Delicious crispy and sweet waffle and a complimentary coffee (thanks to the Art Nouveau pass). Beautiful building linked with the rich art nouveau history of Brussels. Right next to the comic strip museum which I recommend checking out aswell!

The atmosphere here was truly amazing, the staff were incredibly respectful, and the coffee tasted exceptional. Most importantly, the value and care they showed for children were truly admirable and gracious.

Delightful venue, delicious food and very nice service. We had the Salmon, with veg and potatoes and a sauce, absolutely 5* and the burger, which was very good. The high ceiling, brightness and incredible artwork all add to making it a very nice and relaxing time. We visited the Comic museum and had a terrific time, and this was perfect and served as the dinner if the day. It's a beautiful venue.

Brasserie Horta is conveniently located next to the Comic Art Museum in Brussels. They offer a very nice selection of food and menus in English. That was very appreciated. Our service was friendly and helpful. Food quality was good and my group enjoyed the meal. My steak was a bit over cooked but still a good meal. They do serve wine and beer a small collection of cocktails. I ordered an Aperol Spritz which was beautifully made. If you are going to the Comic Art Museum this is a good spot to add before or after.

A local brasserie attached to the comic art museum (evidence of which is also found around the bar, walls and bookcases). Several beers on tap and simple, but very good, food. The toilets (upstairs, and watch your head!) are OK and the staff very friendly.

I visited after a trip to the neighbouring comic book centre, and felt I got a great introduction to Belgian food, drink and interior design. The restaurant was designed by Victor Horta, and you can tell. The restaurant feels spacious (even though it is not a huge restaurant), gorgeously designed and is softly lit. I was able to be accommodated on my own without a reservation, but would recommend reserving as it was a squeeze to fit me in given the space and popularity. I got the steak américain and the beer of the month, and both were excellent. For those not inspired by a burger, I would strongly recommend trying some Belgian cuisine instead. I was looking forward to trying steak américain and wasn't disappointed. As someone who is a bit overwhelmed by Belgian beer culture, the beer of the month was a great choice. Overall, I was surprised by some of the low ratings, as it was a lovely meal in a convenient location in a lovely space.

Praxtical if you're visiting the Museum of Bandes Dessinées attached. They even offer a Breakfast+museum pass option! The building is beautiful The staff is very friendly The food is fine, basic and not too expensive. Lunch option before 11AM.

Yelp
3.5 Stars Located in the Museum of Comic Arts, a beautiful Horta designed one-time textile showroom, Brasserie Horta has high ambitions, but execution is not always consistent. It's open from 10am to 6pm, so draws a big lunch crowd, and the daily special is a good deal, although they frequently runs out so get there early. The regular menu changes with the season (game in the fall), and the presentation is beautiful, but the dishes are sometimes over-salted. Being in the Comic Arts Museum, they of course have a kids menu, and the constantly changing Smurf placemats are kind of a fun touch. Beers are from the Palm family of breweries (Palm, Rodenbach, Brugge Tripel, etc.), but they serve wine as well.

Yelp
I ordered coffee to drink while waiting for my friends to see the museum. The staff was very rude and the coffee was expensive for the tiny cup.

Yelp
The restaurant is attached to the Brussels Comic Strip Museum. Great place to grab a quick drink or lunch. Flavors are solid, reasonably priced.
