I’d like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel, which left me quite disappointed.
My friend and I had booked a dome (shared room), where one guy and two girls were already staying. After many stressful days, we just wanted to relax and enjoy our trip. So, we went to a nearby bar, had a couple of beers, and came back to the room quietly without disturbing anyone.
Later, the other group requested a room change, and the hotel accommodated them. That’s completely their choice, and we respected it. But soon after, the receptionist came to us and said, “Why did you drink and spoil our business?” — that was truly uncalled for.
What makes this worse is that, as per hotel policy, drinking is not allowed inside the restaurant or activity area, yet we saw many people openly drinking beer there without any issue (If you want check CCTV). Still, the staff allowed them and didn’t say anything — but we were targeted for simply drinking outside and quietly resting in our room.
It honestly felt like we were being judged based on our slang or skin color or appearance, which is very disheartening.
Let me make this clear: my intention is not to write negative reviews or spoil anyone’s business. I'm only sharing this because every guest should be treated equally and professionally. We didn’t break any rules or cause any disturbance, yet our day was completely ruined due to unfair treatment.
I hope the management reflects on this and ensures respectful and unbiased behavior toward all guests in the future.
