WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My then fiancé and I reached out to them interested in hosting our rehearsal dinner. After an initial good responses over email regarding cost, date, number of people, Shawn basically refused to respond to any of our 6+ phone calls and countless emails requesting a contract and answers to any of our questions. Because of the lack of response, we were forced to find another venue (luckily we were able to on short notice). We didn't bother to tell him that we were no longer having our event there, and the date came and passed and STILL NO RESPONSE. Unorganized, unresponsive, and careless.

My daughter and I visited this winery recently and, overall, found the experience to be extremely underwhelming. We each ordered a wine flight to sample a range of their offerings, but unfortunately, none of the wines were enjoyable. They had a noticeably vinegary taste, which made us question their freshness — as if they had been opened and left out for too long. Hard to believe that this would even be the reason for the poor taste considering it's a winery who is pouring wines constantly. All 8 wines were undesirable. This was a disappointing start, especially for a place centered around wine. We also ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and asked for a simple modification: to place pineapple on only half the pizza, since my grandson didn’t want it on his side. The staff assured us this was no problem at all as the pizzas are made to order. However, what they didn’t mention was that this small change would come with a $5 upcharge. It wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand and only showed up on the bill at checkout. The lack of transparency was frustrating and felt a bit misleading. Additionally, the tasting experience was completely unguided. You are given 4 small carafes of wines and told to refer to the menu for tasting notes. We weren’t given any information about the wines, the vineyard, or their process. That absence of engagement made the experience feel impersonal and incomplete — more like a self-serve bar than a winery visit. While we were sitting out at a table on the lawn enjoying the relaxing view 3 boys came into the area kicking a ball around the tables hitting our table a few times and climbing on the rocks next to us. There is a sign saying to stay off the rocks. As we were driving away from the winery after our visit we noticed these 3 boys at the house next to the winery. We are guessing that these boys were the sons of the winery owners? Very unprofessional and disturbing to your guests to allow your children to play near your patrons. Overall, the visit lacked professionalism without thoughtful touches that make a wine tasting memorable. With better communication, fresher tasting wines, and a more welcoming, informative approach, this could have been a very different experience.

Google
Mediocre pizza, got charged $5 to not have them put onions on it. And was not told there would be a fee to “modify.” I even asked if it would be a problem and the waiter said no problem, never mentioned a fee. So if I ever go back I’ll just pick the onions off, he didnt ask if I wanted to sub anything else. The cashing out process was strange, and unclear and we didn’t realize it til after the fact that we got charged for them not adding a topping. Also a very hands off tasting, they brought out all the wines in little carafes and said this is how they’re ordered, use the menu for reference. Strange all in all and it was a slow morning another group was walking in as we were cashing out.

Google
Great wine, scenery, friendly service. Mountain view was blocked by the cherry orchard next doors crates but there still managed to be beautiful sweeping vistas. And the coup de gras, they are dog friendly! I will be going back.

Google
Highly recommend for a great atmosphere and great drinks. We enjoyed our evening on the patio next to the propane fireplace, drinking the special of the day, sharing a pizza (perfectly cooked) and listening to the live band

Google
Loved the Staff, very friendly and helpful. Great wines (we took a few bottles home) and good food! Beautiful views of the vineyard , Mt. Hood and the Hood River countryside! Very cool building, and outdoor seating is fantastic ! We will definitely be back!!❤🍷❤

Google
Oh golly, the owner, I think her name is Tess, had had ALOT to drink and got up & sang. NOT a good look at all. Perhaps she should either lay WAY off the vino, or if she does decide to indulge in the wares, just PLEASE don’t let her sing. I had heard from friends that she “ indulges,” however, she definitely shouldn’t. My bad, I was warned & we were very disappointed.

Google
Great wines, an excellent selection of varietals, fun blues vibe, as the owner is a musician. The wood fire pizza is exceptional and the servers are laid back and lovely.

