Sat at the bar. Liked the vibe a lot. Service was excellent. Julia was the bartender and I she was the perfect blend of personable without being pushy. Never wanted for a drink and food was out fast and well cooked(fish and chips worked great for me as pescatarian). People are all very friendly. Everything made for a great night out of town away from my family which was awesome as that is sometimes so unlikely to happen when traveling alone. I’ve been here a few times and I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m in town. Should mention for others as well…. Very Clean, bathrooms included.

Kalina kept a close eye on her tables. She anticipated situations with her service as well as being informative. The pizza was thin crust and was average at best, but the wings were tasty.

Don't show up during shift change. You haven't even started your meal, they re giving you the bill and bugging you every 5 min to pay and then just take your plate before your done. We were planning on camping out for a while but I guess not. She transfered us to next server who was super sweet but we were over it after being bugged to pay our bill. I will say food was wonderful if we could have enjoyed it. Other wise I've enjoyed this place just not today.

I love going to Hooligans every week, and Julia is a huge reason why! All of the servers are awesome, but Julia is exceptional. She’s always friendly, attentive, and makes every visit feel welcoming. The service, the vibe, and the consistency keep me coming back!

We were able to do a community night for the Spring into Sight Foundation here and it went amazing. We had an very attentive server named Kalina and she made everything go very smoothly! Plus the Scottish Eggs are the BEST!

Went in on a whim to relax with my friend on a rare mutual day off, and the vibe was just what we needed. Got some apps and a couple drinks and down time. We were able to chat without interruption. Julia was super sweet and checked in on us just right the right amount

I'm a regular and I love the atmosphere. The food is killer (especially the smash burger). Julia is an excellent server and always makes my experience there worry free and fun!

Food-ok Casino-limited and no winning happening but great service from Alyna Hoim-I specifically asked her for her name and GM because she was so gracious and attentive. As I was losing money on the slots-she was being helpful to all of the patrons and customers. I asked her for the name of her General Manager. I believe their name is "Brikotan"-to the GM-really good employee-great service! Yes, lots of TV's. Chicken nacho's ok

A huge place! A sports fan dream. Big screen TVs everywhere! You could ask for the station to be changed ....(we were there when not too Staff was amazing! They were easy to chat with and attentive! Fish and chips... tender flakey. Cowboy Mac and cheese.. poet gooey with sausage and that sweetness from caramelized onions. Chicken wings...fell off the bone! Had the Custards Last Stand flavor. Not too spicy. Drinks were poured well. Huckleberry Mule was loaded with tanginess and sweetness...

Always, always love my experience. Food is good, atmosphere is always fun, comfortable and clean. The staff is always friendly, attentive and genuinely kind. I also appreciate their enthusiasm on Facebook to represent and give shoutouts to their staff. People need that appreciation and it is reflected in their service.

The new and improved breakfast was a failure. Uninspired and blah. Only good thing was the coffee. They featured the "huge" burrito. The tortilla was big and folded over itself several times. Slathered all over with cold sauce, gravy?? That was the only flavor. I have no clue what they put inside. Mostly it was potatoes that are already on the plate and green peppers. What little eggs that I could find were mush and cold. French toast tasted like last nights dirty grill and overpowering cinnamon. Couldn't eat. Fried green tomatoes the same dirty grill mush that were last nights condiments. Very disappointed.

Sunday, August 25 the bartender was amazing for breakfast good attitude and great Customer Service. The casino attendant, however, was a complete nightmare no Customer Service and she was more interested in this old guy at the bar then helping anybody. I would've stayed and given more money to the establishment, but the customer service was just ridiculous. I felt like I was a nuisance to her. I definitely did not tip the casino waitress.

Amazing pizza and the Mac is very good. The service is top tier and the drinks are cheap. Everything you want for a great sports bar!

Good was on point. Service PERFECT. Appropriate amount of attention without hovering. Hard balance to achieve. Visited during MCAA basketball conference tournaments. Every TV had a different game which showed us mindfulness on the staff's part. Will definitely be back

The food is meh....the place was empty until the UFC fight came on then it got busy. If you need a pay per view event foe free to attract a crowd your sus...

Spent the night in Billings recently, and goodness I had a great time and received great service at this fine establishment. I went there for a little atmosphere and watch some college football bowl games. This place delivered, got some ice cold Coors light, and had a nice time in the casino next door. And listen, I'm a man of trying me some fun food. This place, get this, has Scotch Eggs!!!! Oh yeah, oh yeah!!!!!!

