After our recent experience with this hotel, I feel it's important to share with others. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances—we couldn’t get a car rental and were traveling with a small child, which made things even more complicated.
When we reached out to explain our situation and requested a cancellation or at least some flexibility, we were met with cold indifference and extreme rudeness. The staff were not only unhelpful but dismissive, bluntly telling us, "Not my problem." No empathy, no attempt to understand or assist us in any way. It was clear that customer care and service were not on their priority list.
If you’re looking for a hotel that shows even a shred of understanding or flexibility in difficult situations, do not stay here. Their approach to customer service is appalling, and their attitude leaves much to be desired. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking here.
