I've bought an horizn cabin baggage on line. The first trip the luggage present some cracks around the wheels. The quality is a lot under expactations,but worst was the warranty claim experience. They ask to send pictures,to fill papers,to make photos of the damage with invoice over the baggage......and still waiting after 3 months a refund or a replacement. Don't buy it.

Beautiful shop with great products. Dropped by today as I had lost my battery during one of my last trips and got excellent customer service. We also very much appreciated the expertise and friendliness while the sales person demonstrated some of the new products. Definitely big fan of this brand.

What a lovely store it is! Appearance of suitcase is the symbol of minimalism but inside and compartments and of suitcase is super smart. However, I couldn't get tax refund doc. due to the run out of paper!! Ha Ha. It's not possible in my country. Someone who want visit this store, please check if they have paper for tax refund print.

Been a fan of Horizn for some time now, especially moving from the US and having bought a few Horizn products already. This is much better than the typical Away luggage you find in the US. The customer service I experienced in the physical shop was lovely. Super knowledgeable staff and fluent English speakers (my german isn't great just yet). Overall, I consider this the Apple of luggages... top quality, great design, techy, and sustainable. Thanks again for the assistance guys!

I bought a large suitcase last summer and I've traveled with it three times now: it functions well but the surface scratches very easily. Already after the first trip it looked used but now it just looks bad.

Avoid. Update March 2020. Now also the handle is broken. Worst piece of luggage I ever owned. I am aware of the respond from Horizn, which does not work for me. I am traveling between more countries and cannot wait for 'my suitcase to be repaired'. On top they want me to arrange for sending the suitcase. Something I have no time for at all. They should have offered me to arrive at a Horizn store with the almost new suitcase and then given me a new one immediately. Avoid. Bought a bag online in May. 3 months later it is already broken. The handles for the zip have fallen off making it hard to open and close the pockets. I have the grey model and it is showing wear already in the leather. No I am not talking about scratches from handling. If you travel a lot, get something more solid. I am going back to my old Rimowa. Or get a new one. I had also Samsonite for many years before that. No problems.

This comment is rather for the website and the Shibuya backpack: I've ordered a bunch of products including the Essential M5 luggage, Gion cross body bag and Shibuya backpack. Unfortunately part of my order hasn't been delivered since more than 5 weeks now and despite trying to reach out the company multiple times (to cancel my order if necessary or send me another color of the bag I ordered ) I only received one generic answer about a problem regarding Horizn and their dispute with the delivery company - no updates, no refunds, no personalized answer or no dates for when I can see any results. I love my M5 Essential luggage but unfortunately the online customer service is absolutely useless and I have no idea when or how I'll receive my full order since weeks. Shibuya backpack unfortunately leaks a lot of rain into the bag. Water-repellent and water-proof are two different concepts and Horizn doesn't claim the bag is waterproof (I had to check after realizing half of my documents were soaked) but just putting it out here as a warning to those who might be interested. Writing this comment here in the hopes of getting the attention of the shop in Berlin and for an update on when I'll receive my cross body bag. Edit : I'm answering your comment in this edit. Thanks for canceling my order finally. And please read my comment more carefully before answering: I'm the one who suggested canceling or sending it to different color, not you... I have Screenshots and emails of my own words and no answers from you. Why would I answer my own request? Maybe the documentation of these communications are not clear on your website, please fix that as well. And I'm also aware that my comment is for the website: it's the rest sentence of my review... We own a bunch of sturdy Rimowas but for Xmas 2022 I decided to buy three slightly cheaper Horizn Studio carry-on smart suitcases. The first one got dented on the very first trip. The second one is loosing letters from the label, also with first use….will not buy this brand again.

Came in to buy a Model M suitcase and was very impressed by and knowledgeable service by the girls in the store. Store is beautifully designed, a bit different than the others on Alte Schönhauser Straße. I will be back to buy a laptop case