Yelp
What a wonderful place with convivial setting to get a party started. The tasting room and bar was filled up, all tables inside and many tables outside to listen to live music featuring legendary Mo Dixon (guitars, keyboards, fiddle and vocals) - along with wine, whiskey and wood fired pizza. A great afternoon of lively music with a few local musicians - music across many genres and styles - the Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young rendition took me back into the 70"s. What a blast! Fun partying with friends. Very cool that vineyard owners Tess Barr sang (voice like Dixie Chicks Natalie Maines) and husband played a mean maniacal harmonica. They rocked! Have to go back to just get into the wine and spirits more sometime to enjoy the outdoor vine in view of vineyard with a Mount Hood back drop. Hood Crest makes wine, distills whiskey, cooks da pizza and makes music - makes you live-a-little on the wild side when your spirit connects with Hood Crest!

Yelp
Great place with awesome things crust pizza and live locals performing Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Yelp
When you talk about a place to sit and enjoy the scenery, tastey flights, and yummy foods, come here. Can't tell you how relaxed we are right now. We all had the butternut squash soup. Yummmmmmmmmmmm! Our beverages were white flight (4 out of 5), blackberry hard cider (5 out of 5), and a Cabernet (4 out of 5). I ended up taking a bottle of house cherry vodka home, untasted, b/c I do believe it will be an AWESOME craft vodka for some exquisite cocktails. Will come back.
google avatar

Yelp
The facility is beautiful, we ate outside where we could admire the vines and flowers. Practically under a majestic oak. Service was incredibly fast. We ordered 2 bronze flights of white and rose wines, they were tasty. We ordered the caprese and the quebec (poutine) pizzas, they were also tasty. I have no idea what the pizza costs, there's no price on the menu. But based on the relatively expensive cost of their cocktails as compared to where i live, I'm expecting it to be equally expensive...as in if you have to ask...

Yelp
The 2018 Malbec went well with ´Basilicata' pizza, a favorite, and one of 3 offerings of Specialty pizzas today. We started with delicious Coconut Shrimp served on a bed of the freshest Arugula Salad from owners Tess & Patrick Barr's garden. Server Kimm kindly suggested the Full Circle Rosé with the shrimp. (See the current menues attached to this review for detailed descriptions of the above offerings.) We were entertained initially by Patrick's well-polished traditional country banjo songs. Tess joined him to sing, 'Send me an email'. Looking forward to the full blues band in a few minutes with seasoned former member of The Cowsills- Alonzo Garbonzo who will also be on tomorrow night, and Mor Dixon, a weekly treat when he's in town not touring. The entertainment here always ROCKS! And the gourmet food is excellent.

Yelp
We had the Diamond and Ruby wine flights, which were bold with flavor that didn't match our palettes. We preferred the distillery tasting and found the apple whiskey delightful and the wheat whiskey was very unique. The steak bites were okay since the beef was a bit tough but paired well with the chimichurri and bread. Come for the hard alcohol over the wine, in our opinion.

KnK Raiser R.

Yelp
Food is great, wine is great! Service and ambience awesome. The music is amazing. The owners make you feel like family.

Yelp
We really enjoyed Hood Crest Winery! It's refreshing to have a vast of offering unique cocktails in addition to beer, wine and hard cider. Why not begin or end your day of wine tasting with a Hibiscus Lime Mojito? Definitely refreshing on a warm day. Or a limoncello cooler made with housemade Limoncello or a Strawberry Basil Rhubard Delight? You see Hood Crest is also a distillery so they make premium chilled cocktails and hot beverages. Their specialty is a Manhattan. The setting is casual and inviting. I just love all the natural wood, the live edge bar with three very ornate chandeliers contrasting and complimenting the warm wood interior. The wrap around porch offers plenty of seating, great on a warm day or under the heaters when there is a chill. More seating in the lawn during the summer. It was an unseasonably cold and rainy day when we stopped by but chose to sit on the deck and listen to the live music from the band inside. It was really loud indoors and we preferred the music as background to our conversation. We were rewarded in our choice when a brilliant rainbow made an appearance! For wine, we both chose the Gold Tasting flight of 5 reds for $20. A Petite Sarah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Suoer Tuscan and Cabernet Sauvignon. I particular enjoyed the Sirah for its spice and berry flavors. They also offer other flights that combine bubbles with reds; a full flight if sparkling; and a white and red combo. These flights are $15. Tastes of spirits - cherry vodka, grape vodka, dirty martini, dirty gin, rye whiskey, apple brandy, cognac, tart cherry cordial - are offered at $5 per. Of all the wineries I've visited in the Hood River area, Hood Crest reminds me most of a bar with a variety of adult beverages and also food options. Their food menus goes beyond a charcuterie; a dozen delicious pizzas, salad, bratwurst, Italian sausage and hot meatball sandwiches can be ordered. Really glad we decided to seek out someplace new to end our day. Will definitely be back, especially during the summer months.