We went in for the Saturday "Pub Breakfast." Be warned; it is not an Irish or British breakfast but an American breakfast menu titled "Pub Breakfast." We seated ourselves and waited to be served. After several minutes, we moved to a table nearer to the waitresses. After another 10 minutes, we had to flag down a waitress to get a couple of menus. Luckily, they have a few Irish beers on tap, including Guinness. The Irish Red is brewed by Montana Brew Co. next door and it is very good. I ordered the Guinness Bangers and Mash plate, which was also above average. Aside from the service and not offering an Irish breakfast, this place is a go to for soccer matches. Do not hesitate to come and grab a pint and some food.

I'm here in Billings for work and decided to stop by this place because i was craving a beer and wings. I was slightly disappointed they didn't have lemon pepper as an option because that's usually my go to! But no biggie. I just thought the wings were over priced ($14.99 for 8 traditional) ($9.99 for 12 boneless). But then again, wings have been a little raised in prices everywhere lately. Overall, it was a fun place to grab a bite to eat with friends and watch the game.

We are out of towners and just stopped in for lunch. Service was very good. Food was delivered in a timely fashion. The scotch eggs were delicious. We both ordered burgers. They were great. Beer was cold. When I get back to Billings, I will stop in again.

Great service, atmosphere & food! Stopped in to watch Monday night football and was met with an energetic crowd split nearly 50/50 of fans for each side, all having a good time. They had just experienced a power outage, shutting down all of their TV's, the food and beverage order systems, etc. The staff remained upbeat, apologetic and made the situation as positive as possible. When the food & drinks came, it was well worth a little wait. The Huck Russian Tini, Scottish Eggs and Brisket sandwich were all over the top delicious!

My friends and I came in to have lunch and the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's for the afternoon. The service was fine, but our waitress had a bad attitude and did not communicate with us. We ordered our drinks and she came and gave us the cups with vodka and champagne and walked away and didn't tell us where to go to make our drinks or anything and we just sat there and waited because we didn't know how it worked. The vibe was so weird that we felt like our waitress literally hated us for zero reason, and that was from the get go, I felt nervous and judged whenever she even came to our table. The two of us who had the bottomless bloody's ended up having 3 of them each. Before we would even go make our drinks and put the tomato juice and everything in the cups it did not smell like vodka or really taste like it for that matter, and they were not strong at all. It felt like we were being pranked and/or being given water. The food was alright, nothing really to complain about. I probably wouldn't choose to eat here again and my wings weren't the most flavorful. Our biggest complaint is the service and we would have stayed longer if we felt like we were welcome and being treated kindly, or the drinks were better and didn't feel like we were drinking water. I know people like it here and that's awesome, but I will most likely not be coming back after our experience here.

Good food service was excellent and overall a nice clean place to eat parking was a little difficult however we now go early lol

This place is only as good as the bartenders and cocktail waitresses. Olivia was so kind and attentive. The impressive part was that I saw her in a conflict with an asshole, LIKE A BIG PIECE OF SHIT, and she handled herself so well. As a former bartender, I applaud her ability to keep smiling, and deliver the shots that me and my friends requires. THANK YOU, OLIVIA.

Guys we tried EVERYTHING here. We had a big group so we all ordered little bits of everything and NOTHING disappointing. The Saracha mac n cheese 10/10 the burger as well. The salt and vinegar wings, bury me in them. Kids ate all their food (never happens) everything was well sanitized and the waitress and staff were amazing. Kids are allowed till 8pm and it didn't feel like a bar, nice to have good food and be in a place with good drinks AND have the kiddos with you. Bar menu is amazing, seriously don't go to Montana brew next door this place is way better just trust me!!!

Awesome service. Great food. Lots of TVS to watch games. Fun during the day and the night. A awesome sports bar for a group of people to come hang at. I would recommend to most groups of younger or older people.

I love this place so much and stop by here every year. Great Service and amazing food and unlimited drinking options. If you're staying the night in Billings definitely do yourself a favor and stop by here for a great time and good food. My favorite in Montana.

My family was in town for a wedding and didn't have any specific plans for Friday night. A group of 9 can't always just show up! Burger Dive- 20-30 minutes, Montana Brewing 30-45 minutes. We walked next door to Hooligan's and got lucky. We drew a couple tables together and we were off. Tyler was our server and we were very lucky to have her. Here service level was more like a table of 2 instead of 9. Everyone was satisfied, happy and well attended. The food was really good also- burgers, fish and chips, salads- all good! Thanks you Tyler and Hooligan's for helping make our night not one that could have ended up complaining about dinner all night!! We all proceeded next door to the Crystal to watch some good karaoke. Fun time

Exceptional service and staff! The servers were very accommodating and kind. The food was average for a sports bar. What sets them apart from an average bar is definitely the servers. They also had unlimited Bloody Mary and Bloody Caesar's until 2pm as it was Sunday. We had wings, a turkey sandwich, and a pork sandwich. They were all good. The also have a popcorn machine in the front for customers and peanuts on the tables. The dining area has two sections one in the front and then one in the back with many televisions. Great place for a couple of drinks and bar food.

