The fish and chips are consistently tasty. The beer is also really good. We come here often. Starters and ice cream were also worth it. Service was a bit slow.

Just superb! The service was first rate and backed up with wonderful food. A must visit amd as good this time as our first visit three years ago.

The restaurant is located on Nørrebrogade. It overlooks the tomb. It's a small shop. There are also tables outside. The food portions are very small. The American lobster roll is the size of a quarter of a piece of toast. The rings on top are burnt. There's nothing but a burnt taste. The calamari was only fried on the edges, leaving only one or two rings on the body. And the whole thing was burnt, so the calamari tasted lost. The shrimp were nice. The smoke on top paired well. The fish in the fish chips was delicious. But it's way too expensive for these products and small portions. Each plate costs an average of 20 euros. So, 20 euros per bite is definitely bad and expensive.

Really tasty food, cute interior, cozy ambiance, friendly service! The fries with vinegar salt is a must! Recommended!

Reservation would be good to have for weekends. Otherwise, outside area is left for walk-ins. Inside area smells more like an active kitchen. Poke bowls are fresh. Calamari has very oily. Service is very prompt.

Solid 4. It does what is says on the tin - and website. Price and quality match very well. Nice staff. Informal place. Been there a few times. Same every time

Found it by accident while strolling through the neighborhood but liked it a lot! We got the 3-dish menu with an entree, main dish and dessert for 250 dkk (drink not included). For the price, the portions were quite nice and very tasty. The tostada was our favourite! The place is a bit small. They did a good job at maximizing the number of tables despite that, but the seats can feel a bit tight depending on where you get placed. I would definitely go back!

Loved the atmosphere very cosy place. Didn't like their hooked burger but their fries are delicious with a dip sauce. I had a truffle mayo that I enjoyed dip the fries in. I recommend the Mac and cheese croquettes. They were wonderful. Staff very kind and friendly.

Yelp
Used to love their poke bowls, but they've become extremely expensive with smaller portions and today some of the ingredients didn't feel as fresh as they are usually. 1 poke bowl with an extra topping of fish (+45kr) ended up costing 180kr. There was barely a full meal in there and the bowl wasn't even half full. And there was barely more than 100 g fish in the entire bowl, even though it was supposed to be twice the amount as in a regular bowl. On top of that, there wasn't anyone tending shop when I walked in - all the staff was in the back room chatting for a while until they heard me take a menu in the completely empty restaurant. And I was unable to pay with cash since they didn't have enough paper money in the register. If I hadn't brought my card I would've left hungry and empty handed. Very disappointed.

Yelp
For our last evening in Copenhagen we wanted something casual and close to our hotel. This was a great option. The menu isn't large, but our party of 5 covered a good portion of it and everyone enjoyed their food. Their fish and chips is quite good. And most of us had the field greens salad which was much more substantial than we expected. Really tasty combo of greens, cabbage, and edamame with a tasty sesame dressing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good spot for a laid back and reasonably priced meal.

Yelp
Excellent and delicious. I had their prawn wrap and my friend had the fish and greens. We also ordered calamari and the Mac & cheese balls. All of it was great! Good service and clean spot.

Yelp
Eating Hooked's French Fries dipped in their Custom Mint Mushy Pea Dip is something you need to do before you die. Just saying. * * * Hooked is a hip fish and chips place with entertaining odd ideas. They have a series of dips that you can dip anything you like in. French fries ... Your Fish ... Your Girlfriend's Fingers ... Whatever. We had the Mint Mushy Pea Dip ... but I looked longingly at the Black Garlic Mayo. Their French Fries are to kill for. The Mint Mushy Pea Dip is to kill for. Need I say more? * * * Neither I nor my beloved had the signature Fish and Chips. The fish however is dipped in a batter made of yogurt ... Which seems like a very promising concept to me. I had the Asian Lobster Roll. Toasted bun, spicy mayo, puffed rice noodles, snap peas and of course lobster. I have always thought lobster rolls were a silly idea. Why cover up the utterly fantastic taste of buttered lobster in a white bread bun? (Hey, I come from New England and have had plenty of lobster rolls in my time. Not everything we do in New England is perfect, you know.) Hooked's Asian Lobster roll has all of the flaws of the basic concept But is still a wonderful sandwich. You have to work hard to taste the lobster. But the bun tastes good and the side stuff tastes good So the world is basically okay. Love of the Life had a salmon burger. She was a happy camper as well. We got some fried shrimp on the side on a what-the-hell basis. These were pretty nifty too. * * * One note. Some of the stuff we got from the kitchen needed salt. They don't have salt on the table. They DO have "powdered vinegar." I assume these are acetic acid crystals. It was a weird concept, but we couldn't resist. Yelpers, Powdered vinegar really works. Everything we put powdered vinegar on tasted just great afterwards. This is a trick you may want to try at home. * * * If you are in Copenhagen for one magical night with your beloved, Should you take her to Hooked for that unique special memory? Probably not. Do you want to have fun in Norrebro on a Thursday night? Hooked counts as fun. Check it out.

Yelp
Amazing food!!! Make sure to try all the sauces. We had a poke bowl and fish burger with fries. In a cool neighbourhood in Copenhagen.

Yelp
Surprised that there weren't more options for seafood in Copenhagen (seriously, what the hell is that about?), we ended up at this English/American style place. My hubby got the fish and chips, which was fried English style, not the American breading we are used to. I went for the salmon burger, which I was pleasantly surprised by! I loved the guacamole. It was very tasty. The chips were big and soft. Service was very much the ol' Danish ambivalence. They asked if we had a reservation when we walked in, and we didn't (the place was completely empty), and they acted like we should have?

Yelp
I'm not a big seafood lover, however I cannot stop thinking about the fish & chips at Hooked. The fish came perfectly fried with a side of thick salt & vinegar chips, and minty pea mash. It was so good we ordered it two days in a row at Haven Festival! At first I thought that Hooked was primarily operating out of their truck, but after reading a review in Politiken I learned that they recently opened a restaurant on Nørrebrogade. The prices are good for Copenhagen, so if you're looking for a delicious and budget friendly meal I highly recommend them. Can't wait to check out the restaurant when I'm back in Copes!

Yelp
Nice place to go if you want fast & cheap seafood. The whole lobster was amazing and far beyond our expectation for what you can get with 250DKK. They recommended Draft Bear #1 and #2 - really good choices.

Yelp
Sooooo good! Fish n chips were awesome - the batter has a kick to it and the salmon burger was on point!

Yelp
Fantastic lobster rolls! So buttery and the lobster perfectly cooked. If only the lobster roll was served with American portion, I could easily give it 5 stars!

Yelp
Had the fish and chips which were good but not AMAZING! Mac and cheese croquettes were very yummmy!!! The Mac and chs inside was very creamy and tasty. I doubt I would go back because I think there's much better restaurants in the area but the food and the service was still good, just wouldn't be my first choice, especially if you have limited time in the area