Yelp
Charming tasting room. Beautiful Wood walls and chandeliers adorn the room. Lots of options to choose from for wine and hand crafted spirits. Beautiful vineyard views. Will be back to try their wood fired pizza.

Yelp
We visited the winery on the way through the Oregon countryside. It was a lovely location and there was a live musician who was pretty good. We experienced some issues with the wait staff. Our waitress did not put in half of our order. We reordered our food and then waited an additional 20 minutes. We had two vegetarians in our group so we asked them to take the pepperoni off of the pizza. When we received the bill, we were charged an additional $5 per pizza for taking the pepperoni off of the pizza. Preposterous!!! While the location is pretty and the the wine is ok, the limited menu, flighty service. and ridiculous pricing takes this location off of our visit list.

Yelp
Avoid if you are celiac or gluten intolerant. The chef will not allow ANY outside food even if you can't eat anything there. In 8 years of being diagnosed as celiac, my wife had never been denied eating her snacks while I dined regardless of the state or city we've visited. She can't really drink without having some food, which is an issue when traveling the fruit loop. And we go out a lot despite her restrictions and both spend and tip well. For a winery/distillery wanting to promote their products, this is a bad policy that will cost them money and goodwill.
google avatar

Krissy H.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this place on our fruit loop tour. The live music was a treat . we had pizza and wine flights. I did see they had some different vodkas as well guess I will have to come back to them

Yelp
Upon entry, we weren't quite sure where to go/what to do. The layout was a little awkward & every table within site was "reserved." A female staff was very friendly & told us where we could sit & that we needed to order at the counter when we were ready. A male staff wasn't as friendly. For beverages we ordered the Gold (wine) flight & selected a few liquors to sample. The wine was all very good & the liquor wasn't the best. We ordered the (off-the-website menu) Pimento Grilled Cheese w/soup & it was awesome- creamy, melty, cheesy goodness sandwiched between golden bread slices served with piping hot creamy, herby, tomato soup. We were pleasantly surprised to be serenaded (mid-day) by the owners as singer-songwriting musicians!

Yelp
What a lovely place to have wine and food! They really go all out on delicious food and ambiance! We stumbled on this place cause it was close to our campground and really enjoyed the experience. They even had live music that was fantastic! I heard the owners are the musicians so even better! We bought 12 bottles of wine. I highly recommend.

Yelp
I went on a date with my husband during COVID-19 and they were really following all the social distancing rules We had our own space and the servers were 6ft apart. We ordered cheese board as well as tasted a couple of wines and it was a memorable experience You can watch the sunset and a great view of mount hood. You must definitely try. I recommend this place

Yelp
Enjoyed sitting on the patio & chasing our kids and puppies around while wine tasting. Mother Natures chill had us wishing minors could be inside too, but seeing the little airplanes wiz by was fun and the owner very kind and down to earth :-) very good wine & view too!

Colleen J.

Yelp
Beautiful outdoor space, disappointing wine and service. Our group of six tried a few different wine flights, spirits, and cocktails. While picturesque, we were not impressed with much of what we tasted. Particularly disappointing was that the white and rosé wines were warm, so they didn't even have a chance to taste good on this 85 degree day. No personalized service here- you go to the counter to be assigned a table and to order, and drinks are hastily delivered to your table. The setup at the counter/bar is incredibly inefficient, with employees running into each other and nothing at arm's reach. The staff seemed frustrated and overwhelmed, and everything takes longer than it should. Instead of being welcoming or informative, they just seemed frazzled and we felt that they resented us showing up when they were "so busy" (a little over half full). All in all, a disappointing experience at a spot that has a lot of potential.

Paula H.