Ehhh I'm gonna go with a touch below mediocre on this one. Firstly when I arrived I was told it was self seating and I sat at the bar. No one approached me. I sat at a high top table. Again; no one approached me. I finally moved outside and flagged down a server who didn't even offer me a food menu. Anyways, I could get into the humdrum of the lackluster service and how seldom I was checked on. But, if the food was good it could have been mildly overlooked. I could have overseen the fact that my server didn't mention any specials and immediately kept pressing me for a drink. I could have chosen to ignore the fact that it blatantly said that there was a deal for unlimited bloody Mary's on Sunday until 2 pm on a sign outside and my server didn't reference it even though it was Sunday at 1:15. I could even downplay the fact that I wasn't even offered water once, but my review mainly stems from my buffalo chicken salad. It arrived quickly, but it was essentially plain unseasoned lukewarm chicken breast with a side of buffalo sauce and blue cheese, grocery store croutons, and a stale bread roll. I asked for more chicken because it came with literally 4 small pieces. The server charged me for an extra "side" of chicken, which I think came to roughly $4.00. For a way below average salad and a cider I spent 24 dollars including the tip. To be quite frank, I feel cheated of my money and the opportunity to have a good meal during my short time in Billings. Very disappointing.

We had brunch here today and our server, Lefaye, was so nice! She was very helpful and kind. Our food and drinks were fine but Lefaye really made this a positive experience for us and we will certainly come back.

Favorite place to have lunch downtown. Always excellent food and top notch service from Ronald. He's always friendly and takes excellent care of us.

Very beautiful bar. Was able to play pool end think that the claw machine is super funny/cool. The waiters coming by every five minutes is super awesome as much as we ordered. The Green Tea Shots are awesome and the "Trashcans" were a hit!

This review is solely based off of first time impression. I was hungry and needed a snack and Hooligan's delivered. First, they have Cold Smoke from Missoula on draft, which is one of the best Scottish Ales ever. Also, it was their Wing Wednesday that hit the spot. The small 8 piece wings were crispy and well flavored, and I ordered them dry with the Siracha sauce on the side. The wings came with homemade chips and celery/carrots. Turned out to be enough food for dinner and the cold smoke was money. Great attentive service. Definitely coming back!

Full order of fish and chips was outstanding. Good service, not too loud, plenty of condiments. Need to offer salt and vinegar.

Fun place to hang out and have some beers. Very affordable and good quality.

Great environment. I ordered the Scotch eggs, wasn't very good. Too salty to be honest. However, the service was so good I gave this place a high rating.

Don't let the FC in the name fool you it's not a soccer bar. Went in for the MLS Cup was told that they wouldn't be changing the TVs. I was eventually offered a small TV in the back. If your looking to watch a game you have as much chance here as any other bar - 0. Try somewhere else you may get better service.

We had lunch at Hooligans and it was amazing food. But the service was extraordinary, wonderful, and all servers should be trained by this young lady. Her name was I hope spelled right Brikota. Personable, prompt, fun, pretty, and a kick in the pants. Would come back just because of her!!!! Thank you again Arie

Cool atmosphere. I didn't drink anything but iced tea however the bar looked well stocked. The Jameson beef brisket sandwich was abso freakin lutley awesome. I got it without bbq sauce and it was perfect and full of flavor.

Very slow service because thers 2 waitress and 6 bartenders who ofcorse don't jump on the floor and help instead their just partying with the customers sitting at the bar! You should fix this!

Bartender was a total flake I'd give her a D minus max. Asking for a menu and ordering a drink was like pulling teeth. I wanted water and food since the wine tasted 2 days old but eventually gave up and went next door. I've never seen anything so blatantly unprofessional.. all attention on this guy sitting at the bar who may or not been underage but that's another story... it was so bad even the guy next to me noticed lol. Anyways given they had the Broncos game on with sound and the bartender who closed my tab was on top of it giving the place 2 stars.

Average food. Great tvs for sports. Meet good people there. Buddy is a jerk. He got offended I made fun of a commercial he was in and found a reason to make me leave in an unprofessional way. Ownership bowed out...refunded portion but no discipline for Buddy's behavior. You recognize him. Think Montana Hollywood but not. He took an off the cuff joke about his ridiculous commercial personal and it hurt his feelings. He used his grrr on me. Lol. It's a a fact they're are no Hollywood real men especially posing in a montana coffee Bar lonely on they're computer or as a bartender. Cus me again fake.

