, on the other hand, although possessed of a nice evening appetizer spread, could use some refurb. It feels very much carved out of a couple hotel rooms - it's 4 small areas tied together with narrow hallways...just seems odd. Plus, minor complaint, but soda fountain and not just cans. I prefer to just grab a diet coke and walk it back to the room. It's also worth mentioning the rooftop pool - really nice views of both Kowloon and Hong Kong's skylines. Hard to be lounging in one of the three hot tubs and watching the light show playing on all the buildings. I never used hotel pools, but I used this one multiple nights of my stay. The hotel participates in a hotel shuttle thing - runs from this and other hotels to the Kowloon station to pick up the Airport Express. I'm actually not sure if this is put on by the hotels or if it's just another piece of the Hong Kong mass transit system, since they didn't try to confirm that I had a reservation or anything like that...you just board from a nearby bus stop and off you go to the train station. Regardless, this is very convenient and easier than connecting from Kowloon to Tsim Sha Tsui station by train, especially when hauling luggage around. But in general, the hotel is very convenient to both the under harbor subway line, as well as the Star Ferry, so transit is very easy. I'd definitely stay here again - convenient transit, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities. Again I lament...why can't domestic US Starwood properties be as nice as the international ones!

Yelp
We are starwood platinum and I had requested to use our suite upgrades for our 4 night stay there. It was approved but we were put in a two double bed suite with a garden view. Turned out there was some confusion and for some reason they thought thats what we wanted. They kindly resolved and put us in a harbour view king suite which was very nice. Everyone we came across in the hotel was very friendly. The location is in the heart ok kowloon, right on nathan road. Its easy walking distance to both the ferry to hong kong and the MTR to get all over. You can take the airport express to kowloon and there are free buses to take you to the various nearby hotels of which the sheraton is included. We got breakfast for free with the status, but if you dont get it for free I would pass on it. Its nice, but not $40 a person nice. Likewise the lounge was like none ive ever been in. Instead of one big room, it was broken into several oddly shaped small ones. Normally we like to hang out in the lounges and look at the view, but didnt really do that at this one because of the set up. The exterior of the hotel is pretty unassuming but it is very nicely decorated inside with the lobby area really well done. If you are an American sports or Premier league fan, you can catch it at Delaneys, easy walking distance.

Yelp
Room is decent but dated. Maybe circa early 90s. One converter plug in the whole room and a bathtub shower. (Decent array of toiletries but all generic.) That's all okay for the price but charging HK$115 (about 15 bucks) a DAY for WiFi...in 2018 in a modern country? Stop it. Oh and the pool staff just informed me that a glass of Chardonnay will take a half an hour to bring to me.

Yelp
the rooms in the hotel are very small the lounge has a soda machine and the ice machine that doesn't even work the Wi-Fi is very poor service I asked for a non-smoking room and floor I got out of the elevator with floor stunk like smoke and the room stinks like smoke as well and I was told by the counter that I got an upgraded room non smoking as well but none of that was true Also there is alot of noise throughout the right side of the building bec they are doing construction from 7am till 6pm every day so you can't sleep or enjoy your room at those times

Yelp
Full renovated and brand new with a killer bar to match, located in the heart of Kowloon and a hop skip and jump from everything! Train station directly outside

Yelp
Given that our visit to Hong Kong was likely a once in a lifetime experience, we decided to upgrade to a deluxe harbor view room. So I can't comment on the regular rooms but our room was really fantastic. The view was beautiful, as promised. The decor was modern and everything in the room seemed new. The bathroom was really nice with lots of marble and glass. Par for the Starwood course, the bed was super comfy. Great location near the MTR station. And it was very cool how they give you a little GPS/phone thing to borrow (complementary) during your stay. It certainly saved our butts a few times when out wandering around. I am an SPG lifetime gold member so I stay in a lot of Starwood properties. I tend to be wary of Sheratons as they are frequently old and overpriced. Definitely not the case in Hong Kong. Stay here.

Yelp
Service - 5 Food - 5+ Rooms - 5 Value - 5 The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The wifi works great and is very fast as well. The hotel is located next to the harbor and the Peninsula Hotel which puts you right in the middle of everything. The beds are very comfortable and also come with feather pillows which make for a very happy experience. The breakfast at the Cafe is INCREDIBLE!!! It has a huge variety of everything magical... You would think that a unicorn and leprechaun had a baby chef... I was questioning the price at first, but by the time I finished I was extremely impressed. Try the dim sum!!! The chinese restaurant on the second floor, was way better than the Peninsula, which is ranked very high... Just be careful of ordering ice tea... It's not the south which has free refills... These people charge $10USD per tea... Yup, kick my rear, that's crazy, but so is the Dim Sum and duck... If I was a duck, I would want to be cooked here... I'm looking forward to taking my wife and family there soon.

Yelp
It's a pretty decent Sheraton. Everything feels a bit more "American" then other SPG lines. The restaurants are quite expensive and require "smart casual" which I was not prepared for. As someone who is on business visiting factories, sneakers and comfortable clothes are a must! Room service was ok. The lamb dish I ordered was decent. The chicken noodle soup failed because it tasted like canned soup that they heated up and served (yuk!) Overall, I would stay here again for the weekend due to its awesome location. I'll also explore nearby restaurants which will inevitably be better and cheaper than room service.

