"A ski-in, ski-out, family- and group-friendly hotel positioned at the heart of a newly unified ski area that combines affordability with a wide program of cultural and leisure activities. The 149-room property offers morning food markets, hands-on Aizu handicraft classes, night-sky viewing, convivial sake tastings, a tiled onsen, spa and pool, a relaxed creperie and café, and a standout Aizu restaurant serving regional specialties like local beef and miso dengaku-glazed vegetables." - Adam H. Absolutely loved my stay here, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also put in a lot of work and create a great atmosphere for the guests! The resort is beautiful and has plenty of amenities. The food is great, the sake bar is very nice and the rooms are perfect! I highly recommend this place 10/10.

NOT Cool for any snowboard and ski lovers!!! The official season end for south area is on 6th Apr. However, they closed most of the chairlifts a week before although the weather and snow condition was fine! There was only 2 lanes u could play literally.
Most importantly, no chance u could access to the north area which snow condition is much better by their "famous" nyaits chairlift... only if u drive 1 hr to the north area by your own or pay 20000yen round trip taxi...
I don't mind there s only 3 restaurant opens in food court but the there's no fun for any skier or snowboarder to stay here...

Hotel itself has been old, but operation, service, food, events, ... are renewed and they satisfy people staying there.
Especially dinner buffet is excellent ever. It was tasty and various, and felt very good hospitality.
Location was also good, connected gelaende directly in winter season. From late spring, can enjoy golf in front of hotel.
I really recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for four nights and it is a ski in ski out resort which was super convenient. It is a very local and quiet resort so you do not see as much tourists around. Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. However, they allocate you a specific time for each meal without allowing to change it- i had dinner at 7.45 and a breakfast meal at 6.45. They should look into creating more variety in the buffet as both breakfast and dinner selections were the same everyday. Additionally, the location of the resort was okay. If you were not skiing/snowboarding or going into the onsen, there really was not much of anything to do and going into town would be a 20-40min drive. But on the other hand, the onsen was great after a full day of being on the slopes and they have a short cultural performance in the evening which added to the experience. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a few nights.

This resort has the most helpful staff, whilst I spoke only a little Japanese they were always happy to help and sort out my requests , large tasty buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner. The onsen was so relaxing. bonus offerings of different activities was a surprise- morning and evening stretch class, lessons on how to was your board/skis etc. good sized rooms, as well as having washing and drying equipment is available to use.
There was soooo much snow that some chairs were not running. having all the lifts open would have opened up a lot move of the mountain. I would stay there again.

Bad experience. We have 11 persons. First night, just gave us 8:00pm dinner and 6:45am breakfast and we can’t change the time. This is buffet style and why you arrange the time without asking us first. Second , the door man didn’t help us to carry the luggage from the lobby. The lobby floor to the driving way have steps. This kind of service is not what we expected . I think they are not welcoming people to stay there

Wonderful place. Ski in ski out great facilities for skiing and socialising too. Pyjamas provided and a wonderful foyer. Staff were friendly and helpful some spoke good English. Onsen was really good and had a large heated pool attached. Bar was mainly sake but had a beer vending machine nearby. Buffet breakfast was ok but runny scrambled eggs sausages and bacon none of which was very warm more like luke warm. However could switch breakfast for a lunch pass which was awesome and the pork cutlet curry and rice was great.