I give it 5 stars because you have get the best burger in town: The Bat Out of Hell with tots. The cheese ring on the burger is most epic, fried on one side then slapped on the burger until it pours over every side. I love cheese. The beers are okay and depending on what your server's okay with, you can buy a pint or a pitcher over at the Montana Brew Pub and bring it to Hooligans. It's a sports bar with TVs everywhere and probably close to the largest screen in town for big games. We watched World Cup and NFL playoffs here.

Great place to watch all sports! My favorite place in town for an ice cold Budweiser and a hockey game. Friendly staff will make sure you get to watch the game you are looking for.

BEST WEEKEND BREAKFAST IN BILLINGS!! Being 50+, my husband and I don't hang out at Hooligans in the evenings, where the typical crowd is much younger. However, we feel we have discovered a hidden gem among the weekend breakfast crowd. Breakfast is only served Sat/Sun beginning at 10AM. My husband claims some of the very best chicken fried steak he's ever had. Their Scottish Eggs are great. I love omelets - and so happy to find a place that doesn't overcook the eggs - and loads them up with lots of fillings and cheese. Best breakfast potatoes ever (cubed, colorful, spicy and crunchy - yumm!) and even good quality toastl Top it all off with a huge glass of OJ or a really tasty Bloody Mary (they know how to make them right) and you are set. Always amazed that this place is not packed, as breakfast is so good and there are few places in Billings to find a good weekend breakfast without having to wait 20-30 minutes or more for a table. Servers are cute young things who are always smiling and friendly, albeit service can be a bit slow. However, we are there to relax, eat and read the Sunday paper, while sipping a drink and keeping an eye on one (or two) of the many sports channels, so no worries :)

This is my "Go To" place when I stay in or close to downtown Billings. If you sit at the bar ask for Tessa, she WIĹL take care of you...AWESOME bartender. Good drinks and good food!

Decent food, decent service. Jenna P.'s comment sums it up well - "I like Hooligan's. I don't love it." I've been there twice - once on my birthday and once because I had a gift card to use there. I had a snafu with my gift card where they couldn't run it, so I had to pay for my meal and come in the next day to talk with the manager. Annoying, especially since it was a $50 gift card we purposely meant to use up. However, I kept my receipt, explained to the manager the next day that I'm from out-of-town and just wanted to give her my gift card and get my money back. She agreed and did some talking with her boss and in about 10 minutes I had my $50 back. Overall, well handled.

The service here is great! That alone easily deserves 5 stars. I went in last night after a long trip and was greeted, sat and accommodated by the upbeat server working that night, 7/11/ 17. The fried pickles were amazing but I will warn people the portion sizes are huge! Almost everything that tastes amazing is beer battered. It is also very filing. After the appetizer, I could barely eat the enormous fish and chips that came out, although I will say the batter was delicious. Really enjoyed coming in and will stop in the next time I'm in town. Great welcoming vibe!

I've been here 3-4 times now and this review is an amalgam of those experiences, with the most recent one prompting the review. This place recently revised the menu, and they took off many of the best options, but a few still remain. The Tongue Transplant wings are a delicious hot wing, but the portion size - 7-8 wings - is pitiful for $10. Their scotch eggs are quite good also. But we had a brat last time that was small and unspectacular, overrun with onions. The beer selection is mediocre, with them thinking that they are an 'Irish pub', they have way too many imports. The service is actually pretty good, especially given the crowd for Sunday football. But this past trip, we were charged for a beer we didn't order, and the waitress made an excuse that since we transferred our ticket from another table, she couldn't go back and ask whether it was on the first tab. I didn't want to argue over $6, but her excuse was that if she took it off, she would have to pay for it. I felt like she was just trying to guilt us into not making a fuss. Overall, good service, some good food, but high-priced and a menu that is so uninteresting now, my friend went next door to order.

Hottest wings I've had in a restaurant. I've had wings that made have made me sweat like crazy and had tears going down my face due to the heat. To get this reaction it's always been me using my own crazy hot extracts. Well done hooligans. Well done

First bar we visited in Billings because we prefer a local divey feel. Bartenders were friendly and made sure to invite us back during our stay.

The service was kind of crappy, the food was way over priced for the quality and presentation of our dishes, the establishment is pretty neat I just wished that the service and food complimented the facility.

This bar, located in downtown Billings, has a lot of great options for a small menu. The fried green tomatoes were delicious, and the pizzas were huge. Our server Tahnee was the most efficient waitress I've ever had. She was quick, attentive and very friendly. I would definitely go back here for the pizza.