Yelp
We stopped by as a part of a tour group touring the mountain and coast regions of Oregon. Arrangements were made prior to us even leaving our hometown to enjoy this stop. When we arrived we were met at the end of gravel road by a short, stout woman who rudely told us that they were in the middle of harvest. She preceded to walk away after that. We walked to the their barn shop and the bartender could not have been more rude. He already had samples poured (so who knows how long they were sitting there). Our tour guide on the bus who is from the area talked of several different wines he would recommend we try. When our group tried to ask the bartender about the wine already poured he either rudely ignored them or said he didn't know anything. We have taken tours of several different wineries and distilleries and this place had nothing on them. Hood Crest H D could take several notes and ideas from The Winery at Sovereign Estate in Maconia, MN. They treated everyone like they truly wanted them to be there and hopefully would make return trips. This was a sorry excuse for a business.

Yelp
I love love love this place !!! Me and my fiancé have been member's for a few years now and feel like we made a great choice because the owners are amazingly hospitable the wine is definitely a no brainer and the best for taste We have invited lots of friends, family and business to enjoy what we get all the time, we are so spoiled. Here is a great photo at Kiyokawa Family Orchards sharing Hood Crest wine and having funnnn!

Yelp
The most amazing find. Great wine and spirits. Probably the best I have ever had. James was amazing and so knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the process and taste. Thank you for the amazing experience! Definitely be back!

Yelp
Outstanding experience overall! It was our first winery in the Mt. Hood area and it did not disappoint. We got there right when they opened (at 11am on a Sun.), and no other customers were there, so we got to "chat it up" with the owners a bit. Amazing to learn that they recently built this winery from the ground up just a year ago. It takes a lot of passion and confidence to "go for it". Kudos to them for taking the leap! We did the red wine tasting for $15 and then got the Reserve tasting for $20. The tasting fee is waived if you buy 2 bottles. The wines are awesome, and we love the red bold wines. We were looking for a winery other than "Pinot Noir" and we found it! We bought the Petite Syrah and the Merlot 2011. They also have a wood fired pizza oven (which they built), so how could we pass that up? We got the Mushroom Truffle pizza and the Daily Special pizza, which was pepperoni, sausage & mozzarella cheese. The pizzas are incredible and I love the thin crust! Most impressive were the owners. Very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. Their love is transferred to their wine bottles. This is the winery to keep your eyes on in the coming years!
google avatar

Jessie P.

Yelp
Pretty tasting room, open air kitchen. Wines were average and non-remarkable. I waited at the bar to order while the owner simply told a long-winded story to the couple next to me. Another server noticed I had been waiting, and she finally looked over. Oh, hello. We ordered a pizza and a salad and sat outside with our kid to play. They have a nice place where kids can roam. Food took a long time (and yeah I know pizza takes awhile), and the server who delivered it said she'd check on the salad, which she didn't have. It never arrived and we had to go. The pizza was decent, good sauce and creative toppings. Not a big fan of the thin crust though. I asked for my check, and the salad simply hadn't even been ordered. That's just shoddy work. It's a convenient location on the Fruit Loop, but not worth stopping. Go to Marchesi instead!

Yelp
If you are looking for a friendly, clean, winery with a beautiful yard setting.. This is the place to go. Our Corvette club was there last weekend and was personally welcomed by the owners and even their children came out to visit with us. Of course we had our pet chipmunk with us.. lol This is a great place to enjoy some great tasting wines. Our group all felt they did a great job in serving us and we all enjoyed some great wine and food. The pizza is Fantastic!.. You need to give this place a try! We WILL be back..
google avatar

Cyndi C.

Yelp
My hubby and I had been wanting to come here for awhile, we finally made it, had a great time, twice in one weekend!? Patrik and Tess play the blues, while you enjoy those reds and whites! First you arrive at a gorgeous pine lodge. There is a large bar wine tasting area, wood fire pizza oven, wall to ceiling windows, seating both indoor or outdoor. Lovely views of vineyard, you can relax and enjoy your time here. Tasting fee is $15, waived if you purchase 2 bottles (you likely will). I was impressed with their blends, the 2014 merlot, cab and spicy Malbecs! Hood area is great for wine, fun for exploring wine tastings but this will become your favorite spot. The owners worked up and designed this larger space, they are constantly evolving (I hear a bubbly is in the works!) Tess not only sings for you she makes all this great wine on-site. Oh yeah, nearly forgot the pizza was really tasty and pared well with the wine (or their sangria) The meats and cheese boards, looked great too and Patrik makes the wood working from some old pines from his property, very artistic couple! We enjoyed everything so much we signed up for the reds only wine club. I enjoyed so many of the varieties, I appreciate the mixed bag. When your in Hood River stop by for a locals winery vibe and some tunes.
google avatar

Joshua J.

