The hotel is on Nile view, you're gonna enjoy the view from your balcony. The location of the hotel is also in the middle of the city and you could easily find commercial street/ area near you. The food is good too.

Good location is by the Nile. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Ordered food (Veal Chops) was not tasty and a little burnt. Asked for Sautee, but I got rice. So, room service is a downside. No varieties for breakfast. It's a poor buffet. They should pump up the prices a little in order to be able to provide quality food.

Been there for few times , it was all good there , nice and. Clean .you will find Beautiful Egyptian atmosphere if you want to see an Egyptian wedding

The worst receptionists I have ever met. They have The most bad attitude Not recommended at all

Not very clean, breakfast was all cold we i told the waitress that the food is cod she ignored me.

The location is great and all the rooms are viewing the Nile. The landscape is also nice and calming. The rooms are old but good. The staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast is a bit poor and the hotel can use some renovation and extra cleaning. Too many weddings especially during the weekend which can result in loud music by night.

The worst and the most expensive hotel in Minya. Bad experience. The dust is everywhere. The duvet has no cover. The security guys scammed me and threatened me. They are very rude and raised their voice. Every time I had to go out, they stop me and ask me where I am going? How long I will take to come back then they ask for money. They kept asking for tips despite being helpless and useless! The walls and the floor in the room are broken and could be very dangerous as you may hurt yourself in that floor Animals are everywhere Stray cats are everywhere Rubbish is in the middle of the corridor. Avoid it as there are no nearby services When I wanted to go to the hotel, no taxi wanted to go there

Rude and Unprofessional Reception Staff Today, SEP 9 2023, I was supposed to check-out at 2:00 pm (after agreement with hotel) and when I went to check out and it was 1:50 pm the reception staff told me that thet thought the I would leave early and mentioned that the guest who was literally next to me is waiting for me to check out of the room so he can check in. Been to more than 50 destinations in the world and never faced such comment. DO NOT GO, Unless you are ready for surprisingly stupid reception staff.
