Horse Country Resort Congress & SPA

Very disappointed with how old and not updated it was. My cupboard door broke as I slid it because it was super old and hanging by a nail. The bathroom was below mediocre. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country bathroom. As I checked in, went into my room took off my shoes and walked barefoot on the ground all the sand and dust stuck to my feet, which means they did not clean properly before handing me the room. Too expensive for a very old hotel with bad service. Other than that they had nice views. But to watch. Good food you had to go outside, their restaurant was bad.

I'm sorry, but this resort with supposedly 4 🌟 cannot be recommended. No dressing for the salad at dinner, unbelievable. Not even a coffee after dinner I s possible, WTH 🤯 Room condition ... better not to talk about it. Definitely not recommended.

I enjoyed my time at the resort very much. It’s a great place to go if you are looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The main focus of my trip was the opportunity to go on daily horse-riding hacks in the forest and along the beach and to take some lessons. The stables manager and coach was fantastic and I felt she helped me connect with horses better and overall delivered a great experience that made my trip fantastic! With regard to the hotel, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The animators were friendly and fun and organised various interesting activities! I definitely would recommend the resort if you are thinking about a relaxing trip to Sardinia!

I spent a week on a horse-riding retreat here and I had a phenomenal time! Coach Rachael was great and supportive, and I made such quick progress learning with her! ||The horses are great, very well looked after and loved by the team! I had the chance to ride several of them and they were all lovely! ||The area itself is stunning! I went for a few hacks, including sunset rides on the beach and a ride to see the flamingos. Truly a beautiful experience to walk in the pine forest and along the beach.||I would love to come back again and definitely recommend it to anyone who loves horses, nature or would like to learn to ride!

I feel like I need to leave review on this resort. What can I say? It was really good, specially when visiting the venue with a pet. ||On check in they gave us a toy for the dog, list of rules, and the resort map, showing where the dog can go and not. However they did not say anything at any time, and the staff was super friendly (also with the dog). ||Technically they tell you you can only eat outside with the dog, however when I mentioned that will be leaving the dog in the room as its too cold for us to eat outside, they immediately told us that we can go in (as long as the dog is quite). ||The beach is about 15 minute walk for the reception, and its a very nice walk. they have 2 pools, spa, sports court, various restaurants, entertainment, etc||I highly recommend this resort for a small break from the daily hustle.

A resort for families with children and dogs. If you are looking for it, it is certainly not the right place to take a vacation. The entertainment on the beach is annoying with volumes that are always too high, as well as in the pools, Just arrived, a dispersive place with poor indications, I arrive at the reception and I have to pay 24 euros for a card with no credit to top up which is of no importance, 10 euros for a deposit that I don't see what the point is and another 6 euros again for incompressible reasons!!! in the end more money!¡! what's the point if I have already paid the package of 560 e !!!! for one person in mid-August !!! Another negative note is the food certainly not 4-star, with half board you have to pay for both lunch and dinner, but in the end what did I pay for? .Breakfast: no fruit, poor quality sweets and croissants, and poor buffet. Having taken half board, a supplement is required to eat in the restaurant on the beach, certainly not up to what is proposed. All food is frozen, , The positive notes are the stables with the various horse activities, the wellness center, and the entertainment guys, waiters and bartenders, always smiling and friendly.
