Once my favourite restaurant when I lived in Bordeaux, it is now a place of pilgrimage for me when I visit France. I've rarely been disappointed by this restaurant but always been happy to come back. The menu is seasonal, so don't expect to have the same menu every time. The food is delicious and with a great combination of flavours. The staff is lovely and the tables outside, even though a bit small, are in a quite street making it very enjoyable.

Horace is an absolute gem tucked away on a quiet backstreet — we loved it so much, we went two days in a row. The first visit was for brunch (which was spot on), and we came back the next day for a proper hearty breakfast. Both times the food was incredible, the coffee was strong and exactly what we needed, and the cakes… well, they aren’t half bad either! Great atmosphere, friendly service — definitely worth a visit if you’re in Bordeaux.

A lovely spot in Bordeaux, very cozy! I had the matcha latte, which was perfectly balanced and delicious. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Horace is a very cute cafe, with a lovely atmosphere and a great service. I had a latte with oat milk which was delicious. Calm surroundings, a nice spot to chill.

We went for a brunch and everything was amazing! The bakery as always very delicious and the food just yummy ! The staff as friendly and welcoming as always. Plus this place is in a quiet street, making it charming. 2 only drawbacks that I've had here on different occasions through last weeks/months, the Rooibos vanilla drink I had last weekend was lukewarm on a really hot day and another time(couple of months ago, one of the staff was a bit rude (my fork was dirty and when I asked for a new one she didn't apologize at all and kinda put it rudely in front of me)) but I don't see her anymore...

They didn’t have an English menu but the waitress took time to explain every single one of the dishes and then informed me about her favorite when I asked. This rarely happens in France. The food was really - really good. This is by far the most enjoyable - delicious food I had im Bordeaux. You guys are cooking some good stuff, thank you!

What a lovely little gem! Truffle ham and cheese toastie with boiled egg was tasty. Fresh homemade juice and lovely coffee. Staff was so nice, quick service and not too expensive either. They mostly serve homemade food/meals, cakes and juices, which is the bonus. Definitely worth going for breakfast or cup of coffee and cake.

Very nice place in Bordeaux, nice atmosphere for a cafe or to eat. But for the main dish, there are only 2 option, which is Vegetarian or Meat which come quite the same. As I know the menu depend on the day, this time I got Chicken with tonkatsu sauce and japanese rice. The carrot cake is known to be a-must try, and I like it with crunchy carrot.