Yelp
What an amazing place to stop for lunch, an amazing view, and some delicious wine. I highly recommend getting off the highway and driving over. There's live music on the weekends, and the ambiance couldn't be more relaxing and joyful. This establishment was made from locally sourced wood that was on property. Check out my pictures

Yelp
Off the beaten path but a sensational winery with scenery to match. Fresh cooked food with fine choices make for a relaxing afternoon visit.
google avatar

Tamara C.

Yelp
This was the perfect place for a last stop on our lovely wine tour. What with a large patio, a picturesque view of Mt. Hood, delicious wines, and great conversation with new friends, you can't help but have an awesome time. When you have a seat you'll circle your 5 wine choices from the 9 choices on the tasting menu. It's nice that they have both whites and reds to choose from. And happily those reds were not Pinot Noirs either but rather they were bad ass, big bold reds and the Sangiovese was so good it was fierce. The pours were nice and healthy also. The pizza at $10.00, I would steer you away from that unless you are about ready to die from hunger. And I mean that most literally. Just forget about the pizza. Come here for the wonderful wines and the gorgeous view. 2014 - Review # 66

Jen L.

Yelp
Such a beautiful winery! Beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous views! Their charcuterie board was amazing and so delicious!!!

Andrew L.

Yelp
work at another winery in a different state and am visiting this area to sample local wines. The Hood Crest Winery is some of the best I have enjoyed so far. Very well done Pinot Noir and Mourvèdre! The service was terrific and the food was wonderful, but the eine was a huge hit!
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
The wine tasting was delicious! We ordered a little food and enjoyed our lunch and flight in the patio. Perfect afternoon.
google avatar

Kari L.

Yelp
Hood Crest is a great place to go if you love red wine, great bread, hearty olive portions, and excellent vibes. This is one of the chillest wineries I have been too. Grab a spot close to the fire pits on a cool day.

Kerrie C.

Yelp
We started out the day yesterday going to Stave and Stone winery, waited almost 20 minutes for them to tell us they weren't taking walk ins. Slightly more than mildly peeved, but we just got in the car and decided to head in a certain direction and see what we hit, which was here. I am so happy that we weren't seated there. I really don't love wine (my husband does) and Hood Crest actually has a spirits menu, also, and had many different types of infused alcohol to try. But I didn't even need it, because whoever the female was that was serving us listened to what I had to say, and suggested a wine that I actually really liked, and brought me a small taste of another one that was amazing, also. I ended up buying a bottle of both, which I don't think I've bought a bottle of wine in over a decade. If you are like my husband and also like wine, they had multiple flights to choose from, including his flight of reds that went really well with our food. It also had a more interesting selection of food. We got a pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. This is definitely going to be our new go to spot in Hood River. It is definitely one of my all time top wineries that we've been to in any state, because their food menu runs beyond charcuterie plates (although nothing wrong with that) and they have a large variety of wines and not wines, which is a treat. There are plenty of inside and outside tables to choose from, and I love that they can open the building up, and we were out of the really hot day, and still were able to feel like we were outside.
google avatar

Patrick B.

Yelp
Fantastic stop for the wine and whiskey drinkers in the group. The place is beautiful. Setting is great. Wines are excellent!! My buddy loves the whiskey.
google avatar

Cody H.

Yelp
Great pizza (thin crust and delicious!) the wine was great! I really enjoyed the Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. My friends that we were with me really enjoy their Sangiovese! All around a great spot, lovely views and it's nice to enjoy the vineyards. Denise, was very friendly and helpful with the wine tasting and recommendations. We bumped into the owner Patrick and he was very nice and engaging. We had to leave with a few bottles!
google avatar

Myrna B.