Yelp
I am originally from Hong Kong and I was travelling with a friend who had never been in the city. We stayed here for 3 nights from Friday through Monday. This hotel's location simply cannot be better . With direct access to MTR (subway), restaurants, star ferry terminal, shopping mall, bar. Everything is within 10 min walk. Mong kok , yau ma teiare minute away by MTR. Central, causeway bay and wan chai are 15 min away by ferry or MTR. External of the hotel may not be very modern, but the interior is updated and classy. Room is above average to asia's standard. Although we got upgraded to a larger room with harbour view with plenty of room for 2. Hotel staff are efficient and friendly the gym is smallish but boast a great view of the harbour. We love the roof top pool and hot top where you also get great view. I am very impressed of this property and would recommend anyone who decide to stay on tg Kowloon side.

Yelp
I had to travel to Hong Kong, for work so keep in mind I did not have to pay for my stay in this hotel. As for the experience itself it was great. Staff was very accomodating and the morning breakfast was superb. Conveniently located near their transit station, beautiful view, and great room.

Yelp
Stayed here for 5 nights on my last trip. Great location to shopping, food, and the MTR. Great service. Rooms are decent size for hong kong. Very clean and modern hotel. The Concierge was very helpful in securing a short notice fancy dinner reservation at a spot nearby for my family. They picked out a high quality and authentic place for us to take grandma to! I highly recommend the Sheraton if looking in TST and/or a SPG fan.

Yelp
The sheraton hk was okay.. really busy I got the "you're a number" treatment during checkin.. the clerk was helping the large family next to me with the undisciplined kids... thanks! You made me feel so unspecial... room was clean, non smoking floor was smokey. Buffet breakfast good except for the crimes committed against the bacon, burnt ro bits.. really expensive and pretty average.

Yelp
Hotel is easy access to star ferry, downtown shops and amenities. Rooftop deck, spa, cafe with large selection of specialty dishes, must taste tandoori chicken. Welcoming friendly staff, clean rooms. We occupied adjoining rooms 1044 and 1046 with mpressive harbourviews. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Yelp
Great hotel and very polite staff. The room rate is a bargain for this quality hotel.

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay here, 7 days. Connecting rooms are great for family with harbor view. The staff; front desk, housekeeping and bellhop are great. We didn't ant to leave. Beside the lounge for drinks, we didn't visit any restaurant of the hotel because there are simply too many choices in Hong Kong and within blocks from hotel. As for high tea, I had to have it at The Peninsula hotel, a childhood dream. This is a really nice hotel.

Yelp
Booked a room for two adults with twin beds. Got here and they gave me a single king. When I got back downstairs they claimed the had no double bed rooms and I'll just have to add a rollaway (cot). Guess it's back to the W for me from now on. This hotel and the Sheraton brand are done fir me now.

Yelp
Just checked in to this hotel based on a recommendation from a trusted colleague. Got upgraded which was awesome. We then left to find a taxi from the hotel taxi stand and waited for three taxis to go by before we gave up. ( the bellman let others behind us use them - they were Chinese). I am fine if someone is in a hurry and asks but not fine when bellman decides who gets and doesn't get a taxi based on where you were born! I am only here one night but expect better than this from SPG. Yes I will be letting them know too!

Yelp
Well worth upgrade to Towers room which gives access to tower club with appetizers, drinks, etc and amazing views. Also gives access to oyster and wine bar for full buffet breakfast. For dinner the oyster and wine bar was good but not great also had unpublished dress code. Sky bar has two drink minimum but views are amazing. Overall great stay.

Yelp
Just checked into the hotel and staying on the club floor. The club floor staff are poorly trained and do not treat guest well. I asked for a dinner reservation at restaurant in Hong Kong (Sheraton is in Kowloon) they said "wow that restaurant t is on in Hong Kong, safety is A major concern." How pathetic!! The club floor staff does not receive commission from the restaurants I wanted them to book reservations for so they attempted to steer me otherwise.

Yelp
Harbor views are lovely. Bed, linens, bathroom are all very nice. Quiet lounge floor. Fitness room is on the higher floor with lots of large windows overlooking the harbor. We enjoyed the expansive fitness room several times during our stay with its numerous modern fitness equipment. We really appreciated the clean drinking water dispensing machine. The club lounge has a unique multi room aspect on a small scale with the usual snacks and drinks expected in Sheraton Lounges. Very convenient safe busy location within walking distance to public transit and shopping.

Yelp
Close to everything via the MTR (around the corner) and the Star Ferry (across the street), this hotel provided great views of the harbor and the buildings of Hong Kong at night. Across the street from The Peninsula Hotel and lots of shopping. Food is very good and the bar on the 18th floor is not to be missed.

Yelp
not as nice as the W (definitely a big difference), feeling its age but still in a prime location and more convenient with MTR to central. complimentary breakfast at the cafe for platinum is nice. the lounge on the 11th floor is quite tiny and not as nice as other newer sheratons. fitness is quite compact.

Yelp
great location at the front end of nathan road in TST. prices vary depending on time of year you book. i would consider staying here again if i got a good deal.