Yelp
The place is beautiful location, offers live music occasionally but it has some of the worst red wines I've tasted. They're Barbera was really acidic with a spur grape flavor. I would not recommend coming here.

Emma J.

Yelp
About the worst dining experience I've had. Ordered salad and French bread. after 1/2 an hour of waiting asked what was up. Waited another 1/2 hour--asked again. Salad was delivered--extremely small--and 12 minutes later a 4" tiny tiny piece of bread. Tho we paid up front w/ no open tab, they came to the table and said we hadn't paid. 10 minutes later they figured out that we had paid. when I backed up my car to leave I was flagged down and told I couldn't do that (why I have no idea). Something is seriously dysfunctional--go anywhere but here.

Yelp
If you have children - don't come here. I am rarely compelled to write a review (bad or good) but the management team here was outright offensive and made it clear that families with children are not welcome. Try the Gorge White House or one of the other vineyards in town if looking for a beautiful, family friendly place to unwind with a glass of wine and better food options.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place when he was taking me out to for my birthday celebration. While we were wine tasting within the vicinity, we got hungry and decided to come to Hood Crest since they have a pizza oven. Little did we know that the other food they serve besides pizza is absolutely amazing coupled with delicious wine. I ordered the traditional charcuterie plate while my boyfriend got the meatball sub (hoagie). My plate consisted of a variety of hand picked cheeses and meats, and his meatball sub was decadent and cooked to perfection. We had no idea this place existed, but sure enough were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Not to mention the staff here is friendly and excited about what they do. If you're in the area, go here. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Leann R.

Yelp
I stopped in with my friends on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delightful. We had such great conversation with the staff and learned a lot about the wines. Tasted a number of wines and decided on the Grenache - it was fantastic. The location is beautiful with an incredible view of the mountain. The building feels like a lodge in Sisters, OR. The bathroom was so clean with attention to detail: changing table, extra toilet paper that is easily to get at, delicious soap and hand lotion. These are the things that matter! Thank you for the visit - it was wonderful!
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
We stopped, while passing by. 2:45 on Saturday afternoon. Was asked if we have reservations? ...while plenty of seating was available. Wanted to ask questions, with masks on. The gentleman at the check- in seemed bothered by our questions . The unwelcoming climate warded us of. Don't think we will return.
google avatar

Melinda W.

Yelp
Beautiful winery, loved the wine and atmosphere. However, the service was the worst we have experienced...I would fire both of the ladies that were working and get someone that explain the wines in the tasting and a little bit about your winery. 9/24/2017 - Not like we are glutens for punishment but we went back today for the wood fire pizza and brought out kids. The service was spot on and the pizza was amazing. They have redeemed themselves.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! Great reds! Big and little!!!!! The charcuterie board was AMAZING!! Great live music!! If you're not a wine drinker, as my husband is allergic to, they also serve beer!!!

Yelp
The food, wine and service here are incredible. Highly recommend making this stop and their location is beautiful.

Yelp
This winery is amazing. It's set in a beautiful area and they are doing a great job during covid. I felt very safe there and even joined the wine club because of how they are handling things safely during the pandemic. The wine is great, they have a wonderful offering for members and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel special.

Yelp
Amazing winery located at the base of Mt Hood. Perfect stop along the road. Adorable tasting room. Delicious Sangria. Amazing service.

Yelp
We LOVED our time at Hood Crest! The wine, pizza, the setting, the friendly staff, the VIEW!!!!! We would go back over and over if we lived nearby.

Yelp
Great winery owners amazing view spectacular! Wine wow! Pizza hit the spot! Must see when in the gorge!

Yelp
Food and service was top notch. Went here right before the latest shutdown, so we got to eat inside. The pictures of the pizza people post on here should be all the proof you need. Excellent wine tasting flight too. Fun place, hope I can revisit when we're allowed to listen to live music again.

Yelp
Worst place ever!!!! Was highly recommended but the management is terrible. They do no care how long you wait for a damn stupid arugula pizza and we tried to get a refund and they still don't care. Wine sucks, pizza sucks. Don't go. Save yourself and go to the next winery.
